The Manager Johnathan there needs a substantial raise! He went out of his way to accommodate my order after the Wentzville location completely botched it with an early closure we weren't notified of. Please make sure Johnathan and his team are well compensated for their hard work tonight! Thank you! read more

The service was slow and food wasn't warm. I would rate food 2/10. We will try again. The facility was clean. Outside was well maintained. Tried to call about our pick up and called multiple times no one would answer the phone. read more

Went here for a DoorDash because that's how I make my money and it was busy a lady was not doing her job it took 15 min to get the food and and when it was finally ready she told me to confirm the order for her and she decided to say that THEN look away and talk with Somone els then come back and ask me again to confirm it when i already did then she want to roll her eyes and cop an attitude. So I told her that she should have looked the first time and she ran in the bathroom crying. Honestly pathetic af if u can't handle ur job then quit not only that when I go there now she refuses to serve me and I have to wait longer. And she hides in the back while I'm there, talking to her frnds and coworkers then I get dirty looks. If this is u, ur pathetic and need to grow up ur making this company look immature and trashy. Pls quit ur job if ur too pathetic and sensitive to handle it. Brown haired short female always wearing hoop earrings and a pony tail. And always helping in the front read more

I order delivery and they routinely forget parts of my order. I have it delivered and their resolution is for me to come there for them to resolve this issue. Their resolution for their mix up is for me to do more work. read more

So I had a remake order and the manager Damonte' made sure that my replacement order was put in right away and there was no issues or questions he was very professional and very polite and respectful he also made sure my order was done in a timely manner Not only was he reassuring that my order was done and ready to go quickly and efficiently but he was clashing the yesterday and Anson phone calls and really pouring in hard work apps that resteraunt. Thanks again Damonte' !!! read more

Walked in and the place had dirty floors, people hanging around who were not customers and workers seemed disorganized. They were busy but not swamped. So I went to the counter to order food. After being ignored for about 10 minutes, we left without ordering anything. Too many options around to put up with this kind of customer service. read more

I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from this Wingstop location. I placed an order through their app, but it never arrived. After waiting 15 minutes past the estimated arrival time, I called the restaurant for an update since they don't provide any tracking information. When I inquired about the status of my order, the staff informed me that once the food is picked up, it's handled by a third-party service. I explained that I had ordered directly through the Wingstop app, but the employee seemed frustrated and unable to clarify which service had taken my order--only that it could be any random company like Grubhub or DoorDash. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the restaurant confirmed the food had been picked up quite some time ago, yet I never received it--despite living only about 10 minutes away. If you're considering delivery, be aware that there's little transparency or support if something goes wrong. Based on this experience, I'd recommend picking up your order in person to avoid potential issues. read more

Service was awesome and food was really just so-so. The bathrooms were fine when I went there.

If I could give them a negative number I would! We placed a timed pickup order for Super Bowl Sunday. When we went to pick up the order they were running over a hour behind. We were told we could cancel the order since they were so far behind, which we did. We were told that our credit would be posted in 7-10 days. I gave them 14 days and checked my credit card statement- no credit. I called the store and they said it should be by the end of the week...it wasn't. I received my statement about a week later and still no credit. So I went to the store to talk to "manager". I was very polite and explained the situation to the lady , she then called someone and a man comes running in from the outside and reeked of marijuana!! He said he was the manager and was less than friendly. He was texting what I presumed was another manager and then handed me his phone and said "Put your name in my phone". This made me very uncomfortable, I am guessing he was too high to type in my name by himself!!! I then had to wait to see if the person texted back. He said that this person would take care of it. I asked him do you need my order number, he again gave me is phone and told me to text the number. I waited 5 days no credit has been received, so I have disputed the charge with credit card company. Will never go back !! Worst customer service ever!! read more

Customer service at this location is always bad and the food is worse I would rather have gas station chicken.

