There was no one in line and plenty of available tables but it took a minute for the host to return to the counter. After we got seated, it took a while for our waitress to take our order, but she did get us water right away. Ordered the Ultimate Sampler for $18.99. You got to choose 4 items. Got the Cauliflower Wings, Crispy Chicken Dipper, King's Hawaiian Cheeseburger Sliders, Mozzarella Sticks. Also got the 6 pieces of Bone-In Wings for $14.49. The Cauliflower Wings with Parmesan Garlic sauce were delicious and it was hard to tell it wasn't chicken. Got the original Crispy Chicken Dipper and it was super crispy and descent with their sauce. Did not like the King's Hawaiian Cheeseburger Sliders as it was pretty bland. The Mozzarella Sticks came with Marinara sauce. Was not impressed with the Mozzarella Sticks at all. Got the Lemon Pepper sauce for the Bone-In Wings. We were already an hour in, almost done with our sampler, when our waitress checked in on us and we informed her we never got our wings. She said she will check on them and the wings came out hot and crispy a few minutes later. We were brought ranch dressing with our wings. Apparently if you don't tell them what sauces you want, they will automatically bring you ranch dressing. Also got refillable soda for $4.49. Horrible customer service- Zero Stars if possible. We asked for a table for 16 and were told there'd be a wait, which was fine but after nearly 2 hours, we were still not seated. We were repeatedly told "10-15 more minutes," only to watch our table get given to another party that arrived after us. Meanwhile, multiple groups were seated ahead of us, and our party size was even changed on the waitlist without explanation. To make it worse, the manager didn't apologize and seemed completely dismissive. If you can't accommodate large parties, just be honest. We left and took our business elsewhere. When my family and I arrived, the restaurant appeared very busy, so we were pleasantly surprised to be seated in under 10 minutes. After being seated, the busser informed us that our server would be with us shortly. However, it took approximately 30 minutes before our drink order was taken. After placing our drink and appetizer order, we waited an additional 45 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and one drink came about 20 minutes after the others. To help avoid further delays, I ensured my family was ready to place our full order when the server returned. During that time, what appeared to be a supervisor approached our server while he was taking our order. Although I could not hear their conversation due to the high noise level and loud music, her demeanor appeared visibly frustrated before she walked away to assist another table. While we understand that the atmosphere is energetic, the volume made it difficult to communicate effectively with our server. Our food arrived approximately 30 minutes later and, to our satisfaction, it was delicious. Unfortunately, when the bill arrived, we noticed we had been charged for an item we weren't supposed to get charged for. The issue was corrected, and a discount was applied, including removal of the fries from our bill. Overall, while we appreciated the quality of the food and the effort to resolve the billing issue, the extended wait times and service experience were disappointing. This location has terrible quality control and deceptive wait times for to go orders. I've tried them twice in the last 7 days and after the first experience I assumed it was just a fluke but I don't think it was. My first visit the order was not ready by the promise time but it was out within 5-10 min of the quoted time so that wasn't atrocious. The order itself however was missing multiple paid sauces and my drink was also missing. Today's visit the order was 20 minutes past the ready by time. It's important to note I was ordering a normal amount of food, these weren't large orders. If the site gave a longer estimated time that would be acceptable since at least the customer would have the correct expectation. Thankfully this isn't my normal location so I look forward to going back to my regular spot with better service. read more

