If you coin yourself as a steakhouse, this means you should be the experts at cooking steaks. Do not be fooled by this place. I ordered the 6 oz Flo's filet with lobster, medium well. When my plate arrived, everything as floating in blood. WOW, first clue that my steak was not prepared right, since I ordered my steak plain and dry. We ordered the brisket queso with chips appetizer. It was yummy. Enough for 3 people for sure. Onto the main menu. My grandson ordered the largest steak they had! A Texas T bone. A mini filet and the Texas rib eye bone in 22 oz. Were also ordered. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Very tasty and juicy. Large portions. They gave my grandson a complimentary ice cream sundae! They used to sing but guess they didn't have enough wait staff. One final note. I have had steaks at twice the price and even three times the price that weren't as tasty and good as these steaks. As a side note, I saw the giant hamburgers come out for others and they also looked and smelled great. Try this location you won't be disappointed. read more

Always great service at the bar, and I've never had to send a steak back because it was cooked wrong. She checked on us numerous times and was apologetic for having to wait on the salad. We know people are understaffed plus we really didn't have to wait. There was no need for her to apologize. My sirloin steak, which I ordered medium was perfect. It was seasoned well and very tender. The Brussels sprout were the deal. I liked the sweet honey flavor. My husband had the chop steak and okra. I tasted the okra and they were okay. I didn't taste his steak but the mushrooms that came with it. We asked the waitress to take it back and they brought it back with the meat rewarmed but the side dishes were still cold to the touch. So this review is an update of course. This location is our go to after all. Our visit was about a week ago but it's still fresh and has to be our absolute best experience. Food of course is always good, so far. This review is more focused on our waitress. She was new, i believe her name is Kailey or Kyler (No idea of spelling lol), but she didn't act new. She definitely knew exactly what to do, how to do it, did did not hesitate in her work responsibilities. She was 100% accommodating handling a table of 9 by herself with ease. We had minimal wait on our food, our glasses were NEVER empty and she even hooked us up with 2 of our people sharing a giant steak, where one liked rare and the other liked well done. Hands down the best waitress in the industry. So much so that she shouldn't be their waitress, she should be the manager teaching the wait staff how it's properly done. read more
