We have not eaten there in probably six or eight months and the food has gotten worse since we were there last time. Lots of gristle on the chicken. The seasonings aren't there they used to be in the Bulgogi. It's kind of bland. It's smoky in there than normal and the top all off the weight staff is terrible. You have to wait and wait and wait for somebody to come by to the point of almost having to stand up and go to the kitchen area to find someone it's ridiculous. Never come here. I don't know what happened but they tanked. We stood there for 10 minutes to be even acknowledged. Then another 10 minutes to seat us at a table with no grill, no holder, nothing. She then vanishes for another 5 minutes, comes back to take our order without giving us a grill. After asking about it she gets annoyed for some reason and grabs one from a different table, tosses it on ours, starts it up on the highest setting with no water. We had to ask some other person to help us. Then she comes back with drinks that weren't even ours, gets pissy about it, and walks off. Then when i asked for food scissors she handed to me quickly with the pointed bit at me... We waited 45 minutes total just to be set. On top of that they upped the price again. It used to be $25 and $32 2 weeks ago now its $28 and $35. And drinks $4? They are dropping hard. I don't know how they accomplished that but it felt old downtown. Great service I think one of the best Korean bbq places that frequently change your grill. They are on top of it and we appreciated their attentive service. They have an outstanding wait staff here. Making our celebration time enjoyable. Meats arrive on a robot server, so fun. Salad bar is in the center of the restaurant with more than just salad. There's gyoza, veggie tempura, dipping sauces, glass noodles, seaweed salad, actual salad lol, various pickled vegetables, giant tray of Kim chi, daikon, broccoli, green beans, radish wraps and fruits. Ayce bbq option was such a treat for our hungry men. Definitely a great place to visit when you're sticking to pure protein. As for the others our appetites weren't as ravenous. The choices that they had for entrees were excellent and comes with a visit to the salad bar. The soufflé egg could use some help. There's a lot of quantity but could adjust the quality but the price was unbeatable. Giant portions I couldn't finish my whole plate. The meat selection is limited but will cure a Korean bbq fix. They don't have the sushi part of the menu any longer. (Which was disappointing considering most reviews had them.) From the dinner menu, we had beef belly ( yummy), short rib ( no bone and chewy), chicken (solid for regular and spicy), thin pork belly (aka bacon), and beef brisket (pretty good quality). The service was okay because there were limited staff since they only had two waiter/ runners (for a Saturday night? That's wild with a pretty full house). The bon chon (side dishes) are pretty solid, except the tempura was just thrown together and have gotten soggy. Recommend the seaweed & cucumber salad. Solid ice cream choices (rocky road, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, chocolate mint, vanilla chocolate chip, cookies and cream, and matcha) Pepsi for soda choices (sorry I'm a coke girl) but love the fact that they have cherry Pepsi. It's Friday today their online hours say they close at 9:30pm. We walked in a few minutes after 8:30pm. One of the greeters told us they stopped taking people in at 8:30pm. We didn't plan to stay there for a while and would've been out by 9:30pm if they allowed us, but we understood their rules and left. I even called afterward while in the parking lot to make sure that was true because we were thrown off (just incase we were told we couldn't dine in by an employee having a bad day) but no... even the person who answered the phone confirmed that rule. It doesn't make sense. Why close an hour before the posted online hours, to walk ins? I'm a little slow to post, but I just had to share our recent experience at Love BBQ in Palmdale. Hubby and I hadn't been there since prior to COVID. We had tried K-Bob and went back a few times because it was new to us, and we enjoyed it. On Friday night (2/17/2023) we decided to go back to our old favorite and see how they're doing, and we couldn't be more pleased! They were busy.. but we didn't have to wait to be seated. The service was as friendly as ever, quick and attentive. The place was very clean. I've read some posts saying otherwise, but on Friday night around 8pm the place was immaculate! The banchan bar was well stocked, the counters were wiped down and there were plenty of plates and bowls available to serve yourself. The servers were quick to come to our table to take our protein orders, and much to our surprise our platters were promptly delivered to our table by a cute little robot! I wish Yelp would allow me to share the video of "Keenon" doing his thing. This was new since we last visited. It's a great system because the servers are free to take orders without all of the running of the plates. Good quality meats and all are offered for the same price. No tiered menu if you want the shrimp, seafood, the boneless short ribs, etc... everything is included. No slight to "the other place" in Lancaster who has a similar price point, but that's only for a choice of 4 or 5 basic meats. We enjoyed all of the banchan sides. I noticed they were all less "sweet" than our last few visits which made me so happy! The flavors were more authentic. So now we have two fantastic options for Korean BBQ in the Antelope Valley! Love BBQ in Palmdale on 10th Street West and K-Bob in the Lancaster Outlet Mall. We recommend them both! read more

Food is garbage, the rice was probably the only good thing, even then I believe I cut my tounge trying to eat it because of how dry it was. 2. I never seen grayer meat in my life, and it taste like athletes food. 3. The soup was watered down and smelled like toes. 4. The kimchi taste like fish oil, I'm not sure that's what it's supposed to taste like. 5. My husband and I LOVE coming here for the KBBQ buffet. My specific favorites are the beef brisket (which I eat like a taco with the white radish slices) and the pork belly. The ice cream is always really good too. Items not included in the buffet that I love to order on the side is their steamed egg. Our FAVORITE sauce of all is the soy bean paste/sauce. It pairs so well with the meats. The workers are always really nice and helpful. And we also love the darker atmosphere. My only issue that only occurs sometimes is when we are in need of a new grill. Sometimes the workers get busy and we totally get it. But I would like to get the green light if we can turn the grill off, at least until someone could come and change it for us. Had a not so good experience I came here the other night with my family. We had eight people they could not accommodate us. I'm guessing because we came in there at 7:30 pm and they close at nine so they were already frustrated about that then they failed to seat us together so I guess they have a rule that any people at the same table 6 people and up they charge a 15% gratuity. now again they failed to sit us at the same table so we had one table of four and one table of four across the restaurant. They still charged us 15% gratuity each table like we were all Together.DOESNT MAKE ANY SENSE. Food came out very late which I'm not sure why when all they had to do was bring the raw food to us so we can cook it. It came out very late and bottom line. I have come here before but last time was over 4 years ago. The food was just okay but not really similar to the Korean places. The quality of food and cleanliness of the place has decreased dramatically. The only exception was the boneless short ribs which were delicious. My biggest issue was our waiter, who although a nice and courteous kid, did not have experience as a waiter and did a terrible job. He totally forgot about us and not once did I ever get a refill on my drink even though I asked 3 different waiters /waitresses. Aside from our initial drinks and first meat serving he did not serve us again. We asked for straws and he forgot. I asked him for a coke refill and he forgot. He asked me if we needed anything while I was at the salad bar refilling my plate. Waiters come to the tables to wait on patrons not ask them at the salad bar. I still tipped because it's a service and my dad worked in the service industry so I believe very heavily on tipping. However , not one of the servers there deserved a tip. Believe it or not, the bus boy was the best service worker that night. This place was filthy. The floor was disgusting and so were the tables. It's almost as if they were cleaning with greasy rags. This is a hidden GEM in the AV. The food here is so good, good quality meat with lots of sides and even ice cream for desert! It's a fun place to go out with friends or family and have an experience. The manager is amazing, he was friendly and very helpful since he spent time getting to know what we were looking for and provided recommendations.
