I went there on 4/02/21 placed my order for dinner. I changed my order twice, granted I know that can be annoying but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I had just got off work and my brain was fried. I asked the cashier to make my order flats only and the shift lead , stated he already cooked my order. So I asked the cashier how many drumsticks was in the order and she stated about half. I told her I wanted to changed the order to all flats and I was willing the pay the additional fee. Or I can get my money back. So instead of satisfying my request. He came up front and cancelled my order. And did not say a word to me. So I clarified that the shift lead was declining to change my order and serve me . And the cashier said yes. I have never in my life have an establishment decline to change my order. My goodness. My daughter and I went there last night at 7 o'clock to order boneless wings and fries. Nothing crazy, nothing out of the ordinary, maybe three people in the establishment while we got there. I understand there were probably mobile orders, but I have never been in a restaurant that was so poorly run in my entire 47 years on this planet. A female was sitting down, talking on her cell phone while the line was piling up, the young man at the front was very helpful, but clearly stressed out, the guys in the back, since you can see them were fucking around while we were sitting there waiting for our food. We waited 27 minutes for 15 boneless wings and fries. There was also no ice in the ice machine and I watched three separate customers tell them and nobody addressed the problem. I usually LOVE this location, but these last two trips were pretty bad. Last time a homeless lady was there eating (which I usually don't care about) except for the fact that she smelled strongly of urine... which wasn't an appetizing scent while eating. This time they were crazy busy due to national wing day and their deals for the day. Which is understandable, it took an hour for our mobile order pickup. Then they ran out of ranch! We sat by the window so we saw them making more and packing them up to hand out for the new orders. One guy asked for one and they gave it to him. I drive to the store to ask for a ranch and if maybe I could get some fresh fries. I didn't want my money. I was not rude because I know how things like this can sometimes happen. When I explained to the girl at the counter I hadn't received a ranch in my door dash order she wanted to know when exactly I placed the order and when it was picked up. After giving her all of my information she finally went over to give me a ranch. When I explained about the fries she said "yeah just because your fries didn't come out how you like I'm not giving you new ones." I come to this location at least 3 times a week. Not sure why they only have 2 stars. I always call and place my order over the phone. It usually takes about 20-25 min. Out of all the times I've been there they've taken 40min but it's understandable. Sometimes they're slammed. I will give this place 2 stars cause I have three totally different experiences. First order from door dash was great. Food was hot, perfectly made, neatly packaged in a sealed bag. Second order was a mess!! Food took 1-1/2 hours to arrive. Bag was opened and food was horrible! I spoke to Chanel at Wingstop and she apologized and said she would replace order on my next visit. She said she was writing my name in a book. Third visit I called in the exact order to be replaced and total guy on phone (Chris) I had an order credit under my name but was sending someone to pick up my order. When they arrived Chris told them Wingstop doesn't issue credits or replace orders. Wtf! Long story short after going back and forth Chanel was called and looked in the book and bam there was my credit. She apologized for chris' incompetence and even gave me the few additional items I ordered free which was going to be paid for. This place is a mess! They have officially lost a customer. Chris needs further training especially in customer service. Chanel is the only person who keeps this place in order. They take forever to answer the phone, forever to make the food, and price is a little high for some chicken wings. All that being said I am done with Wingstop! First, let me say that the level of overall service is terribly lacking. There seems to be no urgency to get orders done quickly, especially during lunch rush when you have the most volume of orders coming in. My coworkers and I place the same order each week; two orders of 10 count bone-in lemon pepper, and kne ten count, bone one-in, 1/2 parm 1/2 lemon. All well done and with xtra oil/lemon sauce and xtra parm. Each time we go to pick up, it takes over 25-30 min to get our order(whether called in or ordered in person at the location) and it's never as we order it. The lemon wings are dry rub only with no oil, and no xtra parm. It's on the receipt, yet we always have to ask for it to be made correctly before we leave, making us even later in returning to work. New Wing Stop in this plaza. I know there's one up the street, but I am glad that they are open over here to make it convenient as far as location wise. It's just your typical Wing Stop. Nothing fancy. Their ambience could be affected by the day being the first of the New Year. Good speaker system inside. The menu is straight to the point and it looks pretty clean (as they should since they are new). I am impressed that they open until midnight. A few things I rate this as your average restaurant: 1. Customer service - my wife and I felt the upgrade of drinks from a 20 oz to 32 oz was a little too aggressive. 