We called, and they said that it's not their responsibility because delivery is handled by some third party company. They said they didn't know why this third party company didn't deliver My Wings even though the app, the Wingstop app, says that my wings were delivered. The manager says that my wings are there if I want to pick them up. He said he doesn't know why the app says they were delivered. He suggested that I call this third party delivery company, but I ordered the wings from the Wingstop app. They're taking no responsibility for it. So my wife is on her way to pick up the wings, because the manager said that it would take five to seven days to get refunded for this order if I canceled it. 5 to 7 days for an order that I did not get but I wanted, and according to their app it was delivered. It makes absolutely no sense. If you're like me, this might not stop you from getting Wingstop. There's not a whole lot of options. Awful! I ordered almost $200 worth of food for a party on the app for a later time. I ordered in advance so we wouldn't have to wait and because it was a large order. When my husband showed up to get the food, there was no order. They said that the payment hadn't gone through. It showed on the app, in apple pay and in chase.com that I had been charged and I showed them this. And showed them the order in the app AND the confirmation email I got. They said we would have to place the order and pay again. I had to call, get a manager on the phone and have her call her boss and they said they'd look into it.
