Wings were fine, but fries were burnt and that's the one thing we love Wingstop for. Won't be back to this location . read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

2-14-2019 5:23 pm the people who work there are slow and do not do the right job I was waiting for my order one hour and they never gave me my order, I had to cancel my order and get my money back in my experience I do not come back again read more

We ordered two meals one traditional and one boneless. The traditional had almost no meat on them and the boneless were so hard you couldn't bite into them. Our fries were burnt and disgusting. They gave us the wrong sides and we had to ask them for napkins which is whatever but then we had to replace the roll ourselves I'm sorry I don't work here, you should be doing this. Then there's the overall quality of the restaurant itself, there were maybe 10 tables and 6 out of the 10 had trash all over them. We were there for almost an hour and not one person came out to clean anything. This place is gross don't waste your time or money on this overpriced horrible place! read more

I was craving something good we hadn't had in months so we ordered from Wingstop. There had never been anything more disappointing than coming home with the expectations of the sauce dripping down your mouth, but getting a box to watered down near to nothing sauce. I have a feeling that we will NOT be going back. Bring back the sauce!!! Very disappointed. read more

Big surprise! The wings are perfectly done and the flavors are delicious. Good bye pluckers. Hello wing stop.

Walked in for dinner and was greeted by the sweetest lady/cashier. She made me feel like we were family. I know it's only Wingstop but it's rare when you get someone as kind as she was, this late, and a fast food place. (Chick-fil-A has nothing on her!) The rest of the staff was quick to clean a table for us to get seated right away. Food did take a little while but it was worth the wait! read more

We ordered our food online so that we could get to our friends to enjoy the game. Got there and our order was ready. We ordered boneless and received bone in. We related to the acting manager our order was wrong. The manager with out even eye contact stated "oh snap" and said we will have your boneless in 15 minutes. No apology no respect. I became frustrated with this person and related my disappointment. Since he was disrespectful I started questioning him on who checked the order. He then turned to me now making eye contact and said "I am going to have to ask you to leave sir". When I challenged him further he stated I was rude and need to leave. I never yelled or used profanity. I simply asked him to be responsible and answer for his mistake. I was not looking for free food. His mistake caused us to be late to our engagement with no wings as we promised our friends. He ruined out night with his actions and words. Wing stop is a great place I really love it. I will not go to this location and will be sure all the people I know are cognoscente of this experience. My advice to the real manager is to reconsider this persons employment. A job is a blessing and should not be under appreciated. I would really like to see if their management even reads this. I am expecting an apology from the offender. read more

my favorite wing joint ever. i enjoy getting my wings wet - plenty of extra sauce. and oh the fries..the fries... yes, pluckers is pretty good but judging stricty by wings, i choose wingstop over pluckers any time. read more

We've had better wings but this place is close to the house and I didn't feel like driving further. Came here with my daughter, she likes their lemon pepper bone in wings. I ordered the parmesan boneless wings but wasn't really impressed. My boneless wings look like popcorn chicken with sprinkled parmesan cheese on it.The service was little slow and the place is a little odd. There is only 1 place you can get napkins from, no trash cans anywhere and you also have to ask for drink refills. I will be back since my daughter really likes their lemon pepper wings. Next time I will order her favorite since she really enjoyed them. read more

I love you guys! I made a big order and couldn't pick it up. I had an emergency. Kanisha and manager Jose took care of me. I called ahead the next day and spoke with Carlos. He told me yes we have everything ready for you. Went in picked my stuff up. All the things (a lot) I ordered were perfect! Thank you guys for making it so smooth. GREAT TEAM!!! read more

can you give a place no stars.....look at the date, superbowl Sunday. why would you take pre orders all week and not deliver at the time you promised....because you took more orders than you could possibly make. That aside.....I had a house full of people and no wings or sides.....went over to HEB and got frozen.....we had wings by halftime.... back to Wingstop.....was not greeted, they said they never took my pre order, when they took my order again they still did not have it when promised, said they didn't know when it would be ready......no apologies, just "Hey, we are going as fast as we can"......pretty rude and inefficient. on a final note, the Manager was to scared to talk to the angry mob in his store. read more

Boy this place has really gone downhill! We used to order from them all the time during football season. Fries don't taste the same. There was no seasoning on them. The wings were horrible, not to mention they looked like they just threw them in there. It was just not good. I should have know since the service was pretty bad too. Never going here again. I'll have to look elsewhere to get my wings read more

Always great wings with the perfect amount of burn. Original Hot has a great spice level and balance of flavor. The staff is always polite and efficient at getting you in and out. We frequent this location often as its only 2 miles from the house. My only complaint would be in the packaging department. My last trip there landed me a puddle of wing sauce in my lap from the short ride home. As good as the sauce is I would prefer to eat it than wear it! read more

The place is clean and the employees were nice but I ordered baked beans and they taste like they had a lot of beer in them, the roll was kind of hard and the fries have a sweet taste, it was a little pricey for not liking 75% of my meal. But oh well, if I come back I will just order the wings and nothing else. read more

SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALTY!!! Holy crap the wings were salty! Look, I've had wings all over this country...and from my experience the best wings speak for themselves... Wingstop SMOTHERED salty wings in salty sauce and waited for them to melt. Also, I'm open to this being a singular experience, but we waited quite a while for our wings...and they weren't busy. Perhaps we should have called a head, but 45 mins on their patio was a bit much...we were there so long I almost cheated on Amy's with Maggie Moo's next door....I said almost!! Anywho, our search goes on for wings in the greater ATX area that will satisfy that craving...I'll let ya know... read more

I love wingstop so decided to stop and pick up some wings for my niece and me. Wings were great but they messed up the dipping sauce order. What am I going to do with a large honey mustard. I have gone to wingstop in different cities and states but this is the first time my order was not correct. I may give this location another try but my advice is to check the bag before leaving. read more

