NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! Sunday I picked up 30 wings, went to the pharmacy and then home. My wings were so dry there wasn't even any sauce in the bottom of the box. I called back and asked for the manager (Cantrell) who was rude and obnoxious to the point that I had to hang up the phone and drive back. When I returned she came out walked past me and went to her car and placed something in her waist band and walked back in. She finally said that she wasn't doing anything to help me and refused to refund my money. I had to call the police to change her attitude and then she and the other "child" were laughing as if it was a joke. She pretended to give me a refund in front of the officer, but today is Thursday and I still have not received my money. I purchase wings for Wing Stop three times a week (other locations) at 35.00 per sale and feel I deserve better service than this! I am seriously considering not doing business with this company AT ALL! As I feel they have not responded sufficiently to this poor customer service. read more

I remember when it use to be on Thompson and I was craving wings. Their new location is bigger for them and more spacious, although it only had 4-5 tables, it's still s bigger location. I ordered online to make it more convenient since I was on the other side of town. I accidentally put in boneless instead of traditional wings but I thought I would give it a try. I got the garlic Parmesan and spicy Korean sauce, I wasn't very happy with them just because I got boneless. The garlic Parmesan taste better on traditional wings vs boneless because it's not breaded. The spicy Korean was good, it wasn't spicy at all, probably on the mild side. I also got the fries with their extra seasoning which I love and the hot cheese dipping sauce. Not sure if they add beer to it, but it's pretty good. Their ranch sauce is very good, it's not as thick as regular ranch dressing. I probably wouldn't be back unless I was in this part of town or craving wings the right way. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would...I've been ordering from here for years and I've loved it up until the last couple months. Every time I call to place a phone order the phone is off the hook or they just let it ring, also my order is never right. Today I got fries and I could literally squeeze the grease out of them and my wings were slimy. This is the only wing place on my side of town and it's disappointing that I now I have to drive 30 minutes to the other side of town to get wings because I will NEVER come to back this wing stop. read more

Just attempted to place an order for a family pack of wings. We were doing a combination just like we have several times for 5 different flavors because there are 5 of us. The guy on the phone was very rude and said they do not do that and have never done that. Y'all were my favorite wing joint. I went there once, I ordered the worst wings I ever tasted in my life "garlic parmesan" I will never go back there!!

It is my second time ordering from this Wingstop location and yet again I was disappointed by their customer service and food quality. Ordering the 10 piece boneless wings with a side of regular seasoned fries was a mistake to say the least. I ordered online and arrived 30 minutes later where I was minimally helped by one of the six staff that were there. She asked my name, took my card to pay, and gave my food in a sideways bag without another single word during the interaction. I got my drink filled that was excessively watery compared to the normal amount of Coca-cola syrup you'd expect from a dispenser. When I arrived home my food was horrible. The two sauces I had requested with the wings were thrown on top of each other with no effort in the same container where oily unappetizing residue soaked into the bottom of them. The fries I ordered were the saltiest I've ever encountered and were soggy nonetheless. I have lost any interest in ordering from there again and hope the other recent one-star reviews provide enough motive for them to sharpen up their effort. read more

Not a fan. The wings were over priced and the sauce was just so so. It's the only wing spot close to me or I would go somewhere else.

Well, the food was pretty bad, but mostly the service was horrible. I'm not normally one to complain, but this was pretty bad. I placed my order ahead of time, and arrived at the specified pick up time and it still took them another twenty minutes to make my order. I understand having to wait a few minutes, but twenty minutes is just ridiculous. Anyway, there were at least five other customers also impatiently waiting on their orders. The kid at the register was pretty rude and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. No one else working did either. They seemed really understaffed and poorly trained. I'll probably just get Wing Zone, Zaxby's, or Pizza Hut next time instead. All much, much better options. read more

They have good wings almost tied with toots in my opinion but there downfalls in my opinion are 1 the seating there is no room in this place at all unless your the only one there.2 when you get a to go order they pile all your wings in one box even if you get different flavors causing them to mix and they pile all your food in one bag fries wings and all so if you get a to go order make sure you specify put all your wings in different boxes and individually bag them which you would think would be common sense but I do like if you do get a to go order they'll tell you a specific time and be almost spot on for instance I ordered a meal they said 13 min I walked in and payed and left but if there was more room and didn't throw all your food together in a bag like slop they'd be the best wing joint in town read more

Staff could not care less about customers. We ordered online and went to pick up. I walked in and cashier finished with customer in front of me then went outside to talk to friends in a car. He came back after about 10 minutes, paid and at that point our food was placed in fryer. Horrible experience and will not be back! read more

Must say the confusion of where the line starts and ends seems to be a real issue with people who stand by the door instead of on line like they want to order. So when I come in and walk right up to counter I have a teenager telling me they were there first. Well their not in line .so I expect to be next. So. The employee suddenly needs help to take my order. This is a bizarre visit along with waiting long time for food to be done .phone order for fries was made and told to start them now. I showed up and they still hadn't made them yet. Then had an attitude when I pointed out that I told them to make them on the phone. To add to this I see employees with plastic gloves on talking on their personal cell phones while preparing food. My visits are rude not cause I fail to be nice . these people are full of controlling attitudes and dont take direction in general..this is my experience here and it's never better as I return. read more
