I ordered 12 pcs of chicken and have been waiting for 30 mins to get my order. They don't know what is goin on, haven't offered fix the situation. Very poor customer service, they don't see to care about their customers. I can't rate how the food taste since they haven't served it yet. read more

Wow. I am such a picky wing eater, but Boom Boom Chicken has won me over. The perfect amount of crunch. The flavors of the chicken. I don't think it gets any better than this! Oh, don't let me forget about the fresh fries that reminded me of the ones I used to get in the hood growing up Pure Perfection! read more

Boom Chicken - Louisiana Rub and Original Spicy Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lancaster, California

I'm not generally a huge fan of fried chicken but I have to say that I LOVED these chicken wings. My favorites were the Louisiana Rub and the Lemon Pepper chicken wings. My third favorite was the spicy flavored wings. The chicken was moist and tender, but not greasy, and the flavors were amazing. I also tried the onion rings and fries and they were pretty yum. I can't wait till my next trip to Lancaster to go to Boom Chicken. read more

I am giving 1 star based on my very bad experience. I ordered a group 40 piece with two sides. When I received the sides they were barley enough for one person! Incredibly small. When I asked how this will serve a group, they told me that's the size it comes with! I had to pay for additional sides. Spent a total of 40 mins waiting for food, and of course my chicken was cold by the time I got the extra sides I will NEVER come back here again. read more

Just stopped by here today first time. Was working on the area and wanted something to eat. I checked out this place on Yelp had pretty good reviews so I had to come see what's it all about. After playing out so many other chicken spots I just needed to find a new place to eat at. Man!!!! I gotta say this chicken is amazingly good! The tenders crispy and so tender and the sauces are on point they know just the right amount of seasoning and sauce to add. I also gotta give credit to the fries they had like a sweet but peppery taste mixed with the ranch it was just too much goodness! I'll definitely be coming back to get more ! read more

Okay so I've tried other competitors and I must say this is the best!! And they are open Monday through Saturday from lunch to dinner. And no huge lines as of yet. A must try!! They have wings, tenders the menu is huge compared to others Maybe location is not the best but that should not matter plenty of parking you might have to wait about 20 minutes but it fresh and worth the wait. read more

This place is run by clowns with a capital C for being total cunts. I've put off giving them a one star and gave them the benefit of the doubt many times. Today man, today hits different. I'll reiterate what others have said, their customer service are shit-tier. Worse customer service than Popeyes if you can believe it. I've never had an issue with the women staff, it's the men. More than once have I been berated for using the word "dozen" when ordering wings. They'd respond rude as hell questioning why I gotta use 'big words' and making them do math. Really? Literally every other fried chicken businesses set their menu based on dozens (half dozen, two dozen, etc). If they're not up to snuff on 4th grade vocabulary and math, then I'd be cautious about ordering here. Who knows what kind of buffonery is going on behind the kitchen curtains. Best thing yet, whoever was taking my order over the phone (black male) asked for my name and said verbatim "oh I'll be remembering that name" before ending the call. Top-notch customer service. Threatening a customer by insinuating violence. Meh, I wasn't spooked. Still went and picked up the food. As I was leaving, the black male that was on the phone peaks out from the kitchen doors and asks me if I was phone earlier. Then he starts sizing me up ("what's up? Was that you on the phone? You sounded agitated over the phone") as if he's boutta pounce on a customer for ordering with common nomenclature for fried chicken wings (Tbh I was annoyed by the way they antagonized me over the phone for my vocabulary choice. This happened more than once. I'd have to do the math for them and tell them how many wings I wanted). I made some bullshit excuse to de-escalate and left. I'm not risking my current employment by getting into an altercation with these clowns. There's plenty of fried chicken game in town (coaches, Buffalo wild wings, taps challenger house, wingstop, etc) that I'm not remorseful about leaving them in the dust with my business. They probably can't make it through this whole review without opening a dictionary, if they even encountered one in their entire lives. I'm good with it. Anyhow, be warn. Take your business elsewhere. Pay a little extra and receive proper customer service. You get what you paid for. Peace. read more

