I've had a lot of pizza, and 600° is the real deal. We walked in around 9:30 knowing they closed at 10. I asked Nick if we were still okay, and it wasn't one of those fake "yeah, you're fine" answers. They welcomed us in, took our order, and went right to work like it was any other time of day. That's what stood out to me. There wasn't a shortcut taken because it was close to closing. They didn't grab slices that had been sitting around. They made them the way they're supposed to be made. Crispy pepperoni, bubbling cheese, perfect crust... exactly what you'd expect from a place that takes pride in what they serve. At the end of the day, cooking great pizza is what they're supposed to do. The difference is that 600° does it with the same care at 9:30 at night as they do at lunchtime, and that's rare. I ordered to go and did a 1/2 buffalo chicken, 1/2 Margherita pizza, a Greek salad, and a tiramisu. Food was ready by quota time. Thoughts on food - The buffalo chicken tasted less like well buffalo chicken (what I'd imagine more on a wing sauce) and more just like a chicken pizza. I'm not sure how to describe it but I think the sauce missed the mark for me. The Margherita was good, I am a veggie lover so I just wish there were more tomato's and herbs on that side, otherwise it could be a bit dry. The Greek salad was a great veggie item to split, and the tiramisu is better than what you'd get at HEB but I wouldn't put it number 1 on my list either. I wish I had solid pieces of lady fingers in each bite. I'm uncertain given the influx of pizza options in the area if I'd order a whole pie myself, I'm open to trying the slices. read more

I just removed my previous 5 star review. They have new staff who either don't want elderly or disabled customers--or both. An entire table was empty, with no reserved sign, so I sat down. I was told I couldn't sit there because a party of eight was coming. They weren't there then, and the table was not reserved. The employee told me to sit on a barstool. I was using my walker, so he saw that I was disabled, and I told him I couldn't sit on a stool that high, as it would cause me a great deal of pain. I have had both hips and both knee joints replaced with metal, along with other disabilities that make that physically difficult. He laughed like it was a joke and belittled me, saying, "I know, I know." I tried the barstool, but it caused me intense pain, so I left. As soon as I walked out the door, he seated a family at the table he claimed he was holding--and it was a family of four, not the party of eight he had apparently made up. I went there almost weekly and previously left a good review. Never again. I will not do business with a restaurant that displays such blatant ageism and ableism. Also look at their information they say they don't reserve tables. It's apparent beyond a shadow of a doubt they are abelist and ageist here that only want able bodied customer under 65 or 55 or who knows what. read more

Came in to grab a quick bite after running a few errands downtown. They were pretty busy when we arrive however 3 tables left and we were sat pretty quickly however they failed to wipe down the bench seat which was covered in food crumbs. ( not a big deal but something to be mindful of). Our waiter came over shortly after we ordered our drinks and pizza all at once as we already knew what we wanted. Pizza took nearly an hour to come out- the manager noticed and ended up comping the pizza without asking which was cool becuase no way that should have taken that long. My granddaughters treated me to lunch at 600 Degrees Pizzeria & Drafthouse, and we had a really good time. Our server was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the place has a cool little vibe that feels relaxed but still energetic. We got there around 11:00, and by 11:15 or 11:20 the place was already lively and noisy, which honestly tells you people know where the good pizza is. I had the House salad with Caesar dressing, and it was fresh and loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella, and crunchy garlic croutons. For pizza, I ordered the City Pie, and those toppings were giving -- pepperoni, Italian sausage, spinach, mushrooms, onions, black olives, and bell peppers. I'm not usually a huge fan of super thin crust pizza, but this one worked because the toppings and flavor carried every bite. The girls ordered the Queen Margherita, and it looked just as good as it sounds with fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, Parmesan-Reggiano, and basil. What a great experience here. We went to a plant show up the street and decided to have a drink or two before heading home. We had a beer at Brass Tap, which was a good experience and decided to walk across the street to 600 Degrees for a snack and another beer. It has been years since I stepped foot in this place. Busy but fun crowd. Loved seeing all the kids and adults having a good time. Such a cool atmosphere. Our server was Javi and hands down such an attentive and sweet person. He never hesitated to accommodate our pizza requests. Our beer, McConohaze was freshly tapped and hazy as all get