The O'fallon location was unable to fulfill my online order that I placed the day prior on 9/10/2022. They told me I had to reorder at the St. Peters store which I immediately did. Whoever told me that did not know that they could simply transfer my order. So, St. Peters fulfilled my order, and it was wrong so I had to go back from O'fallon. The major issue is that the O'fallon store still charged me the $65.74. I have been trying to get my refund since 9/12/2022. Rachel at Ofallon has been unable or unwilling to assist. Her area manager, Gary, is supposedly aware but has also proven fruitless. His number via Google Assistant is 314-445-7027. I have filed a BBB complaint and a fraud abuse complaint with my credit union. Those processes take time so I am voicing this issue anywhere I can. I should also note that the website does not show the O'fallon order in my history as it was never completed outside of them taking my money, so no order number was produced. They are fraudulently in possession of $65.74 of my money. read more

This place is the WORST! I placed a delivery order. 8pc classic bone in wings with mango habanero combo which includes fries and a drink, plus I ordered an additional basket of fries and a large ranch. When the order is delivered, the wings were boneless with some other kind of sauce, no ranch, and no extra basket of fries. I called the store to let them know, and the guy on the phone was completely useless. He said that he didn't have time to deal with this because he had to do other orders. I asked to speak with his manager, so he goes to get him, but then comes back and says the manager is too busy and that he has to deal with it. So I told him that I wanted a refund. He then proceeds to tell me to go on the website and click "void transaction or something like that." Who is this guy and how does he not know how the internet works?? He then proceeds to hang up on me. I tried searching for a number to call for feedback, but of course, there isn't one. You have to fill out this long questionnaire which is sent to the owner of the store. We will see if anyone calls me, but I'm not holding my breath. read more

Seriously. Food is good BUT not worth dealing with their service at this location. Please, for the love of all things holy go somewhere else. Hooters is 10 minutes away and BWW is even literally right down the road. Hell, even Pizza Hut or Chick-Fil-A are better options than this location. Unorganized, unprofessional, and GM's who answer the phone with a "hello" and have no voice setup. Also, empty promises of return calls. You'll thank me. read more

I was impressed with the food and the service here! I don't know why the bad reviews? I ordered online and had my food ready when I got there. The food was delicious! I ordered the voodoo fries and boneless wings! So amazing! I'm glad I finally tried Wingstop for the first time. I wish I had a location closer but this is the closest to me. The combo meal is the way to go when ordering it comes with fries and a drink and a side of sauce of your choice. I will come back again because now I am hooked! read more

Explain to me how you order the 50 wing entree at 12pm for a 6pm pickup. You get there 10 minutes early and they ask you to come back at 6. Wait till 6 and our order is still not ready. After 20 minutes of waiting had to get a little heated with the guy behind the counter before he would look for our order. The female, acted like she could care less. He found the order, handed it to us, and turned around. Not any acknowledgement of our wait time or the rude "don't bother me" female. It was ridiculous. Plus if you order 50 wings and get 4 sauces, you would think they would label the containers as to wick each were. First time here, questioning whether we will be back. read more

check your food before you leave the buildin. 3 orders including mine were without fries

Only been here once and it was last weekend. Ordered the new crispy thighs, bone in Parmesan wings and some hot boneless wings. I probably wouldn't order the thighs again but OMG their wings are big, juicy and flavorful!! We also tried the strips. They were fantastic!! There is a wait(20-25 minutes) but it's worth it. Giving this 5 Stars!!! read more

The service was horrible. The staff member was talking about her surgery out loud. Nasty! The fries were nasty, greasy and overcooked! Never coming back! read more

Wingstop - Greasy, nasty fries! Horrible service! - Chicken Wings Near Me - O'fallon, Missouri

I guess they changed their fries? They are now so crunchy, stale, and seriously lacking flavor. I have given this location several chances and I never have a good experience. Management lacks customer service skills. read more

Wanted to check this place out as we just moved to OFallon. Worst decision I've ever had. Order 20 wings, they said it would take 20 minutes, took 45 and then we find out it's wrong! They gave us part of someone else's order. So after 20 more minutes (they said it would take 4) we get our order again and they didn't give us our bread rolls we ordered (either time, even after we told them). When we finally got to eat after over an hour. The fries were completely soggy (these were "fresh" ones), it tasted like they didn't cook them near as long as they needed too. Our wings were decent, but not worth it to deal with this hassle again. When it came to the employees they were apologetic about the mess up, but seems very disinterested in actually helping us when we ordered and when the order was wrong. I would suggest any other wing place before coming here. read more

I used to be a regular customer and one day my food sucked and the manager was a jerk so i took my business elsewhere so i recently said i will give them another shot and i have to admit my food was outstanding and the staff was also great what impressed me the most was the customer service displayed by Chris he went above and beyond to make sure everything was great, i will definitely becoming back. read more