Delicious ! Love the wings and fries. Definitely recommended. Great service and pretty quick

Boom Chicken made the flavors in my mouth BOOM with savory goodness! This branch just opened up in Lancaster with the original in Palmdale. Their sauces are all house made - try their spicy original if you want some kick. They have variety of flavors that really hits the spot. read more

Boom Chicken is the Lancaster location of their tasty Palmdale shop (Boom Boom Chicken), they lost a Boom along the way. Tuesdays are .60 wing day! The chicken is just as tasty and well done as the Palmdale shop. The wings are large and well cooked, while remaining juicy and tender. They have all the delicious sides on their menu. I recommend the corn salad. Unlike the Palmdale store they have a soda machine, unfortunately you can't fill your own and have to ask for refills causing traffic at the front counter. They are a bit disorganized and the eat in side of things is very small as well as a bit unkempt. They were having difficulties with one of their terminals, credit cards worked but debit cards did not. I gave up and paid cash. The girl at the counter was pleasant and helpful and the young man helping the cook fulfill orders was also pleasant. The order was quicker from here than my experiences at their Palmdale location with no sacrifice of quality. They were very busy so I hope they stay in business and tune up their growing pains. Welcome to Lancaster. read more

This place is a hidden gem! Got the wings in a variety of flavors and they were all so good! I literally could have eaten a 100 of them. But definitely make some room for the spicy chicken sandwich! It was AMAZING and a must-try! Great little family run restaurant and highly recommend!!! read more

Boom Chicken serves up delicious, crispy, spicy chicken wings that stand up to its competition. I like the variety of flavors offered, and the option of boneless or tenders for picky eaters. I would return to try some of the other flavors, I did enjoy the sweetness of the Original Spicy. Eat them quick otherwise they end up a bit soggy! read more

Crunchy, crunchy and super tasty! Classic flavor is great. Honey BBQ is really good. Lemon Pepper is a little salty. Ginger soy needs a little something to make it perfect. Not sure what though. My only suggestion would be is to check your take out order before leaving restaurant. A few mistakes with my order. The staff was gracious to make up for it. Twice. They seem new and very busy. Sweet staff and willing to fix mistakes. read more

Awesome family ran restaurant! Chicken is always fresh and juicy. Lots of flavors to choose. My favorite is the garlic soy (mild). If you can take the heat try the spicy garlic soy! read more

Amazing chicken!! You can tell it's definitely fresh chicken and made to order. All the flavors are awesome!

I had heard good things about this new place that opened up around the corner from my house. I finally went in for lunch and I ordered the chicken sandwich with heat. It was pretty delicious. Perfectly crispy with a decent amount of juicy chicken breast. The fries were on point too. The only bad thing I would say is that the bread got a little soggy from whatever condiments they add to the sandwich. Despite the subtly soggy bread, I'll be coming here instead of Chic-fil-a. read more

I love the wings they are so crispy and full of flavor. The East Lancaster location though has a habit of taking the phone off of the hook making it difficult to order. Unfortunately their employees are not all taking social distancing and wearing masks mandates seriously. Today when I picked up my order the employee never put on his mask while going in and out of the kitchen and even going around the safety partition to within 2' of me. read more

Workers are good and nice and understand they work hard. I am really curious that it is normal to ask for tip when I order by telephone. The worker said the owner ask for that...it was my first time that restaurant ask for tip when I am ordering I was spending 30 years in US read more

Food was mediocre. Was looking for a non-corporate alternative to Wingstop, but this was not it for me. Oh well.

