Staff just not caring and on their cellphones. Floors are slippery. Tables are sticky. Food though comes out quickly. And even though I prefer bone in wings. Their boneless chicken nuggets are pretty good too. I love all the flavors they offer. They have a great variety of non-spicy sauces, to medium heat ones to one's that'll burn your mouth hot sauce!! This place is a hot ass mess. I placed an order on 5/18 around 7:20pm with an estimated ready time around 7:40-7:50pm. I showed up around 7:45 and was given my order, which I then realized was missing the 10pc of lemon pepper wings. I found it ironic that there was a sign on the counter which stated that "customers should check their bags before they leave as we are not responsible for anything after you leave" or something along those lines but here I am missing a whole item from my order that was almost $40. I let the man at the register know, who seemed like he didn't even believe me at first until I showed him the bag. He then told me I had to wait an additional 18min. for them to make my wings. I sat down while he continued to take orders and it did take almost 18min. for my order but at least they were fresh and hot. When I got home, I also realized the fries were burnt and covered in sugar?! This was a less than happy order experience and I might be back. But we have been here a few times now and at 1st we were super scared but we almost always dined in and not sure if that helps our experience or not. The host Edgar was incredibly rude, answered very monotone as if he hates his job, I asked if it was possible to get a combo without a drink, Edgar answered in a condescending tone with the answer no, I am almost certain it is very true that it's possible to get a combo without a drink. On to the next problem, no straws or ice. You would think when Edgar goes to refill his water bottle and pushes for ice and notices there's no ice he would refill it. Nope. As my husband and I sat down, the tables? Incredibly sticky. Absolutely disgusting. My daughter's fingers stuck on the table. Besides this, restrooms smelled horrible. Your restaurant has a graded A, show it. On top of that, order took a very long time. I get it, there was only two workers it could be a lot. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice a lack of gloves being worn by the employees. Who is to say the food I was eating wasn't touched by the employees skin? Im not sure if this is a said rule or guideline for Wingstop or this Wingstop in general, but it seems pretty unsanitary. After we received our food, ready to eat, we notice majority of problems. I can 100% recollect not ordering parmesan fries. What do I receive? Parmesan fries. In a different world, I probably wouldn't mind, but being an individual highly allergic to garlic, made me super paranoid to eat the food. I will not be coming back at all to this Wingstop.
