I think what initially irritated her was that we were looking at the menu for a bit, but the place was not even busy. I enjoyed my wings and fries. I am truly displeased with the wait, they told me my order would be ready in 12 minutes but it took 30 minutes. I got my order of 20 classic wings and they would only give me 2 ranch dressings when I asked for two additional I was told they would be .69 cents each. After dealing with her while ordering, I asked for a refill and she gave me warm ice tea. Wouldn't any food service employee know that drinks are enjoyed with ice? I'll cut to the chase and tell ya that I'm a Wingstop frequent-flyer and proud owner of a 1983 world record for highest human cholesterol. Anywho, this specific location is mega prime because it's walking distance (or in my case, a scooter's distance) to a Walmart. Do yourself a big favor and thumbs-down their offer for additional dipping sauces when you order at the counter- these are uber watered down. Instead, mosey on over to Walmart and grab yourself a handle of their generic ranch or blue cheese dressing while they're prepping your meat. The whole experience is that much better- plus you'll have the added adventure of hiding the sauces in your purse or back pocket of your dungarees when you head back to your table!! I personally recommend going for the boneless wings unless you like the extra manual labor and the depression that comes with everyone staring at your chicken carcass pile when you're done. I'd give this place a full five stars but I think all the grease and chicken flesh is starting to get in the way of my yoga. read more

Had another crappy experience here. We ordered our food, 30 minutes later after seeing everyone else getting there food even though they ordered after us, I went up there and they didn't have my order. They searched through their pile of old orders and it was in there. The cashier was like oh we have your food to someone else, and then turns around and walks away so I said okay?? Another cashier said were remaking it with an attitude, so I just walked away. I won't be going back here. We used to do wingstop Friday every Friday at work, but I will encourage them not to come back here anymore. I walked into this Wingstop and every employee was standing around like I wasn't standing there. The woman who I think may be the manager was texting on her phone. I had to say "excuse me" to get someone's attention. On top of that, it is the most disgusting location I have ever been to. All employees were touching the food with bare hands and I witnessed one gentlemen clean his nose and proceed to bag the food like nothing happened. I cancelled my order and left. Boy did things change here! Service is way faster and way friendlier than that of 3 years ago. The wings are delicious and not dry. They revamped their menu and now all orders come with dip which is a big improvement in my eyes. I arrived to the store 30 minuets after I placed the order and was told that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. I received my food 26 minutes later. I went in with a group of 4 people and ordered the boneless hickory smoke sauced wings and a drink. Order took about 18 minutes of wait time, we were all able to drink our sodas while waiting, they had the Lakers game on so I assume its a sports feel small place, many customers ordered ahead which I recommend if you don't feel like waiting long. My family eats here at 10th west on Fridays and I ordered online one Friday. I arrive to pickup the wings and realize maria is not there. We've had some problems with our orders from here. Either they'll forget the drinks or they ran out of rolls. Overall the wings are really good! Love their wings actually! Just wish things were as consistent with the order accuracy. Also, their rolls aren't as good as the rolls from other wing stops. Their rolls here are always too hard at the bottom.
