Just waiting for it to get colder here to enjoy the hot food that much more. The Thai tea is also excellent, I've never had a bad experience with service or flavor. I will just say this is a small little restaurant, it would not be suited for large parties needing multiple tables unless you communicated that before hand. But it's the perfect spot for 2-4 people to dine in, and also take out!

I absolutely love this place!…read more Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here! I saw the cute squirrel mascot on the window and just knew I needed to go! K-Café was slow in business when my fiancé and I visited midday on a Tuesday. It was pretty quiet except for the Japanese nature show playing on the television, and it was nice to enjoy the simple and relaxing atmosphere. Two customers were ahead of us when we ordered, but the single barista at the shop prepared their meals and had our drinks out to us in no time at all. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte with Almond Milk, and my fiancé ordered a Matcha Green Tea Lemonade. This was one of the best Strawberry Matchas I've ever had and I do not say that lightly. The layering in the drink was beautiful, and I actually ended up drinking the first half of it without mixing it because it was just that good. The matcha was creamy and sweet with an excellent foam layer on top. As for the strawberry, it was a delicious jam purée that was delightfully sweet. It mixed in really well to the point that there was none left at the bottom at the end of my drink. The Matcha Green Tea Lemonade was really good as well but we weren't expecting it to carbonated at all. The colors were absolutely gorgeous on this drink and it was delicious regardless, just a bubbly surprise. I will be returning to this café for sure! There's a whole food menu that I'm dying to try, but I'd be more than happy to simply swing by for another yummy drink. Thanks again for the delicious treat!

Unless it was just for the day that I visited, lol but if this is their usual practice and you're used to bright, bustling environments, this might take a minute to get used to, as it feels a little more calm and subdued. That said, the food was absolutely fantastic! I had the Banh Mi chicken, and it was everything I hoped for. The flavors were spot-on--crispy, savory, and fresh, just like a Banh Mi should be. If you're in the mood for a calm and relaxed dining experience with great food, definitely give this place a try! Just be prepared for a darker, quieter atmosphere.
