Best wing stop ever. The place has plenty of parking (in a huge shopping center). Food is always fresh and tasty. Employees are super nice and friendly. I love going here for lunch every time. Keep up the good work wing stop people. read more

I loved Wingstop but the quality at this location has gone downhill. I love lemon pepper wings and been disappointed twice!!! I visited the Ave R location and wow, they did not disappoint. read more

I visit this location at least once a week My favorite wing place Customer service is always good read more

I would have to give them 3 stars. They're decent on food, BUT high priced, and the wait for an order is outrageous. Stopped in was going to place an order.. Nope!! 90 minute wait for a 10 piece and fries. At 90 minutes could have gone to BUFFALO WILD WINGS and sat in and ate. IF I would have had the time to spend 90 minutes. Recommended IF you have LOTS & KIDS of time to waste waiting or if you don't mind have "Grubhub" bring your food. Which will probably be 90-180 minutes (1.5 - 3 hours) later then go for it. If I'm out and want wings so sad that the ONLY place to get them in any reasonable amount of time is Little Cesar's. read more

What makes this wingstop stand out from the others in the AV, is the the customer service, all of the members are professional and polite, they always ensure you get the best experience and that's apart from the food which is always fresh and finger licking good , overall the location is always clean and organized and definitely will keep coming back and recommend this particular location to my friends and family. read more

Their online ordering system is great and efficient. From our experience, they are always on time. On certain occasions, they have our food prepared ahead of the expected pick-up time (which is AWESOME!). Whenever we order at the store, the staff has always been polite and courteous. Our favorites have always been the Louisiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper. We've tried the Atomic and it was painfully spicy (good to try once in a lifetime though hahahaha). The fries will always be our FAVORITE! :) read more

I know we are going through this pandemic. So with that said I had ordered my daughter's food each got the small combo, they told us the wait would be 40 minutes. Went back an hour later and was told that they still needed to sauce the chicken it would take 3 minutes, 15 minutes later we are still there waiting. I finally asked to speak to the manager. Disappointed to say the manager never came out! read more

Since the pandemic started, the quality and flavor of the wings has decreased. Both this location and Lancasters. Safe to say I will not be coming here for a while. I used to love these wings but they just taste old and expired. read more

Got the chicken sammy very good, emaculate texture, balanced perfectly like thanos after the snap

Wing Stop is one of my favorite takeout food places. I usually get the chicken finger combo with the seasoned fries. Ive never ever had a bad plate there. Wing Stop consistently has the best fries in Palmdale too. Plus honey mustard mix. No too sweet and not too tangy. Its just right read more

Horrible customer service had a order for pick up at 6 food was cold by 6:03 when we went to reach for fries. Called just to let them know what happened and the associate said there's nothing we can do for you I didn't ask for anything I just wanted them to be aware they're leaving cold food out whether they're prepping it too fast or the food warmers aren't working and all he could say was "ok" not I'm sorry for the inconvenience just rude read more

Stopped into the Wing Stop today for my first visit to the franchise in Palmdale. Though it is right across the street from Buffalo Wild Wings I usually visit when in that part of town, I just wasn't feeling the sports bar vibe, know what I mean? Plus, I have gotten some pretty sketchy wings over at the Buffalo lately, so why not try something different? Man am I glad I did! I walk into the place after the normal lunch rush so things are pretty quiet, and one of the gals working there is out cleaning the light fixtures. Good sign. The store is impeccably clean. Though the quonset-hut corrugated metal wall panels don't do much to provide a quiet atmosphere, the place is still pleasant and very clean. Anyway, I place an order for 10 wings, split between the "Atomic" and the "Louisiana Dry Rub," a side of celery with blue cheese dressing and a bottle of water (sorry, no beer at this location) and go to sit down and check the email etc. and find that the ATT 4g service at that locale sucks! So I asked Maria whether I could use the wifi. Sure! Gets me all hooked up. What is more, she is friendly and welcoming as heck. Same for the other two gals working there, Mariska and Toya. What a crew. I liked them so much, they took such good care of me as a customer that I specifically got all their names and told them they were going to be in a Yelp Review! Yeehaw! Well, all of this would be nice, of course, but what about the wings? In a word: great! Perfectly cooked and tender, great spice, no "old oil" or stale notes, no hint of desiccation due to the wings sitting around in a basket under a heat lamp. No, the wings were cooked to order and served fresh and steaming hot. The dry rubs had the better flavor, I think, as the Atomics were just a bit strong on the vinegar component of the hot sauce, but they were still both excellent. We are currently on a stint down in the AV and I have so for ordered wings from my standby, Buffalo WW, The Yardhouse, and Bex. The Wing Stop bests all of them and it is now my new standby for wings. No beer, sadly, and sometimes you really want beer to go with that dish, but you can always get them to go, I suppose. Couple more notes, they serve a veggie (carrot and celery) side with blue cheese dressing and it's quite good. Fresh veggies, nice and cold, and the dressing actually has something of a blue cheese flavor; a perfect side-order for the meal that is itself a side-order!. I do not exactly know why I like hot wings so much, but lord help me I do, and I'm glad I have a spot to get ones around here, especially with those friendly ladies working down there. Thanks, folks, I will be back. Note: ATT 4g sucks in that area, but they will let you use the wifi there if you ask. Addendum: Writing this review made me hungry. Drove back down there and got some more wings for dinner, God help me! Same quality tonight, first class flavor, and instead of the Atomics I ordered the "Cajun" sauced wings, along with the Louisiana Dry rubs. Though not quite as hot, the Cajun sauce is delicious, better flavor than the somewhat hotter atomics. Wings twice in a row in one day; never done that before. read more