Insane that this place is still in business!! Horrible customer service, always late on orders, always missing food from orders, always dirty inside, always half-assed everything!! You can't even get them to answer the damn phone. Spend your money elsewhere!! read more

Corporate needs to be involved here. Order said it was ready an hour ago. Call as we're waiting and won't pick up the phone so we can cancel. Beware as they don't care and will just tell you deal with it. Constant same story every time. Over 15 people waiting and upset. Improvement needed. read more

Went to the ofallon mo location and wanted to order the boneless special i saw online. The young lady at the counter said it was $24.00 I said no you not giving me the order you have on line. Overall ordering was a hassle, and the fries sucked but the wings were tasty.. read more

This is by far the worst Wingstop location I've ever had the misfortune of patronizing. It's extremely frustrating when the music is blaring from the speakers to which you can't even think. I arrived and mentioned to the person at the register my name for my carryout order. My name wasn't even called! I went to check on it, and lo and behold, it was finished. Quite a while ago. Now my food is cold. Better yet, the Louisiana rub was barely put on each order of wings, they completely forgot the cajun i had on 10 others. But these 20 wings were basically plain. Ordered celery sticks - none in the bag. Great. Everything was supposed to be well-done, including the fries. But they were soggy as hell. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Waste of my time and money I swear. read more

DO NOT COME HERE the staff is simple too incompetent to operate. if you order lunch be prepared not to get food until dinner time

on 5/25 I called in an order. Not a hard thing to do to take someone order. When I got to the store to pick up my order, I noticed it was wrong. The order was $25.35. I ordered a 8pc and a 6pc boneless wings. I did not order a combo. I was charged and that was what was in the bag. I spoke to girl who took the order and she said she had to someone to do a credit. He was outside on breaking doing whatever. His name was Andre. He came and tried to convince me to keep it. I wanted my credit - he said it would take 48 hours. He took my receipt and never came back - his break was too important. It's now 6/4 and I am still waiting.why is this hard to do. He had no intention to give me my credit. I want my credit!!! This place sucks I've been waiting for my food for literally 30 mins. It's insane. And all I got was a 5 piece wings.

My go to wings is Parmesan garlic. I prefer sauce over dry seasoning in my wings. The wings are terrible. I would go again. I do enjoy the fries. Not welcoming atmosphere for dining in but you will be comfortable. Better off taking out. read more

I feel very badly about my experiences at this restaurant. I always give it 3 tries before I can really speak to my experience, but every time I have come here the employees are constantly either yelling at eachother, or having bad attitudes with customers. I am very patient with food quality typically, I'm not picky, but while being very saucy the wings sometimes even get to me undercooked. I have gotten sick after eating it 2/3 times I have gone here, and one of them I'm convinced the reason I didn't get sick was because I just got fries! Incredibly salty, no flavor from anything else. Just unhealthy and poison for your body! read more

Everytime we order from this location, they leave out fries, wings, dips, ect. I don't understand! Is there NOT A CONSOLIDATOR that reads the receipts and makes sure EVERYTHING IS IN THE BAG? We walked in and recieved dirty looks from the cashier (Kendreth). He continued to make ordering uncomfortable. We sat for 20 minutes until we asked for an eta on our orders (we ordered two combos). I called about my issues and they said they would take care of it but then it got worse and I cannot say it was a place I will ever go again. Even though I asked them to repeat my order which they did I got home and did not have my Fries or Carrots, the Garlic Parm had so little seasoning we thought they were naked wings and had to season them ourselves. Can you guys please fix your phones... or maybe answer them? Second time i've tried to place and order over the phone and they are either just ignoring the phone out of laziness, or aren't fixing it... out of laziness. The manager that works there sucks. I ordered my food and the dude taking my order just had it all wrong, put it in as a combo when i said i just wanted the wings by themselves, and accidentally charged me for two sets of their fried corn. Cherry on the cake was the manager giving me 2 extra wings instead of giving me the refund of the extra corn they they charged me for AND DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE SECOND SET OF THE CORN. like how are you gonna charge me for it... not give me a refund and not give it to me either. And the two wings like... I didn't want two extra wings i wanted my $4 back! The sad part is that had to be a manager. So horrible. i'm never coming back here again. don't get screwed like I did. read more
