The wait was about 30 minutes for my order of 6 wings and fries. The fries were cold and soggy. The bathrooms were dirty as well. Overpriced for what it is. I will never go back. read more

God food great service. The manager was extremely professional and the food was piping hot. Will certainly recommend this location! Good job!! read more

Wingstop is my favorite wing restaurant. The service at this particular Wingstop leaves something to be desired though. The wings are still good, but something is just a little different about the wings here vs other stores. I think it's either the amount of sauce they put on their wings or they fry them differently. The staff always looks miserable also. I've been here probably 7 times in the last 9 months and keep my hopes up that it'll be different on my next visit but that hasn't been the case yet. They're still my favorite wings and I'll keep going back, but I don't have my hopes up that the staff will be any happier. read more

There are 6 people just standing around in the kitchen cussing and laughing, including the manager. Yet it takes 30+ to get anything, and I wasn't the only one waiting FOREVER! You probably shouldn't stop here..... read more

Wings were decently sized and the staff was excellent. I ordered 20 wings but only received 19. When paying more than a dollar per wing you can't help but feel ripped off. read more

I like Wingstop and I've never had a problem with this location. Maybe I go at a different time than some of the other complaints? If you like Wingstop and acknowledge that you should probably check your order at every take-out place, you'll be fine and be rewarded with some tasty wings. They can do Garlic Parmesan fries which are amazing, get those if you aren't lactose intolerant. read more

I had an online order set to be picked up at 8:30pm on Wednesday October 18th. When I arrived at 9:10pm, I was told that my order was given away and it would be over 10 minutes to remake my food. When I asked what compensation I would be getting for the inconvenience, I was told by the GENERAL MANAGER, that I could have a 10 piece for my next visit after I spent almost $50. He was very rude and essentially said there was nothing that he'd do even though giving away my order was not my fault. I left the restaurant 50 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready and with a bad customer service experience. I will never return to this Wing Stop again even though it's closest to my house. I hope that someone that calls themselves a General Manager learns some customer service and empathy. read more

I don't eat out very much, but wing stop is definitely my favorite when I do. I placed an online order and completely lost track of time as I have 3 kiddos. In a panic, I called and asked if my food was still fresh. They told me it was, but by the time I got the gentlemen Raul took it upon himself to remake it! I was in shock as I knew my food would be cold due to my own mistake. But Raul saved the day ! Thanks so much!!! read more

Unfortunately, our experience was awful from the moment we walked in, until we left. The woman who took our order was extremely rude, and continued to be rude throughout every interaction as she forgot our drinks, forgot our dips, then gave us the wrong dips. We waited an unreasonably long amount of time for our order to be ready, and then our food was cold. It was so cold I couldn't eat it and ended up taking it home. I had to ask for boxes, when the woman was again rude. I have eaten at other locations and never had such an awful experience. I recommend skipping this location. Luckily this shopping center has plenty of better restaurants to choose from. read more

They won't let the delivery drivers use the restroom. They don't care that we have a shortage of hand sanitizer and gloves. We work eight hour shifts. We need to use the restroom once in awhile. And we need to wash our hands before we deliver their food. But Wingstop won't let us. We care more about customer safety than they do. They just want the money and don't care if the customers get their food bags handled with dirty hands. read more

YUCK. Seriously. Yuck. It took us 10 minutes to order and pay at the counter. Then we sat watching a glitchy tv for 40 minutes. When we finally got our food, the chicken was room temperature at best and so over cooked and dry that I had to continuously wash it down with my Sprite. The blue cheese was a bit odd, though the ranch was fine. My fries had no seasoning on them; my husband's were overloaded with seasoning. If I hadn't been so ridiculously hungry, I would have returned the food for a refund and gone somewhere else. Instead, we ate half the food and threw away the rest. As we left (with the receipt in my purse just in case we get sick from this meal), a lady was returning her food because it was cold. Never ever again. read more

food was GREAT but the customer service was HORRIBLE. the two ladies at the front being cashiers were extremely rude didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in after both made eye contact with me. It is not my fault at all they hate their job I've worked food service before and I understand people can be a pain in the a** but don't treat people with disrespect that have done nothing to you. All I was doing was picking up an online order. Geez. read more

Absolutely horrible tonight. Placed order online 9:37, got to Wingstop at 10:13. Was told we had one order ahead of us..hmmm?? My order was supposed to be ready at 9:57. So I wait, and wait some more. 4 orders get made and handed to others. I ask one worker where my order was, she proceeds to look at one bag on the rack, doesn't ask anyone about it and then goes back to unpacking a box. Manager comes, I say "it's been over an hour since I ordered...40 wings! The lady went to help the manager bag our order. She was nasty...long ponytail not covered swinging all over food, she picked at her face then proceeds to touch the basket of fries to place in bag. minutes go by and manager hands the bags to me. I opened the first bag to check...completely wrong order! I was pissed. My boyfriend slams down the other bag, and tells them to check the order. It was wrong too. No customer service and then you nasty on top of that...hell no, never again. I demanded my money back and walked out! Please do yourself and your health a favor...stay clear of Wingstop read more

