The restaurant was empty but they were busy w/ online orders so it took a while for us to get our food but the customer service was great. The food itself was okay, the lemon pepper wings were a dry rub & a little salty at times. The buffalo wings had a good flavor & kick to them and their ranch was alright. Their fries are seasoned w/ Cajun seasoning but were nothing special. Our son really enjoyed this place but his dad and I are more picky with our wings. Be careful if you Door Dash Boom boom has good food but terrible customer service. We placed a door dash order. The order arrived without the fries. If you know this restaurant you know they put the fries in the box with the chicken. I called the store and there only solution was to drive to the restaurant and pickup fries. Not realistic. By that time the rest of the food would be cold. And, if I wanted to drive I would have done that in the first place. They blamed the door dasher. they aren't allowed, nor would I want them, to open up the box to check the order. They could touch food. No Boom Boom that's not how it's done. The place is clean, neat, and well taken care of. You walk up to the counter and order your food. They do not serve alcohol, just soda and various other non-alcohol drinks. I went on a Tuesday and was notified about their .75 cent wing Tuesdays. Since I consider myself a chicken wing connoisseur, that sounded perfect. The wings come in 9 different flavors. I ordered 15 wings in the Lemon Pepper and the Louisiana Rub. I also ordered Onion Rings. I placed the order to go. When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised to find the wings and onion rings steaming hot. They were a good size and I really enjoyed the flavor of the wings. They have a nice selection to cater to different tastebuds of their customers. The two disappointing things about this place is: #1 - The size of the wings. We got wings that were decent size, and some that were sooo small! I have attached a picture for your reference. You can see the size difference is so obvious. There was barely any meat on the small wings. #2 - Packaging - We got 20 wings in 4 different flavors, and they were packed in a small box. Tried the Louisiana and Korean Spicy boneless wings. They were both really good. I felt the Korean spicy was only a tad hotter than the Louisiana though. It was very busy when we went there but the staff were polite and hard working. I was too hungry to take a picture beforehand lol. A great deal, especially if you can pack it away like we can. Overall the flavors are great, from the Korean spicy (solid heat) to the garlic-soy, and everything in between. We both love spicy food and the ranges of heat balance out great with whatever sweeter options you may pair your choices with. Places like Wingstop are okay, but if you wanna support a more local joint with great food and prices definitely check this spot out! Went in about a week ago, too, and it was all decorated for Christmas which was adorable. Everyone is always super nice even when they have been swamped when we have gone to dine-in or takeout. Soy garlic was more soy then sweet then garlic. Too much soy IMO Sweet Chili is exactly that, just sweet chili. It lacked salt to give it more depth. Went better when dipped into ranch. Great wings, fast service, clean establishment. This little Diamond in the rough at this business center. Buffalo Wild Wings is "meh" compared to Boom Boom Chicken. The wing flavors are limited to about 6 but they are all delicious. My fave is the Sweet and Spicy. The texture is crunchy which I loved and they do spare no expense on saucing the wings up! Antelope Valley residents are lucky to have their own version here in Palmdale. I'm glad that the owners seemed to have won the hearts of many since it's been packed every time I come here now but they have failed to keep up with the demand. Most recently on a Tuesday I walked into a madhouse. The order was placed over an hour ago for pick up. The chicken is still not ready. I am very disappointed that service is extremely slow. The cashier and kitchen simply can't keep up with the flow of orders especially during rush hour and popular days. Chicken quality is the same (very yummy) but I took off two stars for their inefficient flow of operations, not being stocked on popular items like the radish, and a filthy bathroom. read more
