Piss poor!!!! Placed an order and said 15 min, been over 45 min. We will not be back!!!! Management should be ashamed.

you will get a notification that your food is ready & then when you arrive to pick up your foo, you have to wait an extra 45 minutes to get your food. this has happened to me twice! i understand that you may be short staffed, but don't send out a notification until the food to packaged & ready to go. read more

Worst ever. Bought a family pack for 30 wings with the sides and additional rolls. No Rose said they were still frozen, no carrots or celery even though I paid for both. They didn't mention it I looked in the bag before I left and realized They left half the order out. Very poor customer service will not step foot back in that place read more

We decided on a whim to grab some wings on the way home. We ordered online - a fast, easy process. Got there 5 minutes early and order was ready. Young lady that waited on us was extremely kind and efficient. We ordered the original and the mango habenero traditional wings along with parmesan fries. OUTSTANDING WINGS! The mango habenero cleaned out sinuses out lol... and we love spicy..We will be back. In this uncertain time, we have to support our local businesses and these guys hit the ball out of the park. read more

So back in the day I used to get a 4 piece boneless teriyaki combo that came with fries and a side of potato salad with a drink all for about $7.50. I ordered last night only to find out that they no longer have teriyaki flavor wings(which is crazy in my eyes) but they also no longer have potato salad but now serve rolls??(taste like something you would get at Walmart) I used to love Wingstop and practically lived off of it during my college years but I'm so disappointed in the direction corporate has apparently decided to go with what they now offer. I don't think I'll be back read more

So, I don't usually make bad reviews but honestly, I feel I was highly mistreated at this location. I made my order at around 10:25pm on 02/16/22. I saw on google maps that this location was open till 12pm so I didn't foresee an issue. I ordered 20 wings with 2 seasonings and the women told me that it would be ready for pickup at 11:15pm. I had her on speaker so both my husband and I heard her say 11:15pm, so despite feeling a little odd for waiting 45 minutes for wings, I agreed. I live about 15-16 minutes away from there so I left at 11pm thinking I would arrive maybe a few minutes passed 11:15pm but not long enough to make much of a difference. I thought... When I arrived, the door was locked and the employees inside where sitting on benches and appeared to be getting ready to leave. The woman I had spoken to on the phone told me there were no further orders for pickup. I told her my name and she pulled a ticket that said my pickup time had been for 11pm and that my order had already been canceled. I suppose business had been slow and they just wanted to leave early, but I don't understand why the woman told me to arrive at 11:15 if I needed to pick up earlier. I would have been fine to arrive at 11pm but I didn't want to rush them since I assumed the long wait meant they were busy. While they did sort of offer to remake my order, all the employees visibly sighed in frustration at being kept later and I honestly didn't feel comfortable asking that of them when they all very clearly didn't want to do it. I wish I had been told the correct time for pickup and at the very least, been treated better when the mistake was realized. I would be willing to speak with someone but the woman I spoke to at the store seemed combative and wanted to argue that she hadn't told me the wrong pickup time. Honestly, I don't think I will ever return after this unless I can speak to someone more reasonable. read more

My favorite wings ever!! I love Wing Stop!! Lemon pepper is amazing! It's all so super yummy!

This restaurant (Murfreesboro, TN) has a management issue. The worst customer service I have seen in a long time. By far the worst Wing Stop location. I had great experiences at Little Rock, AR and Killeen, TX but this location is very unprofessional. This was my second time. The first time I ordered on line and no the food was not ready when I arrived. There was only two employees working. The manager and one other. The manager said the rest of the employees did not come in. Tonight will be my last time ordering from this location. I order online at 1pm for a 7:30pm pick up. I arrived at the store at 7:25pm and waited for 1hr and 20 mins before I asked for my refund. No adult supervision whatsoever kids were running the restaurant. read more

Look, I'm a huge fan of the franchise. The food at a typical wing stop is incredible, but the management/service at this location is not even comparable to McDonalds trash. I've tried ordering via phone 10+ times these past two months and each time have gotten a young girl who apparently as a fellow millennial was not given the proper training to work a phone, or for that matter taught to provide ANY sort of service. When asked to perform a task like record an order she sighs, as if her job description doesn't include this, when asked for flavor/options she hangs up, upon calling back she repeatedly admits that she hung up because she didn't feel like working/couldn't hear. not to mention, last time we ordered (attempt number 9) the girl thought she hung up and quickly referred to my wife as "this white b****" before realizing she forgot to end the call. Do these people want my money? I've given this place TEN chances to show me AT LEAST sub-par "fast food" service. Nothing... these employees don't even seem to care for anything other than their shift time to run up. I'm surprised they get any business at all. If you're looking for good food I recommend the franchise, but this location needs to purge and rehire. No food in the world is worth dealing with this level of negligence. But really what can you expect from a fast food joint in terms of service in the first place. This one place has unfortunately ruined my entire faith in the franchise -low class negligence -borderline racism -poor quality prep -poor hygiene practices (cook scratching bare ass while handling food) -horrendous customer service (10 consecutive occurrences) read more