We placed an order through the wingstop app for delivery as we have many times before. Over an hour went by and our food never arrived. We checked the windstop app and it said our order was completed. We called the store to check on where our food was. The store said it never went out for delivery and was still sitting in their store. They "offered to let us come and pick it up". Which is the opposite of delivery. Naturally we asked for a refund. They refused. When we asked how they could take our money, never deliver our food, and then refuse a refund they said it wasn't their problem. Terrible experience. We have no food and are apparently out $50 that they stole from us. Not quite sure how to address that yet, but they should be ashamed. read more

Called to try to place an order, some fast talking ghetto girl answered immediately placing me on hold. I held for 6 minutes and they disconnected the call. Prior to calling I tried placing my order online but the website is no better. There's no place to enter my military discount and it makes you put in your payment info. No thx! The franchise owner will be made aware of the mess that's going on here. If I was managing this location it wouldn't dare have this poor of service. read more

This place used to be amazing but over the past 4 or 5 years we stopped going here because the food and service is now terrible. Tried it tonight to see if it has gotten any better and it hasn't. Ordered a 30 piece boneless wings, 10 teriyaki and 20 original hot. Waited 30 minutes and it was a to go order. We should have checked the bag before leaving and unfortunately did not. We got home to 30 cold teriyaki wings. Thought about driving back up there but couldn't fathom the thought of waiting another 20 - 30 minutes. As my son was eating, he found a little black hair in his food. We are blonde so it didnt done from us. Unsure if that came off someone's head or body from the kitchen. As I sat in the restaurant waiting for my food I watched the kitchen staff take several restroom breaks. I'm not sure why it takes so long to make the food. It's not like the place has a full menu, its wings and fries. So in another 5 years I might try it again if they are still there to see if quality has become important to them again. The fries are still good though. read more

I love that you can order wings online here. I hate talking on the phone some days after work or on a Sunday when I haven't brushed my teeth yet and want to order in advance of all the football (or hockey!) coming on. The lemon pepper is my favorite but classic is always a good decision. read more

Love their fries! Yes, their fries. It's my favorite thing here. The wings? They're great too. I had to play around with sauces to find the ones that I liked. I usually get half Parmesan garlic and half mild. But seriously, the hand cut fries with that seasonings they use makes these fries the best in town! read more

Good wings but don't try to plan around them on a Saturday night. I was told 19 minutes. 42 minutes later, my order was done. I hope they go good with the (now) cold pizza that I have in the car. Very disappointed. read more

I would like to start off by saying my family loves the food at Wingstop. I myself am not a chicken wing fan but if I have to eat them Wingstop is my wing of choice. There is something comforting about walking in the door and being greeted by name. I could chat and joke with the counter girl and some of the cooks. The service was great and the food was delicious. That being said, I feel that the quality of food (on some nights) and the service has declined. I am not sure what happened at this location but I want my old wingstop back. It used to get 5 stars and I don't like wings. The wings here are still better than most. read more

How this place is still in business is beyond me. I order well over $100 worth of food for St. Patrick's day. I order bone-in wings tossed in med sauce. They didn't have any sauce whatsoever. I even ordered extra sauce since I know this location is so bad, but they didn't include any in the bag. I was late for the party so I didn't check so that is my mistake. The fries had absolutely no seasoning. I didn't physical count the wings, but I'm willing to bet I didn't get any where near the total count I was suppose to. I know these type of businesses have a hard time finding good help, but this is ridiculous. I'm sorry Wingstop....you were good in the beginning, but not worth the trouble. I'm seriously thinking of cashing out my 401k and starting a well run wing establishment right next door. I couldn't be any worst.... read more

This place is complete trash. Service sucks, wings suck, fries are trash. Will never eat here ever again.

They have earned it! Ty the Lemon Pepper. Yummy! My mom and I are wing fans. We love this place! The vegetables are always fresh too.

TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION!!! FIRE EVERYONE AND GET IT BACK TO HOW IT USED TO BE!!! WHY DO YOU IGNORE REVIEWS? This used to be my favorite restaurant up until about a year ago. I've been going here for over 10 years. Since then, the employees working here have brought this place down to one of the worst in the area. They don't answer the phone half of the time, somehow they turn off online ordering and they close much earlier than their posted hours. The food quality has also went to hell because of the employees not giving a damn. Do something about it please. read more

This place has been my favorite destination for high quality wings for years now. Sometimes the staff can be a little lacking in knowledge when it comes to preparing the wings properly but when it's done correctly, it's done phenomenally. The manager, Tony, really knows what he's doing. It's always a good sign to see him there. read more

