Pleasantly surprised. Google reviews give it 4.4 stars and it's legit! I am not a big chain restaurant fan but we were having a Friday evening football gathering and I didn't want to cook. We ordered a mix and match wing bundle and some chicken tenders plus fries. Extremely tasty, and better than other wing stops. I really enjoyed the boneless wings and the tenders. If I could give a zero star I would, but there's only an option for minimum of one. I went to replace an order that they had previously gotten wrong, where they shorten me wings, and when I received the new order, the fries were not only old, but burnt to the point where it seems like I was biting a brick, AKA double fried. The cashier that assisted with me with the order Was acting like she did not know what she was doing and and didn't want to ask for help I had to repeat my order to her more than four times. She tried charging me for something that was completely wrong and was expecting me to pay for it without asking for help to correct it. When I told her I was there to replace an order she asked "you want to do this NOW?" Like it was an inconvenience for her and not me? Training managers need to do better and have quality control! I called to resolve the issue and not only did they apologize they also resolved the issue quickly and with a great attitude. I did have to drive to the location to grab the wings but that's ok. Over $50 for chicken wings swimming in so much oil the flavors mixed together and the dry rubbed seasoned wings were soaked in the oil spill from the Buffalo wings. Veggies were brown in spots and the celery tops were soft and mushy. The cuts were above the stalks as well without leaves thank goodness. Carrots looked cut by kindergarteners.