An above average BWW experience. When I go to a BWW location the expectations are the same. I hope for quick service and crispy wings with a good amount of sauce. If the can deliver on this, the I can consider the trip a success. Taylor did a nice job of offering consistent service during a Tuesday night service with a Dodger playoff game happening. One star because won't let me write a review without putting a star Never felt so discriminated against because I had a child in a stroller. My husband and I sit in the same table every time we go and never once had an issue with our child's stroller and today one of the servers and the manager stated we were unable to sit at that table due to "high" traffic so we asked to sit in a corner away from everyone and they stated no your just not allow to sit in the area when we sit there EVERY-TIME we go it saddens me that this was our go to daily spot so we can all relax and watch our sports and now I feel that they discriminated against us due to our stroller and probably because we look younger than we are but that's not for them to determine unless they ask for our ID sucks cause we have a lot of great people that work there that know of us as well. They run a secondary ghost kitchen called "Wild Burgers" that you can order from Uber eats. The burgers were dry and bland. Would it be to much to ask for some seasoning? Salt? Pepper? Something? DO NOT believe their posted photos of the burgers, they are way smaller in person and not worth the price. The patty was smaller than the bun itself. They are also one of these stupid companies that doesnt put mayo on the burger when you request it, which is DUMB. Do yourself a favor and go to Burger Den or Red Robin's. My SO and I stopped by here last Veterans Day. It was just the 2 of us at that time waiting to be seated. And the (male)server/usher was rude. Instead of guiding us to our table, he was just passing us by like we don't even exist. Then finally, he signaled us to come over to our table. Just gave us the menu without any word. But then here comes our waitress - Taylor - she's bubbly and courteous. We told her what we were there for and she gave us the choices. We ordered the 10pcs boneless wings with fries on the side. And 2 sauces of our choice. We chose Caribbean jerk and Cajun mild. The Caribbean jerk sauce didn't even came close to it. It tasted like a sweet bbq sauce with some chili. Went here Saturday night with my friend. Granted it was around 8 pm, the fact it was busy and boisterous wasn't surprising. We ordered the pick 6 deal. The food was so so, the wings were barely sauced and on the dry side. The beer cheese cheesesteak was decent. Nobody ever came to refill our drinks. Our server was alright, but compared to other visits here the benchmark wasn't terribly high. The real issue was upon paying our bill. I gave my friend cash for my food and he used his card to pay for everything. Everything went through successfully and she got a nice tip but upon checking his banking information he noticed there was a charge within the hour for an order at JLO Beauty for $55. Granted neither of us placed that order it came off as very coincidental. He contacted the restaurant to speak to a manger or supervisor about it and the individual that answered the phone became very defensive and dismissive towards his concern. He never did connect him to a manager or someone in charge. He asked if he could leave a note in case this instance were to happen again but seriously doubt anything came of that or will. Great service by Trish. We came in tonight with our friends to celebrate a new beginning and from the hostess to the waitress everything was great. Our wait was about 20 minutes and despite it being busy, we were seated fairly quickly. We were then greeted by Trish and let me tell you that woman is a such a hard worker. It was busy and you can tell it was short staffed but she worked her hardest. She took our drink orders and then came back and brought the drinks and took our food order. We ordered the following 30 wings 2 fries 2 burgers 1 crispy chicken sandwich Mozzarella sticks The food came out so good and we didn't get a chance to take a picture because we were so hungry. The happy hour here can't be beat, it's slaps! The bacon burger was delicious, the burger was juicy and the bacon had a great crisp to it. Fries were perfectly crispy, salty and amazing with the queso and the ranch! Basket of onion rings that comes with the southwest ranch is sooo good, I could drink it! Chips and queso and chili was the perfect junk food, honestly gobbled that up. Terry our server was lovely, she gave us great recommendations on what to order. The dry tub and the saucy wings are all great! The boneless are not gluten free! Order your wings - If you get the "dirty bird way" you get it with lemon pepper sauce, then dry rub on top and it's a hybrid wing/ honestly life changing. I understand that it is mentioned MANY times on the visit, but it is unnecessary given the busyness of the place, there were about 15 tables available and there were no signs of further business coming in. The bottomless promotion was a good deal on the spot, we ordered and only got 1 round of appetizers and never received service after ordering. I understand if it was busy but the place was NOT even packed. I've seen mornings more packed than this. The charge is a major push-away for patrons. I had to ask to cash out... he chose to do bar side work instead of taking care of his customers. So when he doesn't like his tip, now he'll know why.
