I come here for convenience's sake, but the service and quality are both poor. My online orders and over the phone orders have been misplaced. Food items have been missing when I've picked up food. The wrong food has been placed in my order. And any time I have attempted to get my orders fixed, the staff has not been very accommodating to make things right. I'm totally fine with people training etc, but you need to know that if you make a mistake, fix-it! We placed our order with an obviously newer cashier. He kept leaving and asking questions which was ok, but it definitely did not instill any confidence in me that my order was going to be correct. The first mistake was seeing CHEESE FRIES on our receipt. We didn't order any cheese fries. When I approached the cashier to tell him, he was dumbfounded. Like BRO. Just tell me how you're going to fix it. He walked away, and the "supervisor" walked up. She was very pompous and was staring at me like "ok what do you want me to do?"...So at this point I was like, can you just give me extra carrots or something? And she offered extra Ranch...cool...I'm ok with that. When the order came, you bet I double checked EVERYTHING. We are not new to Wing Stop. I know what my order is suppose to look like. We ordered one LARGE ranch; which usually comes in a large styrofoam container. We paid extra for this. I told the manager, and she said "we gave you extra ranch". Yes, there were small ranches. But I wanted my LARGE ranch I paid for. I expressed this to her and she told me "we gave you small ranches". SMH. We paid $80 for our order. I just wanted my large Ranch damnit! lol. Awesome and friendly staff. I enjoyed their rolls, fries and 3 different varieties of the wings. I'd recommend the lemon pepper and parmesan. If you do get the fries, I'd recommend to get them with extra seasoning. The rolls are butter and soft. Restrooms were cleaned and maintained. The employees are calm, collective and friendly*. For anyone that hasn't been to a Wingstop, they do not have a trashcan for customers to toss away thier bones and such. The employees themselves do it and at times with the abundance of people(all of thier orders and the online orders from all the apps) can cause some tables to get dirty. They try hard, so please do not be ignorant of that situation. *I did see a mother with 5 children above the age of 10 all steal soda from thier water cups and hide outside to eat. Walked in to pick up order. When I checked the order the fries looked incredibly dark and soggy and when I showed them to the cashier I said these don't look a little dark to you? The fries the menu and the walls are golden. These fries are soggy and brown. I took pictures and the cashier just said "no ma'am those are actually perfect fries". Soggy dark brown fries... that's not perfect and then after she said they were perfect she just walked away. They were nasty. I took one bite and all I could taste is grease.
