Wish I could give a review without ANY stars! Problem #1---ordered our food at 7:33PM received our food at 8:19PM. Problem #2---after almost an hour wait for our food, it was cold! Problem #3---had to sit at a filthy table to eat, even after offering to clean it myself. This place is terrible. We ordered 200 wings (Two 100 wing family packs) for our workplace last night. We were missing 50 wings total...25% of the wings. There were 30 parmesan, 10 teriyaki, and all 10 of the hickory smoke were missing. When we called the "manager" he didn't care...at all. He said it was his kitchen staff's word against ours, and he believed his kitchen staff. Yes, the minimum wage kitchen staff is to be trusted over us. We are a large government agency in the Antelope Valley, and have been ordering $500+ worth of food from them almost every single week. It's not like we're a bunch of teens trying to get free wings. When he realized we weren't going to settle for that answer, the "manager" ended up compromising and giving us 20 wings. Looks like it's time to give Buffalo Wild Wings our business from now on. Place a mobile order (always show up late because the estimated time your food is never done on time) show up 30 min after ordering, to be told by the girl behind the counter (who looks like she hasn't washed her work shirt in a week... thank god you didn't touch my food) that they have "run out of boneless wings. Well since they "ran out" 10 min prior you would think you would get a call to say hey we can't complete your order because of the circumstances.... yea no. Show up and get told you can wait ANOTHER 25-30 min for bone in wings. Yea no thanks. Even though it's out of my way by miles I would rather visit another location than ever go back to this one. Sometimes this place can have iffy customer service, but their amazing cashiers are what keeps me coming back. Monique and Casey had both gone out of their way to make my dining experience pleasant even though they were in a lunch rush. I had placed an order with Doordash and one of my items wasn't in the bag, I called and Monique answered and was very polite and asked me if she could place me on a brief hold. I was on hold for only about a minute and she answered and apologized for the wait and was ready to take my order! I had let her know my situation and she was very apologetic and checked on the order immediately. She let me know that unfortunately the driver wouldn't be able to come back to get the item, and I could either come in to get it or she would pass it along to her supervisor so I could get the replacement next time. I decided to come in, and I was greeted by Monique on register who had recognized me from my call. She had a line so she had another associate Casey help me, who also went out of his way to apologize and make up for the missing item, and they also gave me a free small fry for the inconvenience. I have been back here twice since my original review. The customer service still lacks. I mean, they get the job done, but there is NO enthusiasm. There are no smiles. Also, there was what seemed like 7 teenagers in the back of the kitchen just laughing and having a good time. I am not sure if they all worked there. Worst wings I've ever had . Mild was ok , and had ok amount of chicken . My lemonade was water with a hint of sugar . Ordered the Lemon Pepper (my fav) and was really excited! This place was a joke. I came to visit family in Palmdale and decided to call in to order. I was placed on hold. I arrived to the store 10 minutes later and sat in my car for a couple minutes waiting to see if they would answer the phone. I walked in and asked what was the phone number of the store. The employee Gabriel finally told me the phone number after looking around for it, so I showed him the phone. He had the balls to say i was helping a customer when i was watching all the employees talking in the back. Poor Gabriel he needs some help in the service department. What can I say?! My experience was really bad! I place an order online. I get there to pay. The cashier wasn't even sure they except Amex. So while waiting only about 5 minutes for my food (not bad), a homeless person smelling like urine walks in with a shopping cart. Only good thing about this spot at least for me is ,, I always order 20 minutes ahead and when I come they're always ready to pick up but the boneless chicken "wings" are extremely small. Unfortunately for my family, we love WingStop, and this is the closest one to where we live so we're kind of stuck with it. If you place an order online, don't even bother paying attention to the time estimate given to you onCe the order has been confirmed, you will arrive at the restaurant and wait at least another 20-30 mins. We ordered online for Super Bowl Sunday, and they gave us a 45-50 minute estimate online. We weRe fine with that since we know its Superbowl Sunday. We called into the actual store to make sure they received our online order and they verified it was received, and that it would be a slightly longer wait before it was ready. We were okay with that as well and asked for a time frame so that we didn't show up earlier. They said 3:45 pm. We showed up at 3:50 pm and were told the order was not ready. We wait for 15 mins and ask again and they said it was almost done. We wait another 20 mins and ask again, this tIme they tell us to wait while she goes to the back to check on it. Another 20 mins go by and she finally comes back out. SHe says thEy can't locate our order and were we sure we placed the order. We show her the order number and receipt. She leaves for another 20 mins and comes back and says they found the order, but it has not been started yet. At this point she asks if we would like to wait another 20 mins for the ordered to bE processed or if we would like a refund! I have the whole family at home waiting on the wings!! It is now 5:10 and I'm still waiting foR my order. THeir excuse is thAt it's Super Bowl Sunday and they're super busy. Of course you are!!! You should've known you'd be busy and plan accordingly!!! I love Wing stop. We normally order from the one on 10th street. Today I ordered from here on accident. I am not sure how this wing stop is still around. The phone in order for 30 garlic and pepper and 15 Cajun was said to take 40 min. After my 40 min wait I went to pick up. Walking in there was an employee handing out by the door (mind you we are in the middle of a pandemic). They had moved the tables all against the counter to protect them selves however this pushed the guests to now be huddle together. After another 15 min (past the 40 they told me) I finally got my order. Upon arriving at home (the bag saturated with grease). I opened it up to find the wrong order. I called back just to be placed on hold after 6 min and change I hung up. The wings were way greasy, with red centers. I wouldn't suggest this wing stop to anyone.
