This location has terrible quality control and deceptive wait times for to go orders. I've tried them twice in the last 7 days and after the first experience I assumed it was just a fluke but I don't think it was. My first visit the order was not ready by the promise time but it was out within 5-10 min of the quoted time so that wasn't atrocious. The order itself however was missing multiple paid sauces and my drink was also missing. Today's visit the order was 20 minutes past the ready by time. It's important to note I was ordering a normal amount of food, these weren't large orders. If the site gave a longer estimated time that would be acceptable since at least the customer would have the correct expectation. Thankfully this isn't my normal location so I look forward to going back to my regular spot with better service.

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. The parking lot is pretty spacious, Walking in we had to wait a little for a booth but it wasn't long at all and the girl in the front was friendly. Our server Blake has super cool hair and is also friendly. They have bottomless appetizers, Which I've never seen at any other location which was super cool. Our food got to the table fast and everything tasted good. First time here and it won't be our last (:

My SO and I stopped by here last Veterans Day. It was just the 2 of us at that time waiting to be seated. And the (male)server/usher was rude. Instead of guiding us to our table, he was just passing us by like we don't even exist. Then finally, he signaled us to come over to our table. Just gave us the menu without any word. But then here comes our waitress - Taylor - she's bubbly and courteous. We told her what we were there for and she gave us the choices. We ordered the 10pcs boneless wings with fries on the side. And 2 sauces of our choice. We chose Caribbean jerk and Cajun mild. The Caribbean jerk sauce didn't even came close to it. It tasted like a sweet bbq sauce with some chili. Even the Cajun that I requested mild - it was Wild. Even my SO said it was not mild. The food is not piping hot enough when it came to us. The wings were hard too. But we still wanted to come back and give this place a chance. *a good place to watch sports. Plenty of TVs all around the place. *tables are not well spaced. *plenty of parking space that is shared with other businesses.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Terrible experience! We got there at 8:30 pm and seated at 9 pm which was not that long of a wait. Then another 30 minutes passed before anyone took our order ... only after we asked front staff to find our server. When she finally came, she looked annoyed that we even asked for help. Waited an additional 49 minutes for our food, server never once came by to check if we needed refills. The food was just as bad tried a wing and taste was awful, almost like chicken had gone bad. All four burgers came out burnt to be clear the patties were badly burnt and inedible. We requested to speak with manager and paid for drinks. Please be advised before choosing this location.

Watch out for this guy.........he'll get ya........ with that haircut I'd be pissed too though

Worst service I've ever had! It was an inconvenience for them the second we walked in the door. Didn't even want to bother with us.

We were used to the original, original (more on this later) Coach's in Lancaster. We decided to…read morecheck out the new one in Palmdale, since it was Mother's Day and my wife had been craving their wings. It was mid-afternoon, so they were not busy at all. We waited maybe about 10 minutes before being sat at our table. Coach's reputation in the area is being a sports bar and grill. What I noticed in the main seating area was the lack of TVs to be viewed. The design of the area is really poor if one wants to watch their sports programming while enjoying a meal and/or libations. The next thing I noticed was their increase on prices. Restaurants don't generally raise their prices because they expanded their operations. They expand because they are doing well and can afford to. It seems like Coach's raised theirs to help pay for their new building. We decided to order their dozen wings, splitting them between us. I love spicy! The hotter the better. My wife on the other hand went with the mild wings. The other preference between us: I like the drums, while she likes the flats. So, six "as hot as you can make them" drums and six mild flats, extra wet on both. I mentioned to the waiter the point that a dozen wings will generally contain six of each, but I had experienced issues with them wanting to double up-charge us in the past for separating them per flavor profile, so could he please relay our request to the cooks. Easy enough for the kitchen staff to handle, right? Obviously not so much. Additionally, the waiter informed us that the only way he could get the drums and flats separated was to up-charge us $3 per request (+$6 total), otherwise the kitchen staff wouldn't understand. I guess it takes too much of an effort to tell the cooks that order "X" needs this done? Remember, they were not busy...It took approximately forty-five minutes before our wings were brought out to us, ALL PILED TOGETHER! ????!!!! Who the F would look at this order of two profiles from completely opposite ends of the heat spectrum, including the separation of drums and flats per flavor, and extra wet, and think it is a smart idea to pile them all together?! This was immediately brought to the attention of the waiter who took them back for a resolution. The second attempt did have the flavors separated, but "extra wet" was now a light drizzle and the six "flats" were a combination of drums and flats. Seriously? Over an hour of wait and two failed attempts for an order of one dozen wings. PATHETIC! We asked to speak with a manger. She came out and we explained our experience with her. Her replies were:, "Well that's how the dozen wings are normally served; you shouldn't have been up-charged for splitting the dozen wings, the waiter could have informed the kitchen staff; and, we will remove the order of wings from your ticket." No sincere apologies. No offer to comp us our two beers. NOTHING! The original, original Coach's used to have fried green beans and pretzels on their menu. These were both a huge hit, and were two items you would associate to Coach's, before new owners took over. We asked each following visit if they had been added back to the menu. We were constantly told by the wait staff that this (the green beans) had been a continuous ask by many Coach's patrons, and they had relayed this to the new owners on several occasions. We asked again today, with the unfamiliar waiter having no clue of what we were inquiring about. This tells me that the new owners have no interest in what longtime Coach's patrons would like to have back, or the people that made Coach's successful, prior to their acquisition. They are obviously all about greed and poor decisions. This will be their demise, as they are causing many customers, like ourselves, to find more deserving places to spend our money. We had not heard the best reviews, from other friends, about this new Coach's, but we unfortunately decided to give it a try. FAILURE AT IT'S FINEST!

