This is by far the worst WingStop I've been to. I was told it was going to be a 25 minute wait (only two other people ordered before I did). I said sure, I had my family with me and they were hungry. Plus I thought 25 minutes "nice everything was going to come out hot." Boy was I wrong the 25 minutes turned into 40. When the food came out all the chicken was cold the only thing that was warm was the fries. The way the chicken was sauced was as if they put the sauce on the wings without tossing them. As we started to eat the fries we noticed that they were not cooked all the way. The fries were still hard in the middle. It goes without saying we didn't not finish the food. To make the evening more interesting as we were waiting for our food we noticed an employee walk out from the kitchen. She was wearing flip flops and spandex shorts, plus the girl that was cooking the food was eating her lunch while cooking customers food. I placed an order with Wing-stop in there app and the order was about 60.00 after we were done. When I arrived at this location I was greeted by a blonde young girl and a guy who seem to just started with the company and training. My order was not ready and it wasn't started so she told me it was going to be about 15 more mins, I was like okay even though I had a screaming toddler with my husband in the car, I was hoping to pick up and go. While sitting in the restaurant there was multiple conversations going on between the staff about everything but wings which was annoying because they should be working on the order now trying to get to know each other. I wanted to write a review for their corporate office to be aware of what me and 4 other people experienced in these 40 mins of waiting and watching. Also no one wore gloves and I haven't seen one person wash there hands either which was kinda gross to me. The staff working on the night of 9/6/2020 was ridiculous. I ordered 30 minutes before coming into the restaurant, and still sat waiting for 15 minutes. I was the only customer, it was not like they were swamped. When I arrived, everyone on staff was messing around, no one was working, EVEN after I came in. They didn't even start my order until I had been there for awhile and addressed the problem. I'm not sure if they had a manager on shift, but it certainly didn't seem like it. In times like these, you would think a company would be grateful to its customers, and at least do their job. This wingstop location is a bit out of the way if you're coming from the UCR area. It was actually a tough decision deciding which one to go to, this one or the one near Tyler mall but I think choosing this one was a better drive since there was no traffic taking the side streets. Alright, to the actual food, service, and everything else. I came to the place at 8:05pm and didn't receive my order until 8:23pm. Now that may seem like a long wait considering that there was not anyone else eating there but there were some online order pick ups. So my friends and I were upset about the wait. What kind of relieved us of the wait was they had the game showing one three tv's which kept us entertained. The place has about 8 tv's around the restaurant, if I counted correctly. I ordered a ten piece half and half wings (boneless and traditional) the flavors I got were Louisiana rub for the boneless wings and garlic parmesan for the traditional. I really liked the Louisiana rub ones even though I expected them to be a bit more spicy. The staff was accommodating in that the guy gave us 3 free ranches instead of charging 50 cents each like most of the other wingstops I've been to. The sad thing is that they didn't have water cups or ran out of them but the guy did give my friend a free regular size cup for water, you get to put the water in yourself from the fountain drinks place.