They are on point I've been there 4 times and each time they are friendly offer suggestions and always smiling I will continue to eat here because their customer service is awesome and the wings are great too read more

Made an online order and made a mistake on it so I called the restaurant about 25times and never got an answer. Picked up my wings and was completely dissatisfied with my order and the chicken was not cooked thoroughly it was still raw in the middle. Tried calling and the line was busy. read more

I love Wingstop but this Wingstop was just not cutting it. Did a walk in and sat over 30 mins and still didn't get our food. People had walked in after us and they got there food. If it weren't for going up to the counter to see how long the order was going to take it would have just sat there. The thing was it was in a bag for called in orders and they blamed it on a Mexican worker that doesn't know English. Wtf seriously! Next time I'll just call in to avoid this issue or just pick another location. Plus I didn't like the fact they didn't wear gloves. read more

The health department needs to come take a serious look at the store. We have been coming to this location since they opened, many years. However it has been a little while since our last order. Today I called to place an order and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I was semi OK without since I could go shopping at some local stores while I waited. However when I got there, the store was completely empty. I paid for my order and was told my food was almost ready and it just needed to be bagged up. However, I stood around around for another 25 minutes waiting for my food. As I stood around waiting, I observed one of the cooks putting his hand into a bucket of raw chicken without any gloves on. I then proceeded to observe him use that same hand to shake the baskets of cooking chicken in the hot oil. Then he stuck his hand back in the bucket of raw chicken, shook the cooking chicken basket again, opened the fridge door, touched the outside of his medical mask, then back to the raw chicken. WTF. There were 5 workers that I observed who all had masks on, but every single one of them had their masks pulled down under their chin or under their nose. I can only imagine if I've seen this many issues what other kind of health code violations are going on. Besides complimentary salmonella, I wouldn't doubt you could pick up a side of hepatitis B for free at this place! We will never be back to this particular store in light of the disgusting & unhygienic food handling practices I saw today. read more

I called and the first thing the old lady says "I am gonna put you on hold" and I am thinking she's helping a costumer so I don't hear anything and then I was like hello hello nobody answered and then she hang up the phone. I called again and she said the same thing and then I called again because I really wanted my wings and she's like the waiting is 30-45 and I was like it's fine can I just get my order by the phone and then she hangs up like are you serious -_- . I call again somebody else's took my Order and they told me that's gonna be ready in 30-45 minutes and I was like it's fine. I get there they only have like 10 receipts on the kitchen. The manager seems to be doing all the work while all the employees were standing around just looking at 1 Order for door-dash. It took them like 5 minutes to figure 1 Order out anyways costumers where asking for their orders. The place seem really dirty all the tables had trash just a mess. Then after waiting for such a long time I received my food and the old lady ask me if I pay for my order and I was like you are the one who charge me for it. Like probably she was on something that she couldn't even remember she charge me for it. She seem so lost. Anyways I open my food it was cold and the fries were soggy,so I tell them that I want to talk to the manager and they like OKAY with their attitude like wing stop is paying their employees to give attitude and cold food like y'all should close instead. People is paying for good food not garbage food. Then the manager comes and he's like What's the problem with attitude too and I was like my food is cold and I wanted hot and he's like let me remake it for you. And I was thinking if it took them like 45 minutes to took 10 tickets out. How long could it be more. I told him I just want my money back and then he was giving the money to somebody else's like what are y'all employees on ??? well thank you for wasting my time. I just know the manager and the employees don't care about being there and they don't like their job but it's fine I won't go back there. There's better place to go eat with nice attitude and good HOT food. Also if you have call phone orders don't tell people I am gonna put you on hold and hang up. While I was there the old lady was doing that every time somebody called. just please have some respect for your costumers they are the ones who make your pay check. read more

I come to this location occasionally when I want Wingstop. I have never had any problems out of this location. I just had a taste for some Wingstop today, but I can say today I was highly disappointed. I decided to try boneless wings and I've never tried them there before. I have the Louisiana rub and the garlic Parmesan. I will stick with the classic style wings at least at Wingstop because the boneless wings were so salty. It Completely ruined my meal because I had sides at home I used. read more

Horrible service. Plan to wait longer than expected and always double check your order. Sad because the wings actually good.

Was really craving some good wings. Didn't find it here. The wings and fries were horribly over salted and swimming in grease. Couldn't bring myself to eat them. Just threw them away. Such a waste of food and money. Really disappointed. Won't be back. read more

I love Wing stop and that's why they get the 1 star. The food is always great but I recently went to this location and the workers are just rude. I asked if I could get 3 flavors on the 12 pc (I realized the sign said 2 flavors) but I didn't mind paying an extra charge to get the 3rd. The cashier looked annoyed when I asked and said she had to ask. She turned around and asked the manager if we could have 3 flavors on the 12 pc. He didn't even look over and replied "the sign says it". That is no way to respond to someone. They could of politely said no and I would of understood. When our Order was finally ready the manager brought it to us and pretty much dropped it on the table. They need to get friendlier staff. read more