Also got the 6 pieces Bone In Wings with Fries for $11 on Wednesdays. We chose the Buffalo and Honey Garlic sauces. The Buffalo sauce was better than then Honey Garlic sauce. Would not get again since the wings were flavorless. The fries were hot and crispy, but too salty. Also got the Nachos Supreme for $7 during Happy Hour. We added beef to the nachos for another $3. The nachos were very filling and delicious. It again was on the salty side, but paired well with our drinks. Every day of the week they have a special going on. As you drive up it is a stand along building with plenty of parking on the far back left side of the parking lot plaza. The interior is very unique, dark back ground with blue lighting with many wall art pieces and TV's you can view within any seating options. They have bar top seating, table and charges and booths. Plenty of seating for small and large parties. As you can see from the menu pictures below they have many food options depending on what you in the mood for. We stopped in during lunch to test out their wings, we heard they were very good, they did not disappoint. The lunch special is a great way to sample their food, we each had our own wing lunch special, I had the 10 piece, you can get two choices of sauce with the 10pc only, my brother had the 8 piece, each order comes with a drink and your choice of fries or onion rings, great price for the wings. The wings had great flavor and were fair sized, I was very impressed with the "hot" buffalo sauce, very tasty with a small kick, I would recommend a try, I also ordered the spicy teriyaki,it was ok but my brother ordered the spicy lemon pepper that is also a hit and a must try. The french frys were criss cut and good sized portion as well. The staff was friendly, we had a great interaction with the bartender (Ash) who brought over our drinks. Overall, a very good experience, we are also looking for a spot to watch the World Cup games and Ash mention that they were going to support the games, we will be back next week to take in the games and more of the menu.

There was plenty of parking in this lot. The entrance is located through their patio, which can be a bit counter intuitive. We came at opening and the restaurant got really busy during our time there. Initially we were looking at the sandwiches because it was lunch time, but then we were going to a wedding that night so we decided to eat something more filling since the ceremony and speeches always delay the eating. All entrees here are served with black beans and rice or congri, and 3 fried plantains. My boyfriend had the Ropa Vieja ($28) with the congri and I had the Lechon Asado ($25) with the rice and beans. Our food came out pretty fast after we ordered. My boyfriend's Ropa Vieja is a Cuban braised beef. The congri is basically a mix of the rice and beans. This dish was super tasty and the shredded beef was so tender with the bell peppers and onions. I can really taste the red wine and tomato sauce in the base. I took a few bites but in general I preferred my dish more, and vis versa he enjoyed his dish more. My lechon asado is a roasted pork that is super super tenderrrrrr. It was so sweet with the grilled onions and it had the perfect amount of fattiness without being over bearing. SO GOOD! Love the plaintains too. I'm glad I got the rice and beans option because I would have gotten too full too quick with the congri. I barely touched my beans and only got through half of my rice. Both dishes came with this super tasty garlic butter sauce that I poured on my rice and made it even tastier. It was so good. One thing I didn't enjoy about the experience was the flies attacking us and our food. Since the door is open and connected to their outdoor space, it leaves the opportunities for flies to come in. We had to play defense with the flies the whole time. The service here is a little slow. Especially when I was trying to get back on the road I wasn't feeling too patient. I waived down multiple staff members too. Also I got hit with an undisclosed 3% surcharge for using my credit card. I only found out after I got the receipt. I would have paid in cash if I knew. *dislike* LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Might be the best Cuban food I've ever had... and I've been to Florida where there was a lot of Cuban spots. Room for improvement with service, flies prevention, and the disclosure of the credit card fee.

The food quality is spectacular! I always get the Baracoa Cubano sandwich and it never disappoints. The ingredients are fresh and organic with each dish I've ordered. Since I have allergies to ingredients used to preserve frozen food, it's always been so hard finding a restaurant with a menu that doesn't cause me issues--and Baracoa has never compromised with their ingredients! The organic quality of their food is something you'll taste on your first bite. And finally--the service is impeccable and I have yet to see such excellent hospitality at any restaurant I've visited, even in Los Angeles! The waiters are always kind, attentive, and energetic with their behavior and service. It's very easy to tell they love the work they do and it shows in their work ethic. In addition to that, the managers are always making sure we're having an excellent night and have transformed it to a level of service we've never seen! My parents and I went a week ago and talked to Daniel the Manager about how much we missed a Piña Colada from a closed restaurant which would make it in the pineapple itself--and he said if we promised to be there in a week he's make it himself. We came on Friday, and the joy that my family felt was palpable when Daniel came out with the drinks we've wished for years now since that restaurant closed! Honestly, I've never heard of someone caring for their guests so much to do that--truly everyone should visit this establishment and experience true fine dining. I don't think I'll ever eat anywhere else for a special occasion ever again.