I called for 30 wings On April 5 2022 around 5pm. After 4 attempts someone keep hanging up the phone finally answered and told that there is a 30 minutes wait time for the pickup order will be ready. This was HEARTBREAKING! I love hot wings and I also once loved Wingstop. It stinks but I think I'm done with Wingstop . read more

I placed my order at around 2 this afternoon, to pick up at 7:15pm this evening for dinner. I called at 5:50pm just to let them know that I would be there at 7:30pm instead of 7:15pm. The young lady said no problem. I got there at 7:27pm and checked in. The young lady at the register is like, it'll be 5-6min, they gotta pack it up. At this point there's two big bags of food on the cart ready for pick up, but neither one are mine...so I'm waiting. I order a side of lemon pepper seasoning and that's .87...still waiting. She ask me my name for my order a couple of times (stalling). Then she says, can you wait about 5-6min because they gotta cook it. Your ticket got pulled early and your order was never made. My order has been placed and paid for, for 5 hours, it's not ready at the desired pick up time and you want me to wait a extra 10min! Refund please. She let the manager, Ashton, know and he come to process the transaction. He didn't offer to make it right, no type of customer service..just sorry about that. That's unacceptable! My time and my gas went into coming to your restaurant! There's too many kids running this place and I was super hopeful that this experience would be so much better than the last (placed online order and still had to wait 20min when I got there) because Ashton was there, but nope, his customer service is just as non existent as the last. They need more efficiency, customer service and the ability to time manage online orders with call ins and walkins! Get a GM in there to turn this store around! The reviews speak for itself! My order should have been a priority. It had been paid for for 5 hours prior! read more

Absolutely the worst service I can imagine. I wish there was an option for no stars. Omg best wings and French fries my husband and I have ever had ! All the food tasted so fresh and service was great as well

The wait times are atrocious. Should have 0 stars. Witnessed a Hispanic try to use FaceTime to translate and the worker with glasses at the counter rolled her eyes everytime he would say something and then proceeded to berate him for not understanding. Ended with the customer leaving because of the rudeness of the employee. Should be better, there is no ounce of politeness at this wing stop. read more

I don't eat here too often since this location is not on my side of town but I ate here today and the chicken was as good as I remember when I came here frequently. Poor costumer service. They don't check the orders when you pick up. They had forgot to give me drinks. This is the second time they did that. The manger lack of costumer service to. They are telling us to go back up to the restaurant to get our money back. Since we order it online. This is stupid that is a waste of my time and my gas just going up there to get my money back. They can't refund the money back to the card. Unless you go up there. I really don't like that. I gave them a chance and they go back to messing up the orders again. So what's the point of them, taking online orders and still can't get it right. I'm not going here again. I will take my business somewhere else. read more

This Wingstop needs to be avoided until it gets new employees or something, I call my order in at 8:20, go up there at 8:35 Bc they said it'll be a 20 minute wait so that was fine, but I go in there, pay for my food and I patiently wait, as I'm waiting I see them all just hanging out on there phones not doing anything then a group of guys come in and one girl immediately goes up to them talking like she knows them and basically skips everyone else's food to make a special order for them, they didn't even pay and grabbed cups and other stuff for free and just walked out the door, so I ask where my order is again and they said hold on and they all looked confused, this is while the cook is on there phone no gloves on and then starts making my food without even sanitizing there hands... like that's nasty. All the mean while they're cussing and acting very unprofessional. The lady that checked me out before she went on break was the only good one there. So 9:15pm I get my food, almost an hour wait because they were playing and nothing was done to fix the problem of how long I waited. read more

I stopped in at 1o'clock in the afternoon after leaving my favorite wing place because they were so busy and I didnt have time to wait. I figured I would give Wing Stop a try again after not eating there for over 4 years. I was the only one there. The tea machine was out of unsweet tea (it was broken the last 3 times I was there prior) When I told the manager she went looking for 10 minutes only to come back and tell me they didnt have any more. I over heard the employees talking about being out of paper towels. I realized then that there was only one roll and it was on the counter. I;ve noticed since that time, there is hardly anyone that eats there now. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I'm a doordash driver and I came to pick up my order and had to wait 30+ minutes. Worst experience ever and terrible customer service! read more

The service sucks, u call in your order or u do it online and it should be ready for pick up at the time given to u, the staff is oblivious to there surroundings or what going on, they don't communicate with each other so your food just sits on a tray getting cold behind the cashier who ignores the fact that your food is ready for pick up and continues to talk about her life's events. Unsatisfactory at best.. I don't know about u but I don't enjoy cold food, especially when I have been waiting for over 40min in an half empty restaurant.. Do better with your service then the stars will go up!! read more

