I went to this Orange Location on a busy Sunday 11-12-2015 around 6 pm. Football games were on, the place was busy. We were dine in, put in our order quickly, were served great buffalo wings and Korean wings as well as ice cold draft beer in a reasonable amount of time. Didn't have to ask for extra sauce as the wings had plenty. The servers were busy dropping off the orders, serving drinks, and cleaning tables so people could sit. The Korean wings, Buffalo, Lemon pepper are the best. Plenty of TVs. I will definitely be coming back to this place to get awesome wings 5 stars. read more

I used really like this location, the food is always good and it used to come out pretty quick but for the last couple of months ago now it's not a good as it used to be. Honestly it seems like they have gotten really lazy there, they used to take the food to you when it was ready, now you have to get up and get it yourself which you would think makes things easier and quicker but it doesn't. It used take like 15 mins for me and my gf to get 2 medium combos and now it literally makes 30 mins for us to get the same thing. Why??! Most every time we go there the cashiers and kitchen workers spend more talking to each other then actually doing there job. It shouldn't take 30 mins for wings and fries. The manager was very rude he basically said they don't add extra salt, that's the way they taste, and then asked me "what do you want me to do about it". Kind of annoyed that I had to drive back for the drink that was included in the order. By the time I got home from my 2nd trip there I noticed I never got bleu cheese in my order which had been paid for. As far as the food goes, wings were okay, we might try this place again but order in person to have the order correct and order a different sauce. First time ever going to a wing stop in my life ! I went on Wednesday 1/28/15 night around 8pm. Right when you walk in you feel welcomed by all the greetings you get. The girls in the front were so helpful with the menu and helping figure out what my friends and I wanted and going over all these amazing flavors. Once we order we sat at our table got some beers which were a great price to just us the 50 family pack. They brought our food it was great. The restaurant was clean and all he employees were helpful and friendly. They came checked on us ever so often to see if we needed anything. They also have so many TVs. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the time you enter and that continues until I leave. Inevitably, I forget napkins or a fork and when I figure this out when food arrives they always insist on getting them for you. I never accept this help and they always say no let me do this for you. So, we saw an offer online for a family pack for 35 boneless wings, a large fries, a side, ranches, and rolls for ~$29. We wanted some bone-in, so we called to verify we could do this. They said yes, we can do that. We placed the order in online, and they called us a second later saying they couldn't do it. The compromise? They do all 30, not 35, bone-in wings, only ONE side, and no rolls. for the same price. I'm paying the same price for bone-in wings with TWO less sides? they should have all employees on the same page regarding orders so they don't come across situations like this. bad customer service, and i think the trade off was made by an idiot who obviously cannot bargain with their customers properly. Finally tried this place out, the loaded fries were actually pretty good. I've had better but I've had worse. I would come for a quick loaded fries again. Second time here. food is very good but service not so good . My reason for the 3 star would be because they are not baby friendly changing table.