Excellent service over the phone, excellent service in person.. I read another review that had 2 stars "because of Super Bowl Sunday it took them forever to 'cook' their wings... What a dumb reason to even leave a review. (my opinion) I also read a couple of reviews That claim their food took a long time to make.. Really? This is NOT FAST FOOD yo. Haha people are people. Any-who, good service. My perspective? Take as long as you want to make a grand product. 30minutes is nothing I've seen high-end restaurants take two hours to cook your food. If you in a hurry... Don't eat there haha. read more

placed a order by phone and was told it would be 1 hour Showed up waited in line when I got to the cashier she went looking for my order she came back and said it would be another 30 minutes so I told her to forgot it and left ...This is my second bad experience at this place the first was I called in a order got theire and they lost my order. Well, I had read the reviews that said the customer service was lacking a bit and they made me smile because that had never been my experience at this location. Despite what I saw I went there anyway, i'm still pretty hurt and offended that they got rid of the copilot pilot meal deal because that was the business. The first gentleman I came across was nice. He was having trouble keeping focus while I decided what I wanted to eat, however, he did help me find the meal that would best suit my traditional and boneless request. I waited for about 20 minutes until I decided to check with them again to see if my order was done and sure enough it was sitting over to the side. I get to the car and check the order and wouldn't you know it was incorrect. I took it back in and spoke to the same gentleman and he told me they'd fix it right away and then he took my box of 15 wings to the back. When he came from the back I asked what they were going to do with my wings, technically nothing was wrong with them except for the fact that they were traditional wings and they were supposed be boneless and his response was throw them away in the garbage. My heart got so hurt because all I could think about was all the people who are starving and wouldn't care if something was boneless or traditional but would just love to eat those wings. So I asked them could they just sell them at a reduced rate you know since most companies will just give it to you for free since they're the ones who made the mistake, and the supervisor walks over and she lets me know that I can still have the wings but I must pay full price for them and that pissed me off! Why do I have to pay full price for their mistake? But I did it and I made a note to myself for the next time must think twice and think about how a simple order might cost me double if they don't make it correctly because I would hate to see just food wasted. read more

Wingstop - Bring Back the Pilot copilot combo!!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Palmdale, California

We came the other day because my husband had been talking about wings for weeks. Even though this location is across the street from a Buffalo Wild Wings, we came here for reasons now unknown. In front of the entrance, like literally touching the door stop, was a dead roach. Um, ew. I would have turned away as I am clearly in touch with the phrase "bad sign" but my husband trudged on even though I pointed out the unhappy customer blocking the door. When we went inside we were greeted with, well, we weren't greeted. The (I'm sure) very nice girl just seemed like she was in a bad mood. Maybe I was interrupting her... Maybe she ate what the roach had and wasn't feeling good. She trudged on with questions like "you want ranch, right?" I guess, how about some options. I ordered an ice tea which came about ten minutes later not at all iced. ok... The wings were ok and the fries were soggy and old and covered in.. is that sugar? The jalapeno spiced nacho cheese was about as spicy as a melted Kraft single. Neither my husband and I were satisfied with this experience and ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings the very next day. My recommendation is to just walk across the street. read more

They always get my order right! Tried Lancaster locations and they suck big time!! Marie ur the best! Someone give her a raise!!!!!!!