Absolutely horrible service. I called in my order 20mins ahead of time. When I arrived I told the cashier that I had an order pick up and gave her my name. She rang up my order with a nasty attitude and look on her face. 10mins went by until I spoke up to see if my order was going to be done soon. I was told that my ticket came in late. So clearly they didn't start making my food until I paid at the counter when I arrived. What really irritated me as well, was the girl in the back looked over the cashiers shoulder to start making the family's order that hadn't even paid for there meal yet. Totally unacceptable! I will definitely not be back. read more

terrible management. as soon as we walked in the manager told us it would be an hour and a half wait. she was yelling at the other staff members telling them she was going to fire them if they didn't do HER job. our food took roughly 30 minutes, so i'm assuming she told us it would be much longer so we would go somewhere else. she wasn't helping the other staff at all, and was sitting in the lobby eating. she also took about 3 smoke breaks in the short amount of time that we were there. she was rude to my friends and i the whole time, and the food was mediocre. would not recommend this place, and would give 0 stars if possible. maybe if there were new managers, it would be a different story. it could definitely use friendlier people in charge. the cooks were actually nice on the other hand. i feel bad for them. read more

Wingstop has the best wings in the Nashville or Murfreesboro area. Despite the fact that none of their locations are really convenient for me, I've driven out of my way to eat there for years. When the Antioch store opened, I drove 15 minutes each way from Nashville to that location until the service there went downhill. Then I started driving all the way to Murfreesboro from Nashville, which got a little easier when I moved to Smyrna. Their old location on Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro always did a great job. However, since they moved the Murfreesboro store to S Rutherford Drive, I have not had a good experience there. On Apr 3, 2015, I ordered 15 boneless wings and 6 rolls using the mobile app. My receipt clearly stated BONELESS wings. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store. They didn't have my order ready quite yet, saying they just needed to heat my rolls. I waited happily, looking forward to my dinner. I was a mile down the road before I thought to check my to-go order and found that instead of the boneless wings I'd ordered, they'd given me all bone-in wings, which I absolutely didn't want. I had to turn around in traffic and go back to return the food and get a refund. I didn't want to wait for a new order for several reasons. When a friend and I visited this location Feb 13, 2015, we each ordered a 15 piece boneless wings. It took 45 minutes to get our orders that night, while the staff gave a story about how the wings were too small so they were making more. That's great, but why wasn't this noticed before they cooked them? Surely they were small when they were raw? And why did it take 45 minutes? It takes maybe 10 minutes to cook boneless wings, so the timing doesn't really work out here. Regardless, I wasn't willing to wait 45 minutes in the store on April 3 hoping they might get my order right the second time. I give up. I don't know what it will take for their employees to start paying better attention to orders and to give better customer service, but I am now at the point where I can't give Wingstop more chances because they fail me every time - at least at the two locations closest to me, both of which take at least 30 minutes to get to and from my house round-trip. It just isn't worth it anymore. I should also mention that the manager of the store waited on me when I picked up my order on April 3. Shouldn't he have checked the food against the order to make sure it was right before serving it to me? When I use to wait tables, I always did that with every order I handled - especially to-go orders. If the manager of the store can't be bothered to make sure orders are correct before handing them to customers, then the rest of the staff isn't likely to do any differently. The food at Wingstop is fantastic - providing you can get what you ordered or even get your food at all. It's just not worth the hassle the staff puts their customers through very often. read more

I remember when it use to be on Thompson and I was craving wings. Their new location is bigger for them and more spacious, although it only had 4-5 tables, it's still s bigger location. I ordered online to make it more convenient since I was on the other side of town. I accidentally put in boneless instead of traditional wings but I thought I would give it a try. I got the garlic Parmesan and spicy Korean sauce, I wasn't very happy with them just because I got boneless. The garlic Parmesan taste better on traditional wings vs boneless because it's not breaded. The spicy Korean was good, it wasn't spicy at all, probably on the mild side. I also got the fries with their extra seasoning which I love and the hot cheese dipping sauce. Not sure if they add beer to it, but it's pretty good. Their ranch sauce is very good, it's not as thick as regular ranch dressing. I probably wouldn't be back unless I was in this part of town or craving wings the right way. read more

This place sucks and I've been to other locations that were pretty good. I guess this location just has a bunch of college kids working there that don't care. The service was crappy, food sucked, restaurant and bathrooms were filthy. I asked the girl that took our order if they could clean a table for us cause everything was so dirty which she gladly did. The food tasted like it was cooked in old grease and the fries were overly salted. So, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time unless you just like crappy food. read more
