Boom Chicken was a nice surprise, located off of 10th St West and W Palmdale Blvd. You will find a variety of wings, both bone and and boneless amongst several other options. The seating area is ample with a variety of options. Your are greeted by friendly staff that are happy to walk you through their menu and spice level options. We came in during lunch and it was not to busy, the main menu board is cut up into three options, Wings, Tenders and Party Packs. Under the wings you will find the spice level next to the names of the wings. We tried the boneless wings the Korean Spicy probably one of our favorites, it has a nice kick but not overwhelming, fyi we do like things on the spicer side. We also tried the Sweet Chili, very good wing, the Buffalo flavor, very good without the spice and the Cajun, they were all great tasting and a nice portion size, you also get to choose a side from the options and a drink. They have a special that runs on Tuesdays, get there early .89 cent bone in wings all flavors, that is a smoking deal!! I am still in shock by the fact that this place is a true gem I have been wanting some super crispy wings and this place has them. I found them while going to the market and it is fairly close to my home. I decided to order some lunch from here and it was honestly one of the best wings I've ever had. On Tuesdays they do 89 cents wings and minimum of 10 which is a bargain in today's market. I had the Cajun and lemon pepper wings and they were both so delicious. The chicken was super crispy and with the crispiness the sauces were coated evenly. They have other items on their menu and I can't wait to go back. Really good chicken tenders: The sauce was amazing! The guy taking my order recommended the Korean Spicy sauce since I like spicy stuff and he was right. Very tasty, spicy and just a little bit crispy. I got the Bleu cheese for my dip and it was nice but nothing exceptional. The fries were also very nice. Fluffy inside and crispy outside. I came with my husband and child at 8 and the guy said it will take a while 30 mins . We where hungry so we placed our Oder an waited. When it was ready it was 8:50 and we sat down and started eating our food and the guy said that they are closed to pack up and leave . Our baby was crying because he wanted to eat .
