Wingstop is my favorite wing restaurant. The service at this particular Wingstop leaves something to be desired though. The wings are still good, but something is just a little different about the wings here vs other stores. I think it's either the amount of sauce they put on their wings or they fry them differently. The staff always looks miserable also. I've been here probably 7 times in the last 9 months and keep my hopes up that it'll be different on my next visit but that hasn't been the case yet. They're still my favorite wings and I'll keep going back, but I don't have my hopes up that the staff will be any happier. read more

I had an online order set to be picked up at 8:30pm on Wednesday October 18th. When I arrived at 9:10pm, I was told that my order was given away and it would be over 10 minutes to remake my food. When I asked what compensation I would be getting for the inconvenience, I was told by the GENERAL MANAGER, that I could have a 10 piece for my next visit after I spent almost $50. He was very rude and essentially said there was nothing that he'd do even though giving away my order was not my fault. I left the restaurant 50 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and with a bad customer service experience. I will never return to this Wing Stop again even though it's closest to my house. I hope that someone that calls themselves a General Manager learns some customer service and empathy. read more

I don't eat out very much, but wing stop is definitely my favorite when I do. I placed an online order and completely lost track of time as I have 3 kiddos. In a panic, I called and asked if my food was still fresh. They told me it was, but by the time I got the gentlemen Raul took it upon himself to remake it! Unfortunately, our experience was awful from the moment we walked in, until we left. The woman who took our order was extremely rude, and continued to be rude throughout every interaction as she forgot our drinks, forgot our dips, then gave us the wrong dips. We waited an unreasonably long amount of time for our order to be ready, and then our food was cold. It was so cold I couldn't eat it and ended up taking it home. I had to ask for boxes, when the woman was again rude. I have eaten at other locations and never had such an awful experience. I recommend skipping this location. They won't let the delivery drivers use the restroom. They don't care that we have a shortage of hand sanitizer and gloves. We work eight hour shifts. We need to use the restroom once in awhile. And we need to wash our hands before we deliver their food. But Wingstop won't let us. We care more about customer safety than they do. When we finally got our food, the chicken was room temperature at best and so over cooked and dry that I had to continuously wash it down with my Sprite. The blue cheese was a bit odd, though the ranch was fine. My fries had no seasoning on them; my husband's were overloaded with seasoning. If I hadn't been so ridiculously hungry, I would have returned the food for a refund and gone somewhere else. Instead, we ate half the food and threw away the rest. Absolutely horrible tonight. Placed order online 9:37, got to Wingstop at 10:13. Was told we had one order ahead of us..hmmm?? My order was supposed to be ready at 9:57. So I wait, and wait some more. 4 orders get made and handed to others. I ask one worker where my order was, she proceeds to look at one bag on the rack, doesn't ask anyone about it and then goes back to unpacking a box. The health department needs to come take a serious look at the store. We have been coming to this location since they opened, many years. However it has been a little while since our last order. Today I called to place an order and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I was semi OK without since I could go shopping at some local stores while I waited. However when I got there, the store was completely empty. I paid for my order and was told my food was almost ready and it just needed to be bagged up. However, I stood around around for another 25 minutes waiting for my food. As I stood around waiting, I observed one of the cooks putting his hand into a bucket of raw chicken without any gloves on. I then proceeded to observe him use that same hand to shake the baskets of cooking chicken in the hot oil. Then he stuck his hand back in the bucket of raw chicken, shook the cooking chicken basket again, opened the fridge door, touched the outside of his medical mask, then back to the raw chicken. WTF. There were 5 workers that I observed who all had masks on, but every single one of them had their masks pulled down under their chin or under their nose. I can only imagine if I've seen this many issues what other kind of health code violations are going on. Besides complimentary salmonella, I wouldn't doubt you could pick up a side of hepatitis B for free at this place! We will never be back to this particular store in light of the disgusting & unhygienic food handling practices I saw today. read more

