Service is horrible at this place. Every single time we have ordered here the order is always missing items. Items that were paid for... usually we don't care but not today. Today we decided to make an online order so we can watch the game. After my husband came home the usual happens and we notice that fries were missing from our kids meal. So my husband called them on the phone, and they answered (shocking cause they NEVER answer the phone) . Politely he asked for a refund for some small fries and was told, "a what?" And then he repeated what he had said. "I want a refund for an item I did not receive", she had then said no. He said... what do you mean no?. She then proceeds tell him to come back to pick up the fries... he said, no he didn't wanna drive over there for a small order of fries that they failed to put into our order. She proceeded to say that they do not do refunds. Twice. So of course as he was VERY frustrated with the lady on the phone he said... "what kind of fucking establishment is this that doesn't give out refunds for items that you do not receive " and then Asked for a MANAGER again and she said NO. He asked again in a different way in case she didn't understand the question, " is there anyone in leadership." Says no, he asks for the general managers name and second later she hung up the phone. So I went back and went inside for some answers. As I went inside all the workers were talking in front of the POS and did not pay any attention to me standing by the register. One gentleman that was also in that group noticed me and cut off the conversation and asked me what he could do for me. This place is always so busy and crowded! The food is good - what you'd normally expect from a Wingstop. But I think because they get so many delivery and pick-up orders, even though you're number 2 in line in-store and there are a lot of workers in the back, the wait could still be like a 1.5 hour wait! We called, and they said that it's not their responsibility because delivery is handled by some third party company. He suggested that I call this third party delivery company, but I ordered the wings from the Wingstop app. They're taking no responsibility for it. So my wife is on her way to pick up the wings, because the manager said that it would take five to seven days to get refunded for this order if I canceled it. 5 to 7 days for an order that I did not get but I wanted, and according to their app it was delivered. It makes absolutely no sense. If you're like me, this might not stop you from getting Wingstop. There's not a whole lot of options. Awful! I ordered almost $200 worth of food for a party on the app for a later time. I ordered in advance so we wouldn't have to wait and because it was a large order. When my husband showed up to get the food, there was no order. They said that the payment hadn't gone through. It showed on the app, in apple pay and in chase.com that I had been charged and I showed them this. And showed them the order in the app AND the confirmation email I got.
