For the most part these folks are hoppin' busy every time I walk in and always do their best to put out a great product. Have to say my current review is a bit mixed. The BAD: my order for large veggies was a total of 3 whole carrots and 5 pieces of celery with 2 of them not worth eating. (Sorry fellas, but I will include photos) The GOOD: The people there have always treated me with a smile and do there best to be fast for a product that cannot be rushed. Wings are moist and flavorful without being over salty. Louisiana Rub has taken the place of BBQ as my 2nd of my favorites in every order. My order is always hot fresh and perfect (with this exception) and with minimal wait. The wonderful young woman who helped me last night was friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Out of large cups... "I'm so sorry but we will get ya two mediums and sorry about the trouble." I'm gonna call it an off night overall for them. This Wingstop is trash. They honestly take forever to get you order out, even if you call ahead. Shit service.

My husband and I ordered a 50 piece wing meal from Wingstop on Ave S and 25th St East last night, Oct. 23rd, around 7:30 pm. When we went to pick up our order, 30 minutes later, it wasn't ready. Ok, things happen. No problem. When we arrived home and everyone began to eat, the wings were dry, over cooked . We had been working all day without anything to eat so everyone was really hungry so they just ate what we had. That was until we started in on the Cajun wings which were so over cooked it was like trying to eat rubber. At over $1.00 per wing, this was just unacceptable! We called to let them know about this and asked them if we could just bring in the uneaten wings the next day, since it was late, and pick up a new batch then. We were told to bring them in that night. They couldn't replace them if we waited until the next day? Instead they inconvenienced us a 2nd time. We went ahead and drove back around 10:45 pm to exchange the overly cooked wings. Upon entering , there were 2 very obnoxious grown boys, old enough to be men, but acting like unruly teenagers, along with a "grown" girl, yelling, using profanity, just being extremely loud and obnoxious. One of the "boys" looked me up and down and had several very crude comments to say about my body. They were constantly yelling about " "bitches be like......., and those bitches ........". Every other word was the word bitch. You could see other customers were annoyed but no one would speak up. The lady working behind the counter was trying to talk to a customer over the phone, who was also complaining about their order they wanted replaced, but the CSR kept having to ask the customer to repeat themselves because the "boys" being obnoxious were so loud you couldn't hear anything else but them. By the time I was finally helped, about 15 minutes later, (note: I was the only one in line), I had enough of this. Not one employee had the nerve to tell these "boys" to leave. Either that or they find that behavior; insulting customers as they walk in the door, using obscenities and being extremely loud , aacceptable. It was not! The girl that was with them kept walking in and out of the door, and this made my husband, who was waiting in the car, question what was going on inside. When he walked in, he could see what was happening. On our way out, I turned to the 2 "boys" and told them that they were being highly disrespectful and it was unacceptable behavior. They stepped to me , calling me out of my name, and this is when my husband stepped in. It went from verbal assaults to threatening a physical fight with my husband. Then one of the "boys" told the girl, " when I start in on this guy, you beat her ass at the same time." At this point, you would think an employee would be on the phone with the Sheriffs department but they ignored the entire interaction from the very start as if nothing was happening. It truly amazed me! Is this what our society has become? Pathetic! All I can say is we will never be back. And Wingstop, be forewarned, if you allow this kind of behavior in your establishment and it ends up with someone getting hurt or killed, you will be totally responsible for taking absolutely no action! I see a lawsuit in your future. read more

it's wingstop, basically overpriced chicken nuggets. Still sometimes I do crave it. To not have to wait, you must call your order in and the wait is usually 10-15 minutes. I usually order hen I'm about to leave my house and I get there and only wait a couple minutes. Once though and this is the reason for the low 3 star rating, I got cold fries, I asked for new fries and the girl behind the counter said no, they could only put the same fries I had back in the fryer, they would not give me a fresh order of fries. I declines, when you cook fries twice they get dry and hard and more greasy. Ive been here about 10 times and the cold fries only happened once. read more

Honestly Wingstop was never my favorite but recently it has seemed as if they have been stepping it not only wing the wings but with creating new foods like the loaded French fries for example. The food is great! Never have any problems with the taste and they always get the wings and fries right. Prices are pretty good and competitive with other wing places in town. But for the annoying things we go often and they wanna charge 97 cents for extra sauce. Also the customer service is horrible they are often busy with not enough workers to cover the refilling of drinks and seems they are kind of annoyed to refill the drinks sometimes. It would be nice if they let you refill your own drinks and would definitely bring their reviews up. But if your looking for an easy carry out or great wings this is the place to go! read more