I love Wingstop but this Wingstop was just not cutting it. Did a walk in and sat over 30 mins and still didn't get our food. People had walked in after us and they got there food. If it weren't for going up to the counter to see how long the order was going to take it would have just sat there. I come to this location occasionally when I want Wingstop. I have never had any problems out of this location. I just had a taste for some Wingstop today, but I can say today I was highly disappointed. I decided to try boneless wings and I've never tried them there before. I have the Louisiana rub and the garlic Parmesan. I will stick with the classic style wings at least at Wingstop because the boneless wings were so salty. I asked if I could get 3 flavors on the 12 pc (I realized the sign said 2 flavors) but I didn't mind paying an extra charge to get the 3rd. The cashier looked annoyed when I asked and said she had to ask. She turned around and asked the manager if we could have 3 flavors on the 12 pc. He didn't even look over and replied "the sign says it". That is no way to respond to someone. They could of politely said no and I would of understood. Ok, First I just wanted to say, it is taking every effort I have to write this review. Due to the fact that both my Wife and I are literally moaning and groaning in pain due to our stomach turning. This is clearly the result of eating one of the worst meals we have ever encountered. Be warned this of our experience and do not eat here. So we ordered an 8 piece tender combo with fries and 2 of drinks, along with an 8 piece bone in combo. This came out to $30. Not at all worth the price. The wings were just straight bone that tasted like rubber. Oh no, my stomach is turning so bad and must rush to the toilette. Ok that was not pleasant. This restaurant must be shut down. I have never felt this way after eating in several third world countries. We are usually true Plucker advocates and will never stray away from there. This place has improved a lot in terms of customer service, speed, and cleanliness. We go here pretty regularly (at least every other week) and we've noted the difference when the manager, Hansel, is around. He is quick and friendly, and doesn't leave you standing there. It's also nice to have someone there when it's time to refill the drinks. I'd prefer to pour my own soda, but it's nice that they have staff manning their fountain drinks so that you don't waste ice, and it keeps the dispensers clean. I hope they keep up the staff presence at the front--as well as the friendly/welcoming vibe, too. As for the most important part, the food. I'm a fan of wet sauce (think Buffalo Wild Wings, Pluckers, etc.), but Wingstop's dry rubs do not disappoint. Their garlic parm is my favorite. Keep in mind that this is fast food, but the quality of their wings is excellent. It's freshly cooked, always at your table piping hot. I have discovered the wonders of pre-ordering online, and I love it! My food is always ready when I get there--and still fresh and hot. And those fries--sweet and salty. Perfect balance! The staff here is so amazing! I ordered from here using one of those delivery apps. I paid for the food and the driver never showed up! (The delivery service ended up giving me a refund). I called Wingstop to see if she stole my food or if it was still there for me to pick up. Luckily it was there, but the staff went above and beyond by making me fresh food and not charging me anything! It was completely unexpected and very sweet! Wonderful service! read more

First off I had forgotten that I even wrote the first review. That was how forgettable their wings are. I just wanna say I am just so done with this location. I think in general Wingstop has decent wings and they're all right but this location has got to get it together. One of the first times I went back to them I paid online and ordered online and then had to wait in line for 20 minutes while the high school lunch rush order their wings only to watch my wings sit on the rack and get colder and colder. Then when I finally got up to the register the girl insisted I was at the wrong location until she figured out that I had already paid for my order and turned around and handed it to me. Needless to say it was a waste of my lunch break. Fast forward to tonight where I place an order on the phone, come in and wait for several minutes to only have my order be wrong once I get home. I added fries when I got to the restaurant to not have any fries in my order. The wings were 10 mild and 5 garlic parmesan they layered the 10 mild on top and all the grease went to the 5 garlic parmesan completely taking off any of the sprinkle parmesan on top of the wings. They were so disgusting and I couldn't even eat all five of them especially since I didn't have any fries to soak up the grease from the wings. People working there seem to not know what the heck is going on and each time I go in it seems like they can never find my order or figure out what I placed ahead of time. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. Last night my husband placed a delivery order so that when we got home from our busy weekday night I didn't have to cook. We got our order on time but it was the wrong order. We called them and they said they do not deliver????? Umm...you just did! So my husband ended up having to go pick up our right order after being on the phone for what I would consider way to long. Once he got there after being told they would make this right, they went back on their word and did not refund us. They thought it would be made right if they gave us more wings...if we wanted more wings then we would have ordered them! We wasted a lot of food last night and both of us were not happy about this situation at all!!! This was not the first time WING STOP has messed up but this was the last straw! We ordered and the older employee brought out our food. He screamed my name several times in a row as if he was angry. Took our food and went home. No fries in the bag. Went back.
