Terrible service at this place. I have tried calling 3 different times on 3 different days and they wouldn't even answer the phone. After ordering over the phone i went to pick up my order to go. Once i got home i realized that not even half of my order was in the bag. I called back to try to get my money back and was told that they are unable to do that... so i had to pay for food i never had and instead they promised "40 free wings on the next visit" because the store manager doesn't have the power to refund the money back. so now when trying to get the wings we have still been charged for wings we never got... lol this place is a joke. the store manager that works there now is the most disrespectful, uneducated person i have ever talked to, interrupts you constantly and begins to yell the second you start to talk to her. just keep in mind wing-stop as a company still owes me $20. not 20-30 or 40 free wings... $20! i will never be going back there or dealing with this place of business again! read more

Great food. This is my favorite wing restaurant in the area. Fries are awesome here.

We use to really enjoy coming here but after tonight we will not be back. Our food took forever, the staff was unfriendly and dressed unprofessional.The music being played was loud, had explicit language, and far from being a family appropriate restaurant. read more

Worst service ever ! Called my order in and was told wait would only be 10 to 15 mins, I get there at the 15 min mark and food wasn't ready. People would come in and order and get their food before me. I waited 30 mins in the store before getting my order. The restaurant was dirty, I saw two employees on their phones while costumers waited for food. They could have been cleaning or helping with orders ! Not going back !!! read more

I have not tried my food yet. I just called in my order and let me note I am a first time customer. My husband and I are curious about the atomic hot wings and didn't want to order too many just enough to try and if we like it then of course get more if we decide to order again. The girl that took my order over the phone seemed like she had a problem with me ordering 2 atomic and then 28 other pieces in two other flavors...nothing ridiculous. She was very very rude about the fact I wanted to order 2 atomic wings to try and then she said see you in 22 minutes and hung up the phone. No thank you, no order total.... nothing. I'm hoping my food is better than the customer service I received from this girl....and honestly this alone makes me not want to order from this location again.... read more

Food tastes great, like any other Wingstop I've been at but the service and employees is close to garbage. I came into this location and ordered a regular order of wings and it took 40 mins to bring our food out. Employees were messing around in the kitchen the whole time while people waited for their food. When we finally asked for our foods status the young employee gave an attitude. You can't give it a zero or I would. Went there to get some wings last week. Place was FILTHY! Took forever to get ONE order of wings. People behind the counter were rude and lazy. I got the wings - didn't eat them. There were wings and strips in the box and the box had something else in it - like it had been used before and dumped out. I'd love to give them more than 1 star but every time I go there to get wings past 6pm they're closed even though on the door it says they're open until 11 or midnight. Maybe if you were actually open when you say you'll be you would have better reviews. read more

Tried to call for 45 min. and not answering so we were close to the store and stopped in only to be told we are closed because we were tired and closed over an hour early. I would give this particular location of Wing Stop less than 1 star if it would allow me. They had 4 staff members today and the place was generally pretty full. So, I did anticipate having about a half hour wait on my food. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for cold boneless wings and soggy fries. There were 2 full families that received their food (and they ordered after me) and 3 walk ins. COMPLETELY disgusted with the service today. While trying to wait patiently, I discovered that another person had ordered online and was still waiting for their food over 2 hours after they had ordered. SERIOUSLY WING STOP????? My son absolutely loves chicken wings, so we visited Wingstop as a treat. The food was very good but the service left much to be desired. We waited over 40 minutes for our ten wings and a handful of fries... I tried buying a draft beer to pass the time, unfortunately their taps were not working. I had heard great things about Wingstop and had a coupon so I decided to give it a try. I came in at about 8ish one night and the service was friendly and the place was clean but my wings seemed like they had been sitting somewhere waiting to be served too long. They weren't hot and just seemed sub par flavor wise. Maybe I hit them on a bad night based on other reviews but I'm reluctant to try again for the price. read more

They can't count wings!!! So check your order before you leave. On 2 separate occasions, they shorted us wings. Once it was only a 4 wings, but the second time it was 13 wings. The first time, it was Super Bowl so we assumed they were just getting slammed and it was an honest mistake. The second time was on a regular Monday night to celebrate my husband's birthday. Both times, they made us drive all the way back to the restaurant with our complete order, we had to wait again as they made the correct amount. Most restaurants throw in something to lessen the huge inconvenience on the end of the customer. Due to their mistake, the whole process of driving back and reordering took over an hour. It's a shame. Their wings are delicious, but for us we are too scared to try them again. read more
