I'll be honest I haven't been here in a while, but I stopped the other day and remembered what good well sauced tenders taste like. The chicken quality is much better than the main fast casual chicken competitors (wing stop, Cane's, etc.). And the tenders aren't just dripping in sauce, but sitting in a whole pool of it. That extra sauce is important when it you need to dip your breadsticks, which by the way is perfectly soft inside and extra crispy, buttery, and salted on the outside. i got a combo #1 which comes with 3 chicken tenders with your choice of sauce, 2 bread sticks, carrots/celery, and a drink. It's busy, there's plenty of seating. It's fairly clean. For food I ordered the Hot mess chicken sandwich, my husband ordered the jam burger. My friend got the burger salad and her husband the wings. I also ordered a beer flight and my friend the boozy soda flight. The beers were mid, the boozy sodas weren't even cold, and they were way too sweet. I could taste the dyes. My sandwich was not good. The chicken tasted like it was from smart and final mopped with sauce. The fries were decent, but not what I was expecting since this place prides itself on "homemade" foods. My husband's burger tasted like reheated beef. It was overdone. Very much a let down. The burger salad. My friend picked through and it wasn't even like what you would think for a burger salad. The wings, I consider my friends husband an expert at trying these..he said they tasted like from a bag and fried. Not very good at all. I was gravely disappointed in the quality of the food and drinks. I was so looking forward to coming back, but likely I will not be returning. The staff was friendly, very kind and upbeat. But, that's not enough for me to patronize an establishment. I just expected a lot more effort in the food since I always see how they advertise themselves on IG and FB.

This is hands-down my go-to Wingstop. The food is consistently well-flavored, on time, and given by some friendly people. They were absolutely slammed during a rush last night--a bus full of athletes and their entourage showed up. But they still took the time to give me extra good service. It felt amazing to be treated like I was important to them despite their need to move quickly and keep up their standards on every order. Also, their ranch is just delicious. I went back to get more this morning. Whatever the big manufacturers put in the bottled grocery store stuff to stabilize it makes the texture and flavors all wrong. It's a damn tragedy. Wingstop ranch, on the other hand, is great for the wings, but also for the fries, the side veggies, a salad at home, cold cucumbers...just amazing. Seriously, treat yourself. Get a Large Ranch, chill a cucumber, cut it up, dip it in the cold ranch--fucking delicious. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location, especially with how my father was treated. He is almost 70 years old, and because his English is not very fluent, the staff intentionally targeted him while he was ordering. He was made to wait nearly 30 minutes, while people who arrived after him received their orders first. This kind of discriminatory treatment is completely unacceptable. A restaurant should treat all customers with basic respect, especially elderly customers, yet here we felt the opposite. On top of that, the food quality was very poor -- the sauces were overly salty and tasted bad. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and improves their staff training. No one should have to experience discrimination when simply trying to order food. read more

My son and I bought wings from this location Sunday night and we both got sick. We realized the chicken wings were not fully cooked after eating a few wings. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to us at this location, but unfortunately this time we realized a little to late. The first time we complained and the manager did offer to replace our order but didn't accept it because our intentions were not to get a free meal. Good food, decent prices, service and atmosphere is what you'd expect for a chain of this type. I'd give them a 5 star because I love the flavors and the chicken, but the fries, which to me are a part of the overall chicken meal, simply are too inconsistent to be a 5 star item. Sometimes, you'll get crispy and seasoned fries that taste like they were blessed by the gods themselves. Other times.... you get a lightly cooked sog of a sliced potato that if you're lucky might have some salt and pepper scattered on it. Overall, I enjoy getting take out from here pretty often since I'm nearby and love chicken, but god damnit I wish they'd get their act together. read more
