Customer service was terrible, period. I tried this place for my mom. My first time, and no smile from the cashier, Lisa, and has no character. Rude and cold demeanor . Closer to me so I thought I'd try it. Don't know if they're going to be good, I'll leave that to my mom but because of how snooty Lisa was, I would never go back again to give them business. This place is in a little strip mall next to a nail place across the parking lot from Subway sandwiches. Doesn't look like a whole restaurant could fit in that little spot, but I'll tell you you are missing something special if you don't try it. They're barbecue beef is fantastic and it is not that smashed up processed looking beef and the chicken the katsu nice and crispy not greasy the regular barbecue chicken very nice. But this place is awesome Don't miss it You should get in there they also have sushi I'm not very adventurous, so I stick with California rolls and for the price you can't beat it You get a whole roll for like less than $5 I believe not positive don't quote me. I give this small food location 5 starts. I remember seeing the boarder sign before it was fully open. I live not to far way from this location. I finally decided to check this location out. Let me tell you the plate I got was AMAZING. Great servings of the meat. I used to live in LA and my go to location was Ono Hawaiian. Now that I moved to Palmdale, I'm glad they opened this location, it's the best ever!! Definitely the closest To Ono Hawaiian, I'd actually say better. Their taste in the meat is rich in flavor!! I am always coming here, buying so much food. I'm basically a regular customer. What upsets me is that I spend 80$ on takeout for my family ( the cost isn't the issue ) but when I ask for a damn spicy Mayo sauce or for soy sauce she tells me " it's in the bag" or we charge extra. I check and it's not. Like this has happened so many times and I always go back and tell her and they're so greedy for ONE sauce.