I've ordered Book Chicken twice through Postmates. Both times I have been blown away by the taste and flavor of the wings. The portions are great sizes and the price is pretty good for how large the portions are. The Louisiana Rub was super tasty. The Asian Zing and the Soy Sauce flavors are also delicious. I can't wait to try the other wing flavors. read more

The Boom chicken is much better in the Palmdale location, when I called in the male worker was rude and clearly annoyed of me simply making an order. read more

Chicken was good when they first opened but now it just seems like fried skin. Where's the meat

First off the customer service was AMAZING thank you Vincent you are definitely one of the reasons we will be returning. The wings are always perfect.the whole vibe was so positive and welcoming while still being very professional all around great place. Will definitely be back for more. read more

Been a regular since this location opened. The manager Vincent is a great dude, always friendly and makes small talk when I come - sometimes alone, sometimes the wife, and sometimes my dad too. The wings ate truly the best I've had and I'm hooked on the Louisiana Rub. The fries and onion rings are fried perfectly. They're never soggy and the onion never slides out like it does at most places, it goes with the crunch of that amazing fry-job. It's a small location, but they're always cooking up great wings. Check 'em out on Tuesday when they're doing 60¢ wings! This place stole my dad and I from Wingstop and Buffalo Wild immediately, and it's been delicious since. read more

The sandwich is great. Employees are nice so all the reviews I read regarding service are false imo

This used to be my favorite spot the flavors are amazing but they went from selling all flats of the wing to mostely drums of the wing. Booo and they wont let u get all flats even if your willing to pay extra. Whay cant the paying customer get the part of chicken they want. Why why why. Gotta find another spot. I guess itsback to WING STOP. read more

I pick up my order in the Lancaster area it's not a very nice place to go, no parking, dirty parking lot and does not seem to be a safe to go...I place my order over the phone and ready within 10 minutes, when I got home unsealed the bag and look thru my chickens and onion rings all I saw was old dry, hard burn wings inside the box and greasy warm onion rings. Pay so much money with a tip of 15%....When they first open up about 2 or 3 years ago the wings were fresh, hot and crispy. The price went up but the quality is awful. I would not recommend and would not be coming back ever again. read more

Food took 35 minutes to come out. My husband and I did order a lot so I was expecting the wait. They also said there was going to be a wait. Food came out piping hot! Steam was coming off them bitches. Fries were great. I got the honey bbq and my husband got the dry rub lemon pepper & buffalo. We both enjoyed the dry rub lemon pepper. They really sauce up the wet ones. Boneless portion is HUGE. Got a 7 piece, couldn't even finish it. My husband got 20 bone in and finished them all. The bone in is definitely a smaller portion but still amazing. I would eat here again. Honey bbq did have a kick so don't go in thinking it's just sweet and no spice. Hope this review helped those who are questioning this place. read more

Food is trash, rude people, food comes out like its been sitting out for 30 mins, they pick the most trash wing selection, service is overall trash! Boom boom in palmdale way better than these fools. Dont order if you get two guys there they both short thats why they always mad. read more

Way better than wing stop and better flavor its worth every penny. My kids love it my family has to get it every time they come to visit me

Best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Popeyes ain't got nothing of this place. And you won't eat stabbed!!!!

The top flavors of wings we typically get is the Korean spicy, soy garlic, and sweet chili. They are amazing! The wings have just enough meat on them-not too much and not too little. The fries are also really good. The customer service is good as well. Just beware the Korean spicy is extremely spicy but good read more

The best wings in the AV by far are at Boom Boom Chicken. If you've been to the one in Palmdale then you know what I'm talking about. This one is run by the same people so the wings are just as good, only now you can enjoy them in Lancaster too. If you like spicy wings ask for the extra spicy ones. They're the best! read more

I got the bone-in wing combo and I have to sadly say that it was the worst wings and fries I had in my life. Both tasted old, stale, and that they had been re-fried in old oil. I'm hoping it was just bad timing when I ordered my food and that it doesn't regularly taste like that. Regardless, I'm definitely not willing to try this place out again. I'd much rather drive down the street, pay the same price, and eat better tasting wings and fries at Wingstop. read more

Went in to pick up a door dash delivery and there was no one at the counter so I said "hello?" To let them know I was there. One of the employee came out of the kitchen and aggressively checked me say "what was that hello about? You just walked in the door, we're getting the order ready" I apologized said I meant nothing by it but his aggressive and angry tone made me feel like he was trying to start a fight over nothing. I'm telling all my friends not to go here unless they wanna risk getting into a fight with an employee who seems angry at the world and ready to take it out on anyone they don't like. read more
