This has got to be the worse experience I've ever had... and I've had some pretty bad ones. We decided to come and give this place a try before reading reviews. Often reviews can have a one sided view and then people do frequent an establishment. I guess that was my 1st mistake. First we were seated and were ignored by numerous wait staff. A young lady, probably assigned somewhere else noticed and asked if we were helped and I said no. She finally took our order and things were right again. Then our food came. The restaurant was also very dark! The waitress, Stormy, seemed more interested in chatting with the 1 person at the bar then tending to her 1 or 2 tables. She only checked on us once and it was after I used the bathroom and noticed her at the bar. Our server was great, I think her name was Arayana but the food has changed a lot and not in a good way. We ordered some classic wings and it seems like they are half the size they used to be. Came in for my favorite BLT sandwich for lunch to find it's been discontinued. So sad. So I gave the Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich a try. Again so sad. I was expecting maybe a hand breaded chicken breast sandwich but no luck. Instead it was a frozen thin overcooked chicken Patty. The bun was previously toasted but now cold. There was no sauce on the bread and the supposed coleslaw garnish was tasteless and dry, not Tangy the way a good Southern coleslaw should be. The chicken patty was hot but overcooked and dry with melted cheese dripping everywhere and hard to chew. I'd leave negative number reviews if I could. The team at this store is insanely rude. I ordered a drink with my food and both males who answered gave me nothing less than bs. The first guy told me he suggested that I go to the gas station and get my own drink, they did not deliver the 20 oz Dr. Pepper I ordered. Just went here last night, I'll admit I have no issues with the service in fact they were very accommodating to our large party. The issue was the food. Buffalo Wild Wings has done down hill over the year but last night my buffalo wings were cold and very hard to chew on. Very few patrons for 630 at night on a Monday night and the Nicks game was on. Only one server working the bar and she was more interested in what appeared to be her Husband and son sitting at the table behind us. Two Managers were standing in the bar having a conversation but paid no attention to the customers let alone the cleanliness of the restaurant. What a shame that they have been so complacent and let it this place get so bad. I can see why they had no customers. If you have time to lean you have time to clean! We decided to go to the Pat Booker BWWs for Sunday football and our first sign about what was to come should've been the empty parking lot. Go seated fairly quickly, of course it was empty. Ordered appetizers and drinks, the drinks came out pretty quickly but the appetizers took 20 mins and were brought out without plates ‍, after our waitress walked by 2 additional times I walked up to get our plates. Another 20-30 mins later we finally got to order and once our boneless wings came out, we were handed our plastic fork/knife set. Had to ask for refills and then our friend ordered another beer, the bartender brought it promptly but also followed by out waitress bringing yet another beer 10 mins later. First time in a year or more and definitely our last time. I don't eat out very often and was truly excited to get my half off wings after working a 12 hour shift ... However, I called this location 15 minutes before arriving, which is around the normal time it takes for food to be prepared at most restaurants. Once I walked in the door, they confirmed that my food hadn't been brought out yet and we're still in the process of being cooked... 30 minutes later on top of the 15 minute drive from my work, they still hadn't had my meal prepared, I understand that the workforce is dwindling lately, and maybe they didn't have as many employees as necessary so I gave them the time that they might've needed. However, the employee at the front desk casually walked up to the heating unit that keeps to go food warm opens it and pulls my food out and says all right so your food is ready I could not have been more mad. I asked him directly if my food was in the heating unit the whole time, and he lied straight to my face. The employees and management at this location do not care about their customers time or money ... I don't think I've ever even left a yelp review before that's how unhappy I am... I like this location but there are areas in need of improvement . The staff is friendly and everytime I ordered a long island iced tea or wings they come out exactly as expected. The issue I have is with their outdoor seating. The first issue is arriving, asking for outdoor seating, being handed a couple menus, and then being told "its back there". No one walked us there. We became the hostess. We walk out back and realize no one has been back there since maybe the 80s. There are conwebs, dust, dirt and rust everywhere. We had wipes of our own to clean the tables and seats. All I ask is for minimum standards of cleanliness if you are going to announce proudly on your site that you offer outdoor seating.