My worst experience to date! Walked in awaited behind a gentleman. I stood there for about 10 mins before anyone actually offered to help us. But they were quick to answer the phone! Once I paid, the cashier said nothing to me about my order. I had to ask him, "is it ready? Are you guys working on it?". His response, "oh yes they're working on it." I then went to fill my drink and they ran out of Sprite!! This brand new machine and they run out of a sprite!! Then my order was "ready". I checked my bag (ALWAYS CHECK!!) and they forgot my extra two dips. Then I get home to realize that my whole order is cold. If they were "working on it" then why were my fries stale and cold. Even my wings were cold. And there was dip sauce all over the top of one of the containers. To make it better the dips were the wrong flavor. They take at least 20-30 minutes to get your food you already paid for to you. If you call in advance and they say 20min expect to stay an extra 15min when you get there, and it always smells and they lag cleaning the tables when people are finished eating. I just finished ordering and eating from the Wingstop in Avenue "S" in Palmdale and they have changed thier potato salad (again!) and this time it is not only diffrent, its not very good. Also, the bourbon flavored was left out of the bourbon beans. Apparently they are trying to serve "mushy mess" instead. The wings are consistent, thanks goodness. My message sent to corporate: Ordered via mobile app, picked up, got home, ate a piece o chicken, it seemed 1/2 way raw. I grabbed another, ate 1/2 the piece, it also seemed 1/2 way raw. Grabbed a 3rd piece, of a different flavor, to see if all were undercooked. It, too, seemed 1/2 raw, not as bad as the 1st two though. Feeling nauseous after eating undercooked chicken, I googled what to expect. I did not like what I saw. I called the store and spoke to Richard, told him of the situation and let him know I understand this can happen occasionally and MY ONLY CONCERN was that I didn't want to pay for something I was unable to eat. Richard told me to come back and they would replace it. I told Richard that now, not only was I not feeling well (probably just in my mind since little time had passed for me to be sick from the undercooked chicken) and I not only was not going to drive the 6-7 miles back to replace it today for that reason and also because "the thought of eating chicken now sounds completely unappealing". Richard told me I "had to keep the 1/2 cooked chicken until I was able to return it and only had one week to do that". I told Richard I was NOT going to keep 1/2 cooked chicken in my refrigerator so that any possible salmonella might affect other food in there and I was not sure if I'd make it back within 7 days either, I just didn't know when, and there was no way I was keeping unrefrigerated chicken in my house for 7 days or longer. He said, in effect, "too bad, that's our policy". Order # on the mobile app is 23413604. I would like this order replaced when I'M ABLE TO GET BACK THERE, NOT WHEN YOU DEMAND IT, please. I will gladly take a picture of the chicken and send to you if you respond and ask for it within a day, just to show you I did not eat it and this is not a ploy to get free food, but I will not keep the chicken past tomorrow morning since I don't feel comfortable keeping it in my refrigerator. Honestly I still come to this location because it's the closest to my house and the wings are pretty good..but the service is HORRIBLE!! it's always a long wait even if it's packed or not when u go in..so you would think it's better to call in your order but no!!! Every time I call they either don't even answer or they put you on hold for half an hour or more. This one is by far the WORST wingstop!! It only took a couple of visits (should have learned the first time around) to just give up on this location. Rude,useless employees and for some reason the manager is never there he/she is either out or busy somewhere gone missing in action REALLY !!?? By far the worst experience ive ever had. To begin this terrible experience, i tried calling in an order and i was put on hold for 4 minutes each time I called. I called about 5x and hung up after that hold each time. I then went to the website which allowed me to put in an order. Let me say that you should ignore all the negative comments that are left. The ladies that work here are phenomenal! Jannise was courteous and helped me immediately. The store was clean and the service was quick. I think they get a lot of hell because of the clientele they are forced to deal with. Although, I had a bad experience at a different location, their DM Alex Goodell was very professional. He listened to my complaint without prejudice and offered to assist in anyway possible. The situation was corrected immediately and i can say I've never been given better customer service at any other restaurant establishment and I've been in restaurants management for 12+ years and can appreciate a good leader. This place may have needed some direction and training but Alex has worked wonders! Way to go to the owner of the AV Wingstop's! You clearly care and invest in your teams!!!! Thanks Jannise and Alex!
