This is the Thursday deal on the app. Large bowl with veggies. Payed 9.62. Very little meat. Don't go here.

    Not good is bad

This is the worst place ever do not comeback it charge you 100 dollars is a scam and the food tastes bad

Ask for brown rice, ginger, green onions and crushed red pepper. Sooo goood!

Sooo delicious! This location makes the food so tasty! The food is super fresh, sizzling off the griddle and seasoned just right! Also, they have the friendliest staff and best customer service! I just found out that you can replace white rice for brown rice, and you can ask for less rice and more veggies to make the meal healthier! I love this place!

chicken bowls were cold. The only thing hot was the rice order four spring rolls spring rolls were cold in the inside the manager and the manager got an attitude.

    Here is my receipt

I all decided to have Lunch on Monday for a Regular Beef Bowl. The plaquered sign stated $7.39. However my receipt stated $8.64 and the total was $9.46. I questioned the cashier and she stated, "it's your tax". I questioned her once again, she stated, " you pay extra for beef". My complaint is price inflation and Price Gouging. A regular beef bowl wirh plain white rice and No veggies or added meat is ridiculously priced for the consumers. I will say Customers Beware. Do Not buy from Yoshinoya. They have poor Customer Service and Price Inflation during the Covid 19 crisis.

Original beef and orange chicken with a side of coleslaw and spring rolls

I'm originally from Northern California and I don't believe we have this chain of Japanese restaurants available. It seems a lot like similar to something like panda express but it's more focused on Japanese flavors. The reason I was cited to eat here was because they were advertising orange chicken, but unfortunately he did not live up to panda express standards. But the beef original flavor was really delicious. I would definitely come back here to try the teriyaki chicken and also get the beef original flavor again.

The worst "double meat" large people I've ever had. (Obviously a standard large beef bowl)
    Wayne C.

Yoshinoya is hands-down one of my favorite Semi-fast food establishments. I have probably eaten at 20+ individual locations. This location by far is the worst. My standard order, everywhere, is a "large beef bowl, double meat, no vegetable". Not only did I have to repeat my order three times, only to be told they call that a "combo with two portions of meat" here, they added vegetables anyway until I caught her and said don't add the vegetables. (Sorry for the run-on sentence) However, when I got my order, it was a Standard Large Beef Bowl with the Standard Single portion of Beef, even though I paid more for the combo. I asked her to verify that this was what she meant to give me, and she said "oh yes because we actually measure our portions here". Suffice it to say I did not appreciate the sarcasm. I also find this a very weak explanation as at the 20+ other locations, where I ordered the exact same thing, a double (not extra) portion of meat, I get a double portion. In any case, not wanting to deal with it and not wishing to go anyplace else I spent an extra $6 to get a side of beef to bring it up to the Double that I should've gotten in the first place (as I paid for it upfront). Bottom line, I will not be returning to this location. This is obviously not the fault of the Frontline staff, their sarcasm aside... However the fault of the owner and or the general manager who is decided to cheat the customers you come into this location by giving them substandard portions as compared to the vast majority of other Yoshinoya locations.

Regular (chicken and original beef) with spring rolls.

No RSVP... we literally walked in at 5pm and sat down. Once we did it became busy. The rest. Was full. We ate good, had good conversation. KIRO made our rolls tonight and the did not disappoint. No one came to take our order until 3:00 PM--which, conveniently, is when the lunch special ends. When I brought this up, I was told no, which felt unfair since the delay wasn't our fault. We ordered a dinner box with 3 fresh rolls and 3 baked rolls. The baked rolls came out fairly quickly, but we waited about 40 minutes for the dinner box. When I asked the waitress, she said "2 minutes." Five minutes later, I asked another waiter, and he said "5 minutes." In my family, we don't start eating until everyone has their food, so our baked rolls just sat there getting cold for about 20 minutes. I did bring up my concerns, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. At the very least, I expected some kind of gesture--maybe a small discount or even a complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I won't be coming back.

We recently dined at Tokyo Steakhouse to celebrate my nephew's 16th birthday, and unfortunately,…read moreour experience with our server fell short. I do want to start by saying the host who greeted us was very pleasant and kind. I didn't catch her name, but she made a great first impression. From there, our server (I believe her name was Daisy) rushed us to place our orders, despite the fact that we were her only table at the time. It felt unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable. When we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, her response was simply, "I know," with no effort to engage or make the moment feel special. To be fair, she did bring us a couple of refills, but overall her attentiveness and social skills were not up to par, especially for an occasion like a 16th birthday where a little extra effort can make a big difference. In contrast, the cook was fantastic--very entertaining, personable, and truly made the hibachi experience enjoyable. He was definitely the highlight of our visit. However, service continued to be an issue. We had to rely on the busser for additional soda refills and eventually had to ask another staff member (possibly a manager) for the check and assistance with acknowledging the birthday. Unfortunately, there was little initiative from our server to check in or help make the celebration feel special. To be honest, the automatic gratuity was disappointing in this case. A $55 tip was added, but the level of service we received did not reflect that amount. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and provides additional training, especially around customer engagement and attentiveness, because the overall experience could have been much better with stronger service.

I did a little research on Tokyo Steak to see what others were enjoying. In my opinion it's not much. I dont ever go to teppanyaki places. Last one I been to was Bennihana so I guess that's the standard. Unfortunately Tokyo Steak falls short. The Pros. The staff was friendly and for the most part attentive. The beer was cold. The Cons. I have to agree with others in saying the place is outdated. Not too much but it would be nice to see a fresh look here. Decor is nice but just need to be slightly refreshed. The chef, well they were nice. It just felt lack luster in effort trying to entertain. It wasn't sloppy it was more so less enthusiastic. Still nice though. The food. Well Im gonna be honest. I have better food at more casual even consider fast restaurants. This includes both quality, taste and execution. The sushi bar was closed so no sushi. I was a bit sad but in hindsight it was a blessing in disguise. The fried rice lacked flavor. Steak is cooked in teriyaki and lacked flavor and overall quality. The shrimp was mediocre. Salty was the only flavor profile. Veggies same. Salty and lacked depth. Tempura was okay. Edamame was okay. The food is prepared starting with the rice first then the proteins then the veggies. I think the veggies could be cooked along side the proteins. So that it all comes out at the same time. Oh well. Overall the food was meh, lacked depth, and was either just salty or tossed in a basic teriyaki. The price. After everything was said an done. A few beers, fountain drinks, 4 appetizers and dinner for 6 adults and a chile was $430 which included tip. Was it worth it? Probably not. I wouldnt recommend tokyo steak. However I do think all this could be easily turned around. Some upgrades to the decor. Change some of the recipes so that each protein is unique. And add less salt / soy to the fried rice. And lastly stop using margarine on the proteins and rice. Its literally just adding more oil.