Best Wingstop in AV. I will always go to this one, I don't know about the other locations...taste different! I'll have my lemon pepper. Just sucks that they dont have the lemon section filled with lemons! I mean wal-mart is right there can you walk there and get them? Satisfy your customers! read more

I've been coming here since I lived in Palmdale but their whole staff is terrible. They don't even tell you how long the wait is going to be you just have to wait 40 mins for your food and get the wrong order. They need a whole new staff for this place to improve. And the wings also made my boyfriend and I really sick. Never eating here again. read more

I didn't want to believe the reviews I read online so like an idiot lol (jk..not really) I went and spent over $40 on food here. The food was literally as all others before me complained about, freezer burned chicken, dry overcooked chicken were just a couple of complaints. But I was hungry and after the first 2 wings continued to eat and complain about how bad the food tasted. As a result, I'll definitely continue to follow my foodie heart and return to Boom Boom Chicken. read more

Now, I love Wingstop all around, but this one is very special. Of course, the food tastes great and everything is done in a timely manner, but customer service is key for me. The crew is very awesome and every time I go in to see them, they make me feel pretty awesome! I have to give special commendation to Maria, Rudy, and Marissa for having and maintaining excellent customer service! They some of the most kind-hearted people and they always strive to go above and beyond to make their customers feel important. Another employee of theirs, Jordan, is really cool too. I was only able to speak with him once, but he was very down to earth and even offered me some tips on getting back in shape while we talking about fitness. These employees are just perfect examples of diligent workers who go above and beyond to make their customers feel important.. they make their customers feel more like welcomed guests visiting their home. And that's why I love and favor this Wingstop, in particular. read more

Amazing wings, awesome customer service, reasonable prices. How can you not love that?!?

I just left a review for the Wing Stop in Lancaster, and I believe they are owned by the same people. I have never experienced rude people whenever I have gone here, and I was sad to see their rating down so low. My husband only go here (and occasionally Coaches) for our wings. They make THE best fries in the entire Antelope Valley, and the guys have always been nice!! :) read more

Today was my first time eating wing stop chicken... I must say that was the worst chicken I have ever eaten.... I ordered 10 plain chicken wings. I didn't know plan ment no type of flavor at all yuck!!!!! And it was over cooked and dry. I will never ever go back there again ewwww and the chicken stink... I ate two of the ten... one was trying it... the second was dipped in ranch dressing to see if that would help. Then just threw them away. Waist of money. read more

Honestly, I'd probably be closer to a 3.5 based on the ridiculously long time it aways takes to get my wings. But I do like their product. I've yet to have a flavor of wing there that I didn't like. The chicken is pretty good and not too small like some other wing places like BWW. I love their fries and how they have a slight sweet taste to them. Not sure if there's any way to rush that food, but it takes much longer to get your food here than any other fast food type restaurant. Now we're dealing with chicken, so obviously you don't want to risk under-cooking it, but the wait time can be pretty long, especially if you're trying to fit it into your lunch break. read more

Leaving these thoughts as I reverse from the parking lot. This was honestly my single worst experience at a Wingstop franchise ever. Firstly, the night staff are totally unprofessional having plain view conversations in front of inquiring customers, whipping sweat with gloves and then not proceeding to step away from the food area and sanitize and replace them. My order was approximated to by finished within 29-34 minutes, after sitting in my vehicle for about 30 minutes I proceeded to enter the restaurant. Upon entry I made the cashier aware of my order status and paid the amount in full to the cashier, subsequently I was given my beverage and instructed to wait as my order was not yet ready and would be called when it was complete. Another 30 minutes elapse and still I stand without my order, I inquire and am told my order was on the side rack all along and I was not informed because I only ordered online and paid later at the restaurant, This made now sense to me given the fact that I witnessed other orders being purchased inside the restaurant fulfilled moved to the side rack then upon ticket retrieval their names shouted and transaction completed. For some reason I wasn't afforded that luxury, I was given a meal that I had viewed from my stationary position that had been sitting on the side rack for a minimum of 15 minutes. I exclaimed I would not be eating this meal as the standards did not meet requirements, I was assured my meal would be remade, but this assurance was not void of sarcasm. I was met with the remark " we'll make it for you again " as I replied with a "sure" and a head nod , the reply to this was " or not " as if I was supposed to show gratitude for a service I had already paid in full. Totally and utterly disrespectful. Afterwards my revamped meal was completed in less than 5 minutes, giving me very much cause to pause as to the standards of this newly made meal, I was subject to waiting at least 80 minutes for a meal that was miraculously now able to be completed in less than 5 minutes. I was not the only person very dissatisfied with my food and service, multiple customers were seen frustrated at the lack of professionalism, 2 families specifically brought back orders due to temperature. Absolutely the worst service received at a Wingstop franchise in my life. Totally unprofessional, slightly unsanitary, and outright disrespectful, I will be filling a formal complaint hopefully directly with this franchise. Unfortunately this seems to be the only Wingstop franchise within proximity to the Palmdale area. read more

I love Wingstop but it kills me that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to pick up my food after placing a mobile order it takes an extra 30min to get my food. I'm glad that I've only ever ordered for dinner when it doesn't really matter it's just highly annoying. I couldn't imagine what it would be like ordering on your lunch break when you're on a time crunch. If I had a different Wingstop closer to me I would try that one but this specific one always makes me wait about 30min after I get there to actually get my food. read more