out. Hooked up my friend with a love of hazy beer. The slice of pizza we ordered was definitely enough to feed two people. We both walked out with a take home box. The pizza was delicious. Sorry no pictures, it was dug into immediately. My husband and I frequently visit the Round Rock location. Not for the pizza exactly, but wings!!! We always start with fries, now they have loaded fries which are fantastic! Everything we tried there was delicious. The dry rub and Thai chilli wings were both baked perfectly, had a nice crispy skin and just the right amount of seasoning and sauce. The Palo Alto pizza and hummus were both great too. Hummus could come with a little more bread but the crust on the pizza was some of the best I had. The garlic fries were fresh and crispy, also seasoned nicely. They have a ton of beers on draft. The blueberry blonde was my favourite. I do like that the place has a lot of tvs with a variety of sports on, but there's not a lot of seating with back support in the restaurant. It's quite dimly lit in the restaurant, which I don't mind. The server and food runners though could have been a bit friendlier. Happy hour is cheap and delicious! I had a $5 huge Caesar salad that was cold and delicious. When you go to a place that puts the dressing on, with the perfect amount, like mind reading. Sauce for knots is garlicky and tangy, steer clear of you are a vampire. However the 5 rating is for the selection of really good and unique local beer. Most places only have 1 cider on tap, this one had 3 that I liked. I could not drink all the ciders that I wanted. Hubby likes IPA and there were atleast 5 that I saw listed, but not interested. We ordered the pork shanks since he had never had them, and I remembered them being good. They were dry and had no flavor other than what we got dipping them in the sweet chili sauce they were served with. Very disappointing. My pizza was delicious; I enjoy their thin but tender gluten free dough. My son loved his Original Mama Gallo. He hadn't tried it before, but was happy. We had an unfortunate experience but it was handled so beautifully by the manger after an hour wait we discovered that our pizza had been sitting behind the bar for nearly the entire time we were waiting. It was a bummer but the female manager (I didn't asked for her name and I should have) handled it as perfectly. The staff was very friendly and made some good suggestions on the beers. Lots of beers on tap and a number of good food choices. Wear your earplugs! First - and last- time here. Punk rock, screaming guitars and acid metal so loud it ruined lunch - leaving me with a headache. Waitress just laughed and said 'bartender picks it' and blew off our concern - so I made earplugs from my napkin and toughed it out. The food... pretty good. Didn't have plans for dinner and we were craving a casual place for wings. Unfortunately didn't realize NFL playoffs were on, so most of the sports bars had a wait and decided to try here. Needless to say we were impressed from the range of beers on tap to the quality of the food. We got an assortment of wings: hot (traditional buffalo), tangy Korean bbq, and a ranch dry run with a side of sauce per recommendation from someone at the bar. The quality of the wings size and crispiness were perfect. My wife also ordered the pizza slice which was unknowingly bigger than her head (see picture). Beyond the size the ratio of ingredients was spot on, although my wife did comment that the sauce was a little on the sweet side for her and would have preferred something with a little more tang. Unlike other spots around Round Rock that notoriously have waits for wings, we were pleasantly surprised to be able to get quickly seated despite not having a lot of tables. The bbq had a good bbq sauce, the hot wings weren't very hot, the lemon pepper was very good love the lemon flavor, and the parmesan garlic had a nice umami taste but I wanted more garlic. Top top wings in my opinion, I will order again because they are that good. I also ordered both subs available, meatball sub and grinder. The subs come on a fluffy soft bread maybe about "6-7 so nice tender bread. The meatball sub as the pics I showed, it came with 4 meatballs, with a sub that long, needs 5 or 6 to fill it from beginning to end. I was a little let down but the flavor makes up for it. Man, great flavorful meatballs, nice spices when you bite into it, oregano and thyme. The grinder, very nice grinder sandwich, it had a pickled olive meaty taste, great sandwich love it, it needed in my opinion, more lettuce, more red wine vinegar. The pepperoncini really top off the sandwich's fire. The garlic knots, capital D for Dammmmmnnn, soft, fluffy, buttery, garlicky, knots and when you dip it in that sweet marinara, it's great. Imagine that butter garlicky sauce on the parmesan wings, ooohhh yeah. Lastly, I ordered the green goddess pizza. Words can not explain the different, specialized, savoriness of the pizza, it taste like a seasoned salad without the crunch, the deliciousness of a thick cheese pizza on a fluffy crispy crust, but with a blend of pesto and cheesy spinach taste.
