Italian Sausage, Roasted Red Pepper, and Goat Cheese Bruschetta; For my 2nd bruschetta: Apple, Fig, Chutney & Brie Bruschetta. My third Bruschetta was House Smoked Salmon and Herbed Cream Cheese Bruschetta. Thankfully, they DON'T skimp out on their ingredients on top of their bruschetta!!
