Bartenders were okay to our group, but witnessed them yell at and refuse to serve a couple of other guys at the bar who tipped only a few dollars. I heard them shout "we don't work for free". Rubbed me the wrong way, will not return. Better vibes and service at downtown NB. I would rather pay more for drinks at pour haus or Moonshine than be around those vibes. Location could use some upgrades. read more

I was at Longshots in Schertz yesterday for the football game, and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience with the bartender, Ashley. Some people in my group cashed out at the bar and when they came back to the table, Ashley started yelling from behind the bar, waving a tip jar and their receipt, saying they didn't tip. She kept yelling even after they walked back up to the bar to address it, and then followed them outside continuing to shout. Other customers even mentioned this isn't the first time she's acted this way. It was embarrassing and definitely not the type of environment you'd expect when coming to enjoy a game. For clarity -- tipping is optional, not mandatory, in case Ashley was unaware of that. Since you have cameras, I encourage management/ownership to review the footage from last night. I wanted to share this here so the owner is aware, because it really impacted our experience. read more

Cool neighborhood bar, you'd think these nice people hang out together every night. Everyone was friendly, I'm an out of towner on business and settled in just fine for a few drinks with the locals. I'll bring my darts next time for the Tuesday and Thursday night tournaments. read more

I am a truck driver from out of town. Had to park near Amazon and got an Uber to the bar. Accidentally left my phone in uber. The bartender her name was Kiki helped me get an uber back to my truck but also messaged the Uber ppl to help me track my phone. She was very helpful and nice. This is my second time to this place & it's a locals place. I like it in that you can go in jeans & floppy's & just hang out & watch sports. The staff is nice & they make great drinks. The popcorn is cool & can grab to snack on. You can also have food delivered & even saw people with there own snacks. If your looking for a low key place, this is it. read more

Came in today around 11pm, waited for friends to show up to my sisters and I. My friends had ordered 10 Jagerbombs, so 2 for each of us. waited 20 minutes each time in between to order another round and even a fee minutes to take them because we were talking. Around 1am the female bartender (don't know her name bc she didnt introduce herself) had told one of my sister's that we "needed to slow down" after 30 minutes before saying we couldnt order doubles anymore.. which is fine, whatever. but then to say we cant even order shots? and then when i order an adios, i cant have that either. so i asked "okay, well what can i order?" and then she said "bitch at this point you cant order anything because of the way youre coming at me!!" i didnt come at her, i was trying to order more drinks, because it was already 1:40am. the bar closes in 20 minutes and youre telling me i cant order shots nor drinks? just beers? and we dont even drink beer. she then continued to call me a bunch of bitches and dropping a bunch of f bombs saying that i can get the fuck out before i get my ass beat. we will never be back, i brought my sisters there for their first time being 21 and able to go to a bar. had we known that we cant order shots nor drinks after 1 am. we would have never went. the service was absolutely horrid, mind you waiting at the bar for 8 minutes waiting for the bartender to finish her conversation on the other side of the bar with customers that had been there and had full drinks. this was the worst experience not only for me but for my sister's whose first bar experience they ever had. she cussed at me first and singled us out because we were having fun. im a bartender myself, there were 17 shots on our tab, divided by the 5 people we were with. thats 3 shots each plus 2 for the late comers. we were not drunk, we were not belligerent, we were having fun, laughing loudly and just simply enjoying ourselves. like i said we will never be back again, and i will be sure to not send anyone here ever. this was the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO TO. do not go here. read more

Traveling for work and wanted a local bar to chill out after a long day. All the regulars were very welcoming and helped with places to eat that were amazing! I was shocked how low my bill was. If I stay here again in this area, I will definitely be back! Great atmosphere and a mix of great people from all diversity's. read more

I am trying to understand why I have given this place so many chances. I have gone back after so many bad experiences telling myself I'm not there to make friends with the staff, it's close by my home, and I just want a few drinks. I've even brought guest with me only to walk out regretting it. I keep hoping that they get new, somewhat trained bartenders. Betto, is a sloppy slacker drunk more often than not. Will not attend those he does not know. Hangs out and "hooks" it up for the coworkers that come in on their time off. Lizzie or Liz rather is busy flirting with the guys that asking her for a drink is a bother. I literally asked her to check alcohol level when she cut me at 1/2 a beer and 2 cheap not full shots. My husband spoke up and asked them for a shot and we were cut off. Shame shame we are great tippers especially with the time off most of these workers have had. They are horrible haven't had one good one yet. read more
