Super Bowl Sunday! Ordered ahead two days in advance, knowing that this was gonna be a busy day on the online webpage stated we could pay cash or card. We opted for cash. Come Super Bowl Sunday today. They called us and told us because we didn't pay card. We're not a priority pick up and that we would have to come and wait in the back of the line as if we never ordered . So my husband decided to call them back and just give them a card and be done with it then the lady tells us we can't take card payments over the phone. You'll still need to come in. I understand how busy today can be for a restaurant with a sick child. I don't feel it's appropriate to take him into a restaurant Which is why we ordered ahead this business based on the reviews I'm already looking at could do better. Highly highly highly dissatisfied with the un organization of the company I will not be eating here ever and I will not be placing an order. I will go to Buffalo wild wings from here on out. I highly recommend you do not support them for their rude customer service. We are paying their job when making a order if nobody pays they don't have a job. Be humbled or get a new job. I don't like to post these kinds of reviews as everybody can see my reviews are very friendly, but this beyond has just baffled me. Goodbye Wingstop... read more

Wingstop - Goodbye. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Palmdale, California

The wings were in one box which it totally fine. But one set was clearly very fresh and hot and the other set was cold and soggy. Also some of the fries were soggy like too many were in the fryer at the same time and they steamed instead of crisping. read more

This location solidified my decision to never eat at wingstop ever again. I got severely sick for a week after eating 2 chicken sandwiches. Instantly threw up and couldn't eat for several days. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

A lady that works here had horrible customer service. She didn't want to give me the food I paid for even after I showed my receipt and rolled her eyes when I said I paid for extra sauce and didn't want to give it to me. Not one person had brain cell and legit looking like this emoji. Love wingstop but whenever I come to this location it's just nasty attitudes all around. I hope they all have horrible shifts just like their ugly attitudes. read more

Long wait times, poor customer service, and a complete lack of attention to detail. I ordered Louisiana Rub wings but received Garlic Parmesan instead. I also specifically requested the wings be fried a bit longer for extra crispiness, yet I was served 15 soggy wings. When I brought these issues to the attention of the two young employees at the register, they rolled their eyes as if I were inconveniencing them. While the order was eventually corrected, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I won't be returning to this location. read more

The service attitude of the few staff at this restaurant is really bad. I really like eating here but because of such bad attitude, I no longer feel like eating. read more

Order online in advance for a pick up time that wasn't for another hour and a half. Arrived to store about 10 mins after pickup time and food wasn't even ready when we walked in. They had us waiting for over 40 minutes to even pick our food up, Sauce on the lemon pepper wings was lack luster and dry compared to other Wingstops. only about 3 other couples in the store all who already had their food so o don't understand the wait. They didn't offer an apology for the wait time. read more

Always good wings and my order is always right. The service here is excellent and I love the deals I get through the app.

The service here is deplorable. We're talking over 40 minute wait no acknowledgment and the place was not even packed. One of the employees was upset when I inquired about the length of time it was taking for our order to be ready. If the owners goal is to drive customers away, then there on track. I won't be back. read more

The worst Wingstop location I have been to My wings boneless wings were tiny and dry as hell ! Oh & COLD !!! Disappointed I didn't look up the reviews before going as other people also think similar things about this location. Never stopping by here again... waste of my money ! read more

I do love some Wingstop crispy wings.. but they're not staffed with rocket scientists. There's currently a special.. 15 pc wings (3 flavors), fries, 2 sauces and 2 drinks for $17.99. Cashier says the whole wings in the special are frozen solid and it will take an hour to get an order. I suggested they could give us just flats which would only 1/3 of the wing that's in the special and we would be happy to call it even, but he can't do that because the whole wings are what's on the special. Are we not processing the substitution I suggested is for less than, but I'll accept it? Instead he rings up the non-special 15 pc order for $21.99 that only allows 2 flavors and we get up-charged for requesting the flats. Really, dude? I explained the logic a couple of times but he was completely baffled. Apparently this location doesn't want to sell the special. Every person in line after us asked for it and were told it would be an hour. Could you maybe thaw some since you're open until midnight? He did make an offer to throw in some celery sticks for our trouble.. but when our order was ready the young lady who handed hubby the tray said "fries or celery sticks, you don't get both". The drink machine is awesome! I'll give props for that. Diet fruit punch? Yes, please! I gave an extra star for that and in anticipation of what are usually tasty wings. They lost 2 stars by not having the special available and not trying to accommodate us or the many other customers that tried to order after we did. Manager, you need to teach (or allow) the employees to think on their feet. We ordered at 8pm and they're open until midnight and they still haven't taken any of the whole wings out to thaw. ‍ read more

It was doordashed so i didn't really see service but it was at my house fairly quick. And the food was delectable and yummy

Went to Petrified wild wings for lunch. Total trash. These wings were terrible, couldn't eat them. It seems that unless you eat at a Mom and Pop shop in the Antelope Valley, the choice for food is garbage at the corporate eateries. read more

I ordered 20 boneless wings, 2 lemon pepper chicken sandwiches, and 3 fries. Sadly, everything was nasty. It was cold, the fries had so much seasoning dumped on top only, my wings felt like they weren't cooked, three lemon pepper on my sandwiches and wings were non existent (maybe all went to my poor fries) and their wasn't 1 sauce in either of my bags! I tried calling the store and was on hold over 6 minutes until I just hung up. Irritated! read more

The chicken at this location is tiny, either over or undercooked, and had no flavor at ALL! Soo disappointing. I got two different flavors and both tasted the same, dry and bland, and genuinely had zero seasoning. The skin was even chewy and gross. If i wanted to spend $20 on undercooked tiny flavorless chicken i would have bought it myself and just thrown it in the air fryer or something. Seems like what they did. The past times i've been to this location it's usually the same disappointment. :/ read more

