I despise the kiosks at fast food places. We attempted twice to place our order, and it just wasn't cooperating. I was getting irritated, so we asked if they could just take our order. We ordered a sweet and spicy chicken plate with brown rice, and two drinks. They have the Stubborn cream soda that we love. When we opened the container it was white rice. I ordered a shrimp plate with four extra shrimp. Would I receive was a shrimp plate? Will only 8 shrimp on top of my rice with two dumplings instead of three. I called to speak with the manager, and I was told by the person who picked up the phone Jeremiah that he was the supervisor on duty. When I explained what happened, it was total silence to the point where I had to check and see if you were still on the phone and say hello after saying hello Jeremiah, the supervisor on shift told me to bring my order back up there so he can verify it and he helped me further. Excuse me, Jeremiah, but I have five kids and a life. I don't have time to come up there for you to verify it. It is my first time to try this place. And I was impressed with what I got. I ordered the Value - Bowl Combo. For the price ($9.18), I think it is a good price. You get a Mini bowl Taco Drink I find the chicken mini bowl a plane Jane though. But it is just the right amount. It does have enough meat. It is filling and the rice is good. It is like the rice that they use for sushi rolls. I got the Steak Taco. It has the right amount of flavor and protein. The sauce has a kick to it which makes it interesting. I love this place. Seriously. First of all, it's close to my dentist and has foods I can safely eat while still numbed up that are tasty and nutritious. They have quick, delicious, nutritious options for lunch, supper, and quick snacks (5-piece dumplings YES!) They maintain a very clean and bright dining area and keep everything simple, so the standards can be maintained. The veggies are fresh. The fish is fresh. The tofu is fresh. My friends say the steak and chicken meet the same standards. I want this place to be here forever, so give it a try. Sample the sauces. I love their WaBa sauce. They have a very good chili sauce too. For beverages, the offer both fountain drinks, and some healthy bottled drinks if soda is not your thing. I have no issue with your food, it's more of an issue with how some of your employees are portly representing you and while there doing it they don't seem afraid of any consequences. I had one of your employees road raging with me because I took to long to turn when there was traffic and I guess I was just supposed to throw myself and pray I didn't get smacked because she was in such a hurry to go back home after clocking out of a shift with you guys. When I proceeded to ask her what her problem was and why she was acting erratically the way she was she didn't have any reason and simply told that if I wasn't gonna lay hands on her I needed to shut the fuck up and proceed with my day. So when I told her that I'll see her at her place of job and she can go off on me there she thought I was joking proceed to go get her daughter then bring her to said workplace where I was writing the report and have her daughter threaten me and I quote to "beat my ass because I was a scary bitch who was coming at her mom wrong because she had a hard day at work" when I literally had clocked off myself of work and was heading home when she wanted to start with her attitude and her actions. And when I still told her daughter that she was even digging a bigger whole for her mom she still went and said I don't fucking care because she's an assistant manger. Like I really hope yall do something because the fact that she's still in her work close road raging with people and doesn't seem to care how she's representing your job even while off the clock is disturbing because just imagine how she's talking to customers when she's having a rough day thinking she won't get fired or written up because she's an assistant manger. read more

Tried this place for the first time last night and I wasn't a fan. I did show up before they closed so I wasn't able to get the rib-eye bowl because they said they didn't have time to make it so I got the salmon bowl with veggies and waba sauce and a miso soup. The soup was horrible I can't describe the taste but it definitely did not taste like miso. The salmon was ok a little over cooked and the veggies were still hard not tender at all. I don't know if it was because I went before closing but I wish my experience was like other reviews especially for the price. read more

So I thought I would give WaBa Grill in Lancaster a try! I see their advertisements on Facebook all the time. So I wanted to check it out. I thought their food was really good But... I didn't care for the guy working there! First of all, he wasn't friendly AT ALL!!! And... he kept asking me "can I take your order?", but then as soon as I would start to talk, he would look away and start talking to someone else. He did it like 3 times in a row. Came here today and ordered a chicken plate. I had to wait OVER 35 MINUTES for my order if not more! There were four customers who ordered after I did and got their food before me. I had to remind the employee about my order. That is not acceptable! There were other customers too in the dining room who were frustrated with their wait time. I hope the lunch and dinner rush is a wake up call for WaBa Grill to improve on their efficiency, but most importantly, their customer service.
