UPDATE:
After sending a letter to the company's CEO, today I received an email from the Wing Stop corporate office and then finally the store's regional manager called me back and offered me a refund. I wish I didn't have to go through all of that just to get a refund and basic customer service. I still cant eat at Wing Stop again. Feathers fryed in chicken and Quality Control is not optional for me and my family.

I sent this email to WingStop CEO and it's been nearly a week without a response. Please do NOT eat at WingStop. Judging by their reviews, they clearly don't care about their customers or health and safety.

Dear Mr. Skipworth,
I trust this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you as a concerned customer regarding an issue I encountered at your establishment, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and seeking your urgent assistance in resolving the matter.
On Sunday, March 17, 2024, I visited your restaurant located at 9635 Milliken Ave Ste E105, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. During my visit, I placed an order for 8 wings, fries, and a drink, totaling $22.57. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to significant lapses in service and product quality.
Despite enduring a prolonged wait of 45 minutes for my order, I was dismayed to discover that the fries were served cold upon receipt. Furthermore, upon opening the box of wings to enjoy a bite while waiting for the fries to be remedied, I was shocked to find a wing with a visibly fried feather attached to it. This discovery was deeply unsettling and raised serious concerns regarding the cleanliness and quality control practices within your establishment.
In light of this distressing encounter, I spoke to the store manager, Bianca, seeking redress for the issue. However, despite assurances of follow-up from a District Manager, within a few days, I regrettably did not receive any communication from your team. Subsequent attempts to address the matter through your company website, customer service line, and social media platforms have also yielded no satisfactory resolution.
As a single mother navigating the financial challenges of our current economy, I find it disheartening to have encountered such blatant lapses in quality and hygiene standards, particularly in a food service establishment. The presence of feathers in the chicken not only poses a health risk but also reflects poorly on the overall integrity of your operations.
Mr. Skipworth, I appeal to your sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction to intervene in this matter urgently. All I seek at this point is the reimbursement of the $22.57 expended during my visit, as I am unable to accept further poultry from your establishment given the gravity of the situation.
Thank you for your attention to this pressing issue. I sincerely hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to restore my confidence in your brand.
