Wanted to check this place out as we just moved to OFallon. Worst decision I've ever had. Order 20 wings, they said it would take 20 minutes, took 45 and then we find out it's wrong! They gave us part of someone else's order. So after 20 more minutes (they said it would take 4) we get our order again and they didn't give us our bread rolls we ordered (either time, even after we told them). When we finally got to eat after over an hour. The fries were completely soggy (these were "fresh" ones), it tasted like they didn't cook them near as long as they needed too. Our wings were decent, but not worth it to deal with this hassle again. When it came to the employees they were apologetic about the mess up, but seems very disinterested in actually helping us when we ordered and when the order was wrong. We placed an order through the wingstop app for delivery as we have many times before. Over an hour went by and our food never arrived. We checked the windstop app and it said our order was completed. We called the store to check on where our food was. The store said it never went out for delivery and was still sitting in their store. They "offered to let us come and pick it up". Which is the opposite of delivery. Naturally we asked for a refund. They refused. When we asked how they could take our money, never deliver our food, and then refuse a refund they said it wasn't their problem. Terrible experience. We have no food and are apparently out $50 that they stole from us. Not quite sure how to address that yet, but they should be ashamed. read more

This place used to be amazing but over the past 4 or 5 years we stopped going here because the food and service is now terrible. Tried it tonight to see if it has gotten any better and it hasn't. Ordered a 30 piece boneless wings, 10 teriyaki and 20 original hot. Waited 30 minutes and it was a to go order. We should have checked the bag before leaving and unfortunately did not. We got home to 30 cold teriyaki wings. Thought about driving back up there but couldn't fathom the thought of waiting another 20 - 30 minutes. As my son was eating, he found a little black hair in his food. We are blonde so it didnt done from us. Unsure if that came off someone's head or body from the kitchen. As I sat in the restaurant waiting for my food I watched the kitchen staff take several restroom breaks. I'm not sure why it takes so long to make the food. It's not like the place has a full menu, its wings and fries. So in another 5 years I might try it again if they are still there to see if quality has become important to them again. How this place is still in business is beyond me. I order well over $100 worth of food for St. Patrick's day. I order bone-in wings tossed in med sauce. They didn't have any sauce whatsoever. I even ordered extra sauce since I know this location is so bad, but they didn't include any in the bag. I was late for the party so I didn't check so that is my mistake. The fries had absolutely no seasoning. I didn't physical count the wings, but I'm willing to bet I didn't get any where near the total count I was suppose to. I would like to start off by saying my family loves the food at Wingstop. I myself am not a chicken wing fan but if I have to eat them Wingstop is my wing of choice. There is something comforting about walking in the door and being greeted by name. I could chat and joke with the counter girl and some of the cooks. The service was great and the food was delicious. That being said, I feel that the quality of food (on some nights) and the service has declined. I am not sure what happened at this location but I want my old wingstop back. This place has been my favorite destination for high quality wings for years now. Sometimes the staff can be a little lacking in knowledge when it comes to preparing the wings properly but when it's done correctly, it's done phenomenally. The workers are very unprofessional, especially your manager (short female with black hair). Used to come to this location with my Dad every month for lunch. Closest wingstop to Wentzville. Don't go here. If you're coming from the west, make the extra trip to St. Peters wingstop or the new St. Charles location by Lindenwood. The last few times I came here have been for to go orders- The wings are *always* soft and not crispy, even if you ask for them. Think pizza restaurant 'oven baked' wings. Not sure if their fryers are kicking the bucket or what. I get cajun flavor on my wings, and all that's on them is the sauce. There's none of that cajun seasoning dust that you get from the other locations. Just subpar quality and service *especially* when you're dropping $50-$60 to feed the family soft, fatty, not crispy chicken. This location needs the chicken lords guidance. Maybe have some managers from the other locations come and kick a re-training session. Take pride in your work guys, no matter where you work. read more

Everytime my boyfriend and I have ever gone to this location - we leave really disappointed. Not with the food. The food is FANTASTIC. The staff is not. My first complaint was the staff seems very careless about the customers. Example... Last night we ordered online and had a specific pick up time. The food was not ready by that time of course, so we waited. In that time one of the staff members answered a phone call and it was a complaint. He was very rude to the person on the phone and as soon as he got off the phone he started telling the rest of the staff members about how much of an idiot that person was... loudly enough for everyone in the place to hear. He then left another person on hold for a good 7 mins. My next complaint was the fact that they had the raw chicken bucket just hanging out on a roll cart in the middle of the kitchen while they were pouring floor cleaner (at waist height) right next to it... so I wouldn't be too surprised if some floor cleaner got into the chicken. All in all... the staff sucks. The food tastes good, but it's just not worth the bitter taste the staff left in my mouth. read more

I came in with a friend, who said he saw good ratings for this place online. When we ordered we were told our food would be out in 13 minutes, but it took at least 20. My friend's wings were not tossed well; all of them had a great deal of spice on one side, but almost none on the other. My wings were decent, but not as good as at BWW. My side of fries however was very good. I had a few wings left and I wanted to take them home, so I went to go get a box. The worker saw me waiting there, but continued talking with another person in the kitchen. It looked like what they were discussing was important (they had some papers out), but I still wished they could take 10 seconds to help me out, or at the very least say "I'll be with you in a moment". This location seems to be on a sustained downward spiral. The last 3 times have been in (5 weeks) the service and food kept getting worse. Tonight I ordered a 10 boneless combo for dine in and sat in the back waiting for my order. After 30 minutes I went to the counter. I gave them my receipt and the gave me a to go bag. My fries were already soggy and the was ranch not blue cheese. I asked to switch to what I had ordered and was told they were out. No apologies for any of the missed steps. This place used to be my favorite wing spot. I would come 2 maybe 3 times a month. Over the past year it has gone severely downhill. The food is not the greatest, place is always filthy and the worst part is the employees. Plan on feeling like an inconvenience the second you walk through the door.
