    The service attitude of the few staff at this restaurant is really bad. I really like eating here but because of such bad attitude, I no longer feel like eating.

    Great special! Too bad they can't sell any because all of the whole wings are frozen solid.. 4 hours before closing.

    I do love some Wingstop crispy wings.. but they're not staffed with rocket scientists. There's currently a special.. 15 pc wings (3 flavors), fries, 2 sauces and 2 drinks for $17.99. Cashier says the whole wings in the special are frozen solid and it will take an hour to get an order. I suggested they could give us just flats which would only 1/3 of the wing that's in the special and we would be happy to call it even, but he can't do that because the whole wings are what's on the special. Are we not processing the substitution I suggested is for less than, but I'll accept it? Instead he rings up the non-special 15 pc order for $21.99 that only allows 2 flavors and we get up-charged for requesting the flats. Really, dude? I explained the logic a couple of times but he was completely baffled. Apparently this location doesn't want to sell the special. Every person in line after us asked for it and were told it would be an hour. Could you maybe thaw some since you're open until midnight? He did make an offer to throw in some celery sticks for our trouble.. but when our order was ready the young lady who handed hubby the tray said "fries or celery sticks, you don't get both". The drink machine is awesome! I'll give props for that. Diet fruit punch? Yes, please! I gave an extra star for that and in anticipation of what are usually tasty wings. They lost 2 stars by not having the special available and not trying to accommodate us or the many other customers that tried to order after we did. Manager, you need to teach (or allow) the employees to think on their feet. We ordered at 8pm and they're open until midnight and they still haven't taken any of the whole wings out to thaw. ‍

    Went to Petrified wild wings for lunch. Total trash. These wings were terrible, couldn't eat them. It seems that unless you eat at a Mom and Pop shop in the Antelope Valley, the choice for food is garbage at the corporate eateries.

    I arrived I 11:20 p.m. and my order was not ready they were just laughing and cleaning up getting ready to go home without making my order that I order an hour earlier I order food for five people and he's not cool that the employees for being lazy did not make my order hoping to have a better service next time cuz I'm a customer of Wingstop and it's a really bad feeling coming back empty-handed this location needs better employees that will really have you order ready and I just hang around and be laughing

    This wingstop is probably the most reliable one I've been to. Edwin took my order and he was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent.

Got the Lemon Pepper sauce for the Bone-In Wings. We were already an hour in, almost done with our sampler, when our waitress checked in on us and we informed her we never got our wings. She said she will check on them and the wings came out hot and crispy a few minutes later. We were brought ranch dressing with our wings. Apparently if you don't tell them what sauces you want, they will automatically bring you ranch dressing. Also got refillable soda for $4.49. The wait staff was pleasant enough, but all the additional charges are out of hand! I had ran into this issue here, previously, as well as at the NEW Coach's just earlier today. We ordered one dozen wings. We asked for the six flats of the order to be "mild" and the six drums to be the spiciest they have (which is not spicy at all). We asked for them to be extra wet. My wife likes ranch with hers, while I like blue cheese. When the ticket is presented, there are up-charges for ALL FLATS and ALL DRUMS, a charge for the blue cheese, a charge for ordering the wings wet. Seriously?! First of all, I had spoken to a manager at this location previously about the up-charges for separating the flats and drums to different flavor profiles. The manager agreed that I should not be charged for this and removed those charges. In discussion with the manager at the NEW Coach's, earlier today, the same consensus was relayed. STOP CHARGING FOR THIS! Look, I could understand if I was ordering six or twelve wings and asking for all of them to be drums or flats. When one orders twelve wings, which is generally equal amounts of drums and flats, why am I attempting to be up-charged twice for having one sauce on all the flats in my order and another sauce on all the drums? Why are you charging me for another dipping sauce on an order of twelve wings? You give one dipping sauce for an order of six wings. You think one dipping sauce is compatible for an order of twelve? You charge me for asking for our wings extra wet? The only reason we ask for them that way is because the wings are nearly dry if you don't. And, the little dollop of sauce that came with the wings was hardly worthy of being called "wet". I had to ask for more sauce because there was not enough to even consider them being viewed as wet when they arrived to the table. This place is going downhill; quick, fast, and in a hurry since the transition to new ownership. Coach's used to be a place we could enjoy going to and count on their menu staples being available (if they weren't sold out!). The fried green beans were in high demand. So much so that they were sold out when we went, a few times. Their pretzels were also a huge hit! The new owners removed them from the menu. I know they have had numerous requests to bring them back, but they couldn't care less. The food has gone downhill, the wait staff is not as lively and personable as they used to be, the extra charges are ridiculous, and the new owners don't give a rat's a$$ about their customers; they only care about trying to make money (while removing a couple of the best selling items on the original Coach's menu). Make that make sense! Remove sell-out items when your only focus is about making money. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the waitress was halfway attentive. Good luck with your future, as you continue to lose previously loyal customers!

At this point I told him to cancel the order and that we would go elsewhere. Every time we go there it's the same guy in the front and he is always grumpy and clearly dislikes his job. I rarely go there because of this. I have three adult children that live in the area that say they have the same issue. It's such a shame because the food is really good there but customers should not have to be treated like we're doing them a favor by supporting their business. Very poor customer service.