2. There are no signs of a phone number or business card being laid out for future references. 3. The only menu found is if you go up to the front desk checkout area. 4. It's an $.89 for an extra side. 5. Spice Levels are not that spicy (original hot spice had 3 fire icons but it just tasted like wings battered in lemon and salt). Bought meals for a family of four, I requested a combo with special order, extra lemon pepper seasoning on my flat wings, and that fries be well done. I though I would try this Wing Stop out on my lunch hour. I pick up my son, I get there and it's not too packed. I ordered, The girl seemed to have a hard time with a simple order. So after some back and forth I got it done. I guess my first clue would have been that she overcharged me by 4 bucks. My second should have been that all the tables were dirty. So after about 20 minutes or so ( yes I looked because I only get an hour for lunch) I get my food and she messed up both my and my sons order. I did not have any more time so I asked for a refund. The girl just walked away and had someone else do it. Stood there in the back and gave me the F.U look the whole time. She could not care less. I guess I will cross that Wing Stop of my list of places to eat. If you do decide to eat there, give yourself some extra time as you will need it.....Good luck. I've been to this location a few times. The service is good and the food is consistent. The only bad thing I can say is that it does take a while for your order to be made especially when it's super busy. I recommend ordering your food in advance. Sometimes even when I'm 20 minutes away from here and I arrive at the designated time that my food is supposed to be done, it isn't. Your patience will be tested that's for sure. read more

The guy that took my order was a sweaty white guy with glasses. He had his sleeves rolled up revealing his sketchy garage tattoos. He kept adjusting his glasses with his chody index finger as they kept sliding off due to his extra greasy nose. The worst part about this guy was not his looks (although if a fart could take human form it would be him) in fact it was because he was chewing gum so viciously I had to talk a bit louder so I can talk over his chomping. After I established what I wanted to eat The garage tatted gum chewing cashier began to make my order while he was still chewing the gum. Now that is nasty. Is there a manager working? Everyone was talking and joking around in the back like a high school kickback smoking the devils lettuce. It's absolutely absurd. I think it's time to start trimming the fat. I came here during my lunch and ordered to go. The place was empty, but after my order a line started. The staff was quick to get a second cashier to bring down the line. Unfortunately, my first Wingstop experience wasn't as good as I had hoped. I was given my food upside down and the bag was dipping with grease. I had to throw it all away because I couldn't put the bag in my car without ruining my seats. I also wish they would have warned me that my food (5 tenders combo) was going to take 30 minutes. However, when I complained about the time the cashier did go in the back and immedately came out with my order. Staff could use more training. During my visit on 10-06-2017 I felt the cashiers attitude towards an Elderly women and her son was unacceptable. The son asked about the taste of the wings and the cashier responded in a very condescending tone. They do some things right here, but I think the attitudes here are what's holding this place back. The cashier (white girl with blonde hair pulled back into a bun) is rude and unprofessional. Stood there waiting for about two awkward minutes while she was on what appeared to be a personal call. No greeting, no even acknowledgment of my existence until, Francisco walked from the back (he was already busy making wings) to greet me and offer to take my order. Then there's the cleanliness issue of the restaurant, the drink station was inadequately stocked with lids, paper towels and straws. While Ms. Lazy (that's what I will refer to her as) was chit chatting away, Francisco had to stop what he was doing, in the kitchen AGAIN to restock and wipe down the area. There were open tables available but they were beyond filthy, with left over scraps and trash, from previous patrons. It appeared that the trash was overflowed so they were left with no choice but to leave their trash at their tables. Chicken bones were all over the floor, but Ms. Lazy was so deep into her great conversation that she couldn't care less about the customer experience. Now on to the food, definitely not worth the $35 spent :( 1. The infamous Lemon Pepper wings tasted way more like pepper than lemon (would have never guessed "Lemon Pepper") 2. The Original Buffalo wings tasted cheap, like they were of gas station quality, Yuck! 3. I would like to reclaim my time for those dry a** Louisiana Rub wings 4. The french fries were repulsive (god awful, to say the least!) 5. The drink selection was kind of lame, so I had settled for Sprite, it was gross and extremely watered down, like the syrup needed to be changed but with, Ms. Lazy's work style that wouldn't happen anytime soon! I came in to have dinner with my family. The restaurant was moderately full. We placed our order at 7:56pm. Attendant told us it would be 20-25. At 8:46pm we saw people that ordered after us get there food. We ask the worker and they said our ticket didn't print and it would be five minutes. Almost an hour later we got our food.