I ordered a 10 piece meal and was given only one ranch. They were not fully cooked my kids showed me the wing and it was still red. And I waited 35min for my order. I do not recommend this place. Ever wondered what it's like to bite into a wet raw potato? Well look no further! You cannot find anything quite like this. Hold on, do you mean fries? Hold the phone! You may be thinking to yourself, I'll just order them well done- nope. Extra seasoning could have helped(?) these fries which I also requested in my order but that was overlooked as well.. Either the employees don't know how to read or they just clearly DGAF I would have called to let them know this time around (again) but this has happened EVERY TIME I've ordered delivery from here. Would recommend the wing stop on 47th street if you are willing to go an extra mile or 10. It's better than chewy wet potato stick. 1 star because I've seen no improvement. I can't understand for the life of me why a customer cant pay online on your store website. What a shame. Really in 2021. Are you serious. Additional, during Superbowl most all and my pre order were not made/cooked until we arrived which caused some to miss the first quarter of game. Stop taking advanced orders if your not processing the tickets until we arrive then making us wait. Update your darn website cant accept cc orders. Shameful. read more

Same great taste same quality and portion but the prices increased drastically. $20 dollars for the 10 piece meal. When they first opened in Palmdale it was $10. Now 10 years later...it's hurting my pocket. Please, next year don't raise another dollar. read more

This wingstop is probably the most reliable one I've been to. Edwin took my order and he was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent.

Ok, my first "Oh, Neg" review. Why? If you lie it's just wrong. Hubby picked up our order at this location. No, he didn't look at it and even if he did, they had it turned around to hide the freezer burns. We do a pick up when our child wants wings, I get the 6 piece. I've never checked in at any of their locations I didn't pay attention to the food, cause I've never had an issue before this. 1. I called the location and asked if it's fresh or frozen. The answer was "its fresh". Don't lie, I have pics to prove otherwise. 2. This place is not even close to our home. Hubby took it back. They were making another order to go for me. He canceled it at the location. 3. Even the new batch had freezer burns. Canceled! 4. Ever eat freezer burn chicken before? No, it's like hard jerky. They should have thrown it out or given it to a food kitchen..yeah, nope. Just throw it out. One good thing for the 1 star...The fresh Celery n Carrots! Look at the pics, very obvious to me and everyone that's not blind. I wish people wouldn't lie, that in of itself is wrong! Own up and apologize. Just because of that we won't be returning. We don't have time to deal with liars. Personal pet peeve. read more

This Wingstop food has been really good lately . I go 1-2 times per week . Today when I went , the food was really good but after reaching in my fries a few times , I found hair wrapped in my fries . Shameful, allowing people into the stop without a face mask. WE all know that masks are REQUIRED. So I checked the the youngster that came in without a mask. This guy was a young black (pc... african american). He took my picture and one of my license plate. He also said that he'll be seeing me. He probably will, doing what I do. Why cant we just do what we are suppose to do. I will NOT be going to wingstop anytime soon based solely on the fact that they doint want do enforce the rules. I ordered Wingstop last night through Doordash and it was really great! We tried a few of their flavors (original hot (4/5), spicy korean Q (5/5), garlic parmesan (3/5), mild (5/5), and hawaiian (3/5). We also ordered fries with light seasoning (I think light seasoning was good, otherwise it was too salty). Their carrots are really good and fresh and are delicious dipped in ranch. I made the mistake of pre paying for 100 wings for Super Bowl Sunday. I figured it would be smart to order in advance knowing they may be busy that day. It didn't matter. I might as well of ordered when i got there. The line was out the door. Customers were getting rude and pushing. I fight through the crowd to pick up my wings and they cant find my order. Then they ask me to wait a second while they find. Try to give my order to someone else. It actually took me and a few customers to figure out who's order belong to who. Finally i fight my way out to enjoy game day with my wings, carrots and celery sticks. Or maybe just wings.. I guess when you order 100 wings you get one carrot one celery chopped up. Im gonna throw i an extra star because i really enjoyed the wings. read more

Wingstop - I guess 5 and 5 carrots and celery sticks is good with a huge order. Thanks ‍ - Chicken Wings Near Me - Palmdale, California

Probably the best wings out of any wing place!!! The big guy upfront with the glasses gave great customer service, quick, easy, great attitude. Overall good hospitality. The wings were delicious, crispy edges but still moist. Fries nice and salty, Overall experience a 4.5 stars. Only negative is the wait time, some of the crew members seemed too busy with cleaning the fryers at around 10pm but they close at midnight ‍. Team work with the orders would of helped the timeframe. Restaurant was also very clean at the time. Really good job to the guy upfront. QUICK NOTE*** I am judging you on a professional level. I've been a chef in the Industry for 10 years now. I usually have a good experience when I go to this Wingstop, that's why I drive over 15 minutes to go there. However, last night I ordered a 30 piece family meal. I ordered online so I thought the time given was fair, but to my surprise the food was done 10 minutes after. That wasn't the bad part; my wings were cooked so crispy to the point that they were burnt and I saw them bring out fries that looked super soft. I thought to myself, "no biggie" they'll get crispy in the oil, but they were soggy. We threw our food in the trash, $46 gone down the garage. I called to talk to the manager and he said, " bring the food back and I'll replace it" they'll be awesome if I lived close, but it's already 10:15pm and I wasn't going back out after a long day of work. I'm so disappointed in this Wingstop and I won't be going back. read more

Terrible service. Waited over an hour to get our food. Previously the food was good, however, this time, the seasoned wings were salty, the wings with sauce were not properly coated.