Ok, First I just wanted to say, it is taking every effort I have to write this review. Due to the fact that both my Wife and I are literally moaning and groaning in pain due to our stomach turning. This is clearly the result of eating one of the worst meals we have ever encountered. Be warned this of our experience and do not eat here. So we ordered an 8 piece tender combo with fries and 2 of drinks, along with an 8 piece bone in combo. This came out to $30. Not at all worth the price. The wings were just straight bone that tasted like rubber. Oh no, my stomach is turning so bad and must rush to the toilette. Ok that was not pleasant. This restaurant must be shut down. I have never felt this way after eating in several third world countries. We are usually true Plucker advocates and will never stray away from there. Wing Stop you have completely destroyed me and I am cursing you in stomach bowel pain. Please go away forever. read more

This place has improved a lot in terms of customer service, speed, and cleanliness. We go here pretty regularly (at least every other week) and we've noted the difference when the manager, Hansel, is around. He is quick and friendly, and doesn't leave you standing there. It's also nice to have someone there when it's time to refill the drinks. I'd prefer to pour my own soda, but it's nice that they have staff manning their fountain drinks so that you don't waste ice, and it keeps the dispensers clean. I hope they keep up the staff presence at the front--as well as the friendly/welcoming vibe, too. As for the most important part, the food. I'm a fan of wet sauce (think Buffalo Wild Wings, Pluckers, etc.), but Wingstop's dry rubs do not disappoint. Their garlic parm is my favorite. Keep in mind that this is fast food, but the quality of their wings is excellent. It's freshly cooked, always at your table piping hot. I have discovered the wonders of pre-ordering online, and I love it! My food is always ready when I get there--and still fresh and hot. And those fries--sweet and salty. Perfect balance! So, I'm a regular and will keep coming back to this location! read more

We always get the best chicken wings from here. They are always nice. It does take a little time and I'm ok with that.

First off I had forgotten that I even wrote the first review. That was how forgettable their wings are. I just wanna say I am just so done with this location. I think in general Wingstop has decent wings and they're all right but this location has got to get it together. One of the first times I went back to them I paid online and ordered online and then had to wait in line for 20 minutes while the high school lunch rush order their wings only to watch my wings sit on the rack and get colder and colder. Then when I finally got up to the register the girl insisted I was at the wrong location until she figured out that I had already paid for my order and turned around and handed it to me. Needless to say it was a waste of my lunch break. Fast forward to tonight where I place an order on the phone, come in and wait for several minutes to only have my order be wrong once I get home. I added fries when I got to the restaurant to not have any fries in my order. The wings were 10 mild and 5 garlic parmesan they layered the 10 mild on top and all the grease went to the 5 garlic parmesan completely taking off any of the sprinkle parmesan on top of the wings. They were so disgusting and I couldn't even eat all five of them especially since I didn't have any fries to soak up the grease from the wings. People working there seem to not know what the heck is going on and each time I go in it seems like they can never find my order or figure out what I placed ahead of time. Don't waste your time here when there are other places in town that will actually be worth the money they're charging for their food. read more

The staff here is so amazing! I ordered from here using one of those delivery apps. I paid for the food and the driver never showed up! (The delivery service ended up giving me a refund). I called Wingstop to see if she stole my food or if it was still there for me to pick up. Luckily it was there, but the staff went above and beyond by making me fresh food and not charging me anything! It was completely unexpected and very sweet! Wonderful service! read more

I am sitting here in New Years Eve for a 75 wing order placed 24 hours ago on there online system. Got here at my reserved time and they had not even started my order? Kids here could care less - so I will type this review while I wait and tell you - go to Hooters! read more

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. Last night my husband placed a delivery order so that when we got home from our busy weekday night I didn't have to cook. We got our order on time but it was the wrong order. We called them and they said they do not deliver????? Umm...you just did! So my husband ended up having to go pick up our right order after being on the phone for what I would consider way to long. Once he got there after being told they would make this right, they went back on their word and did not refund us. They thought it would be made right if they gave us more wings...if we wanted more wings then we would have ordered them! We wasted a lot of food last night and both of us were not happy about this situation at all!!! This was not the first time WING STOP has messed up but this was the last straw! We will no longer be going here, they have lost a customer and we really like wings! read more

Love to eat Wingstoo but this location does not have the staff to support the order delivery. Great wings but horrible service. My son warned me about the older man who works there and how outrageously rude he was to him. My son was right! We ordered and the older employee brought out our food. He screamed my name several times in a row as if he was angry. Took our food and went home. No fries in the bag. Went back. He was out at the counter when we walked back in. I swear the older employee looked at me, smirked then walked in back. Told the counter people who stayed that we were missing fries. Sorry we're cooking you some new ones it'll be a couple of minutes. Within Seconds they brought a bag out. Got home. They weren't new they were old and kind of burnt. My suspicious mind felt he did this too. read more

If this is the same Wingstop that is in the StoneHill Shopping center then my review for the CLOSED version still stands. It was not great. Food wasn't good. The wings were very hard and overcooked, the fries were burn't and overly salted.