Never come here for Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered ahead at noon to pick up at 5 pm, and we've been waiting for 30 minutes for our order. I understand it's going to be busy but you'd think they'd have a system for the madness. read more

This is probably the worst wingstop I've been to. I normally never write a bad review however these wings were not good at all. I ordered bone in wings and they were hard and cold. read more

This is a difficult review to write. The food was good and pretty much as expected. The service was quite friendly. Decent price, everything was just fine. But nothing really stood out. For a wing place in the Austin/RR area, there are so many OK options that you really need to wow me to get me through the doors. I'm sure I'll be back. It's close and was tasty. There just always seems to be something I'm more in the mood for...even when just deciding between different wing places. read more

Really affordable price and good food if wings is what are you looking for, this is the place to get them.

I usually go to Wingstop but I like this branch better mainly - less salt on your chicken and it's not dripping in oil.

The food was delicious. Two stars because I came here on my lunch break, and it took almost an hour to get my food and eat. That is a little ridiculous if you ask me. read more

called 5 times let it ring for 5 to 8 minutes with no answer. they finally answer I get placed on hold for 10 minutes. I prefer the people who use to work there. the people who currently work they are God awful and should be out of a job read more

My favorite go to spot!!! Love the Louisiana rub wings!!!! Amazing!!!!!

Wing Stop is an OK little wing place. I really like the boneless garlic Parmesan wings and the seasoning on their fries is super yummy... This place in particular takes forever to make your food though... read more

Good wings. Perfect amount of sauce and/or dry rub with the right amount of spice. The fries are usually on point but sometimes are a little soggy. But I'm there for the wings not the fries. Wait staff are always friendly and have yet to mess up my order. I'll definitely be visiting them again soon. read more

I have been to Wing Stop all over the US, I order the same thing every time, extra crispy, all flat, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. I have purchased this order 2x since being in Austin and both times the chicken was sloppily cooked with feathers, tons of grease, hardly any seasoning and the grease of course kills the crunch. Your food is not free, try cooking it like you give a dayum. I give up! read more

Wingstop - It would be better if they removed the feathers before cooking. Makes me wonder what other nasty habits I can't see. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

I just left here and the Manager is racist, racist, racist! I work for a delivery service and I was picking up an order. A fellow delivery person came in right behind me ( we deliver for the same company) she got her order left no problem. When my order was ready the manager then goes what's your name... I told her. Then she says here's the order.... Mind you no one has ever asked me my name before... I asked her "why did you ask me my name?" She replied "incase the doesn't get there" I said " why wouldn't the food get there, it's my job to deliver it? You didn't take the last girls name, i feel like this is incredibly racist!" Not to mention that girl was Mexican and so was this Manager.. so then I asked for her name... She would not give it to me in addition to that she kept cutting me off. When I asked her to stop cutting she said "No I will not let you speak beacause I am not a racist!" Then I told her I was going to call Corporate on her she told me she didn't care. Now if I am assigned an order to deliver it my company will correct me if the order doesn't make it... That order I picked up was paid for so Wingstop's job was done after she placed the order in my hands. That woman over stepped her boundaries and tried to make me feel like less than a person with her act of prejudice. A person like this should not be working in customer service let alone be a manager. read more

Staff was wonderful. Food came out faster than expected and tasted great. The restaurant was clean and I will be back for sure.

Not bad for fast food wings, but hard to compete with other larger wing companies. Custer service was good but service was slow.

Payed for a medium and got a small instead, which is less. I Should've checked it before I left. They don't pay much attention.

Excellent service! I came in on a very busy Friday evening after placing my order online and there was two very miserable women who had just ordered and were being extremely rude to the cashier complaining about how they tried to call in and didn't get an answer and also telling everyone who came in how bad the service is. They seemed to be understaffed and super busy so I can understand how they may not have received the call. The young lady taking the orders was very respectful and handled the situation very professionally. My food was delicious and I was very pleased with my visit. read more

Always satisfied when I go to this wingstop. Never had an order wrong and they make the fries judt as delicious as the wings. Friendly staff and always clean! Definetly recommend it read more

Misleading advertising. Mon & Tues special .60¢ wings. After seeing the sign I was told only boneless wings and doesn't apply to special. SOOO...didnt apply to anything we ordered. Plenty of room on chalkboard to write boneless wings only. read more

Ordered a online Togo order, walked in to the restaurant.. when I got home and opened my order it was dry and the chicken looked old. I was scared to even eat it. Thanks for a nice Saturday night dinner wing stop! I don't recommend this place I'm sorry just being honest. read more

Phoned in a to go order. Was quoted a time of 20 minutes. Fort minutes later, I find out my order was lost in mix, or something like that. No big deal. They fired up another order, threw in some extras and gave me a Big Red on the house. Great customer service with short handed staff. Thanks for the extras!! read more

While the food was overall good, the wait I've sat through each time I've gone is extensive. It would be understandable if they had a lot of customers to attend, but each time they were close to empty. 45 minutes for an order of 8 wings? Not worth it. read more

Love this place, Never Fails To Hit the spot man. This is the place to come . Come here if your ever in town!!

Came in because there was no line and I was ready to eat. Not only did my food take 45 minutes, however the only other customer in here's did too. She was here before me working for a food delivery service. When I came in she respectfully asked when the order she was delivering would be ready. She was told 12:01 and received her food at 12:14. When she respectfully explained her frustration to the manager he was extremely disrespectful and rude to her. The way the Wingstop employees and MANAGER treated her made me extremely uncomfortable. Next time I'll eat at the pizza/wing place next door. How on earth does it take 45min to make 6 wings!?!?!?!? read more