I was very happy here. I brought the entire family because my oldest wanted to go. The food was darn good, hot and fresh. The customer service was great. They brought us our food and kept an eye on us while we ate. I will bring the family here again. I also consider myself a wings lover. read more

After my previous post and an email through their site, I was sent an apology letter and a $5 gift card. I don't think that they realize that this location is so poor that even $5 in free food is not going to get me to go back. Dear Wingstop, every pizza place and bar has wings. Why should I go to your dirty establishment with terrible staff to over pay for tiny wings? read more

Will never order here again. Ordered wings for the playoff game, and had a confirmation for pick up at 6:30. Arrived and found out they were 25 minutes behind schedule. Puck dropped at 7 pm, didn't walk out until 6:55. Horrible planning on their part. No apology either. Won't ever order there again. read more

Dear owner, The workers at this location are not what you want to represent your brand. Mark my words, if you don't change your staff, this location will suffer. Everyone I know that used to eat here always complains. It used to be about the service, now it's the food too. The workers are very unprofessional, especially your manager (short female with black hair). The complaints from me and others included the orders being wrong and once it is brought to their attention on multiple occasions, the attitude is " so what do you want me to do about it". I'll tell you what I would like for you to do: 1) when I call, take my order correctly 2) when I pick up my order, put in everything that I paid for 3) if a mistake occurs (this should not happen every time an order is placed), act like this is a place of business and take care of it in a professional manner. read more

Amazing food was ready when I went in. Will be back. Staff was friendly. Store was clean

Everytime my boyfriend and I have ever gone to this location - we leave really disappointed. Not with the food. The food is FANTASTIC. The staff is not. My first complaint was the staff seems very careless about the customers. Example... Last night we ordered online and had a specific pick up time. The food was not ready by that time of course, so we waited. In that time one of the staff members answered a phone call and it was a complaint. He was very rude to the person on the phone and as soon as he got off the phone he started telling the rest of the staff members about how much of an idiot that person was... loudly enough for everyone in the place to hear. He then left another person on hold for a good 7 mins. My next complaint was the fact that they had the raw chicken bucket just hanging out on a roll cart in the middle of the kitchen while they were pouring floor cleaner (at waist height) right next to it... so I wouldn't be too surprised if some floor cleaner got into the chicken. All in all... the staff sucks. The food tastes good, but it's just not worth the bitter taste the staff left in my mouth. read more

My mistake. The manager/owner being here doesn't make a difference. Order online 45 minutes ago. Says it will be ready in 16 minutes. Get here, still waiting 40 minutes later. Guy next to me phoned in his order over an hour ago! And the best...the girl at the register is drinking a beer behind the counter!!! WHY DO I KEEP COMING HERE???!!! read more

Their wings and fries are really good but I have yet to have a really positive experience with the staff at this location. Every time I've gotten food here the person waiting on me has been crabby and rude. I like the food but it ruins it for me when everyone in there acts miserable to be at work. read more

Used to come to this location with my Dad every month for lunch. Closest wingstop to Wentzville. Don't go here. If you're coming from the west, make the extra trip to St. Peters wingstop or the new St. Charles location by Lindenwood. The last few times I came here have been for to go orders- The wings are *always* soft and not crispy, even if you ask for them. Think pizza restaurant 'oven baked' wings. Not sure if their fryers are kicking the bucket or what. I get cajun flavor on my wings, and all that's on them is the sauce. There's none of that cajun seasoning dust that you get from the other locations. Just subpar quality and service *especially* when you're dropping $50-$60 to feed the family soft, fatty, not crispy chicken. This location needs the chicken lords guidance. Maybe have some managers from the other locations come and kick a re-training session. Take pride in your work guys, no matter where you work. read more

Super long wait time. 30 minutes for 20 wings. Dining room is gross. Understaffed.

I came in with a friend, who said he saw good ratings for this place online. When we ordered we were told our food would be out in 13 minutes, but it took at least 20. My friend's wings were not tossed well; all of them had a great deal of spice on one side, but almost none on the other. My wings were decent, but not as good as at BWW. My side of fries however was very good. I had a few wings left and I wanted to take them home, so I went to go get a box. The worker saw me waiting there, but continued talking with another person in the kitchen. It looked like what they were discussing was important (they had some papers out), but I still wished they could take 10 seconds to help me out, or at the very least say "I'll be with you in a moment". After about 5 minutes I finally got my to go box. It wasn't horrible, but there are much better options around. I will not be going back. read more

THE best wings in St Charles County hands down. You've got to try the "Louisiana Rub". Mild, bur FULL of flavor. Great BBQ wings as well. And the fries.. Just damn. Perfect. Kinda hit and miss. Sometimes the chicken is too hard or too chewy, but when it is done perfect, it is pretty good. Some flavors are better than others, the Korean and Lemon Pepper are good when you get enough sauce/seasoning. read more
