This place is such a great place to go watch sporting events. They have so many TV's going that they for sure have the game you need. Service is also usually pretty good. On game-days, service can get a little slower but that is to be expected. The food is so hit and miss sadly. Wings are usually room temp at best (never had them hot) and my onion rings were not crispy. Our appetizer (Cheese Curds) were not good. The cheese was not melty, the breading was hard and thick. Sadly, the best thing was the bread knots lol. My boneless wings were alright but with them being cold to room temp, is such a bummer. I ate there yesterday with husband and i just wanted to take a minute to shout out the lovely two ladys that work the front desk they were so helpful and kind and really went above and beyond. I also wanted to shout out the waitresses they were always at the table and always checking up on us and she was so sweet and all the ladys in there were working wonders! But not everything was good one of the higher ups im pretty sure his name was Tyler was so rude and from what i seen didn't do much at all i heard screaming and as we started to leave we watched a girl quit because of him. The hostess greeted us and even took our order. Everyone ordered the American Cheeseburger. Unfortunately, the burgers were covered in salt. The burgers were inedible. One bite and I couldn't taste any toppings, just salt. We told the server and said she would tell the kitchen. However, she didn't offer us anything except boxes to take our burgers home. A little disappointing. The fries were good. We also got chip & cheese dip which was good. The price for chips and cheese was double what I would expect. Though we splurged and had no complaints. If you come after 9pm, there's bar food and drink specials. Also, there's specials during the week for wings. Overall, I would recommend this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited over an hour for this small appetizer to arrive. Our server never told us what was going on, thankfully the table next to us had a server update their table so we knew the kitchen was running behind. Once the food arrived, the cheese container was 1/4 of a way filled, cold, and had a skin on top. The pretzels were cold, and the food obviously sat out and they just decided to refry the bone in wings because they were dry as sh--. Their way of fixing that was to douse it with the dry seasoning, which was the only bright side of the meal. Also the ranch had a hair. Quite the underwhelming experience. The tables were clean - and aside from the older and barely watchable projection big screens, there were many TVs to check out. We had one drink each - and they were pricey, but strong. My biggest complaint about this place has nothing to do with this location - but as a corporation...and that is price. As good as the food is, there is no reason a family of 4 should spend 120 with tip on wings. There are just too many other grills out here with great chicken wings. In my opinion BWW just has not recovered from the affects of COVID as that seems to be the trigger for their poor performance on many aspects. I don't think this is the fault of the wait staff, it's just that they always seemed to be understaffed which then causes the poor performance. Sure, I still wait at the front door for a seat, but it's not due to the place being crowded. It's due to them having only one maybe two wait staff to seat me in a sea of available tables. He was very helpful in reviewing the information and had made the appropiate corrections. Should be resolved next week.
