I don't know if the owner changed, the chef changed, the distributor changed or all three but, the crawfish we bought today, 5/11/25, was bad. Half the bag tasted like it was frozen, and was boiled in water, the other half was over cooked or dead before it hit the boil. The picture showed how small the majority of the crawfish was and the other tail shows how over cooked it was. This review is for their Lunch Buffet! We are so glad to find their Thai/Lao Lunch buffet. They offered papaya salad, laarb, red curry, green curry, noodles, fried rice, spring roll, chicken wings, cream cheese egg roll, shrimp tempura, tapioca pudding, etc. Everything was fresh and delicious! I ordered oysters (dressed) and 2 pounds of live crawfish (one with "The Sauce" and one with Lemon pepper garlic butter) The food tasted very fresh. It was very good. However, I wasn't a fan of the dressed part of the oysters- just wasn't my cup of tea. I also wasn't a fan of the sauces. I was expecting Asian Cajun style, however this seemed much more Asian style.
