I love Wingstop, but this location is awful. STAY AWAY. I put up with it for a couple months because I love the food, but I recently had to give up. I can put up with long waits, but when items are missing and the food is badly cooked - I just can't pay for it anymore. Orders are consistently messed up. The wait is often quadruple the estimate given - or longer. The employees clearly do not care - at all. They'll shut down different parts of the ordering (online, phone, or in-person) to slow business down. They'll claim they're understaffed, but then employees with literally be playing grab ass and on face-timing on their phones. These are all norms. Avoid at all costs. read more

So, I don't usually make bad reviews but honestly, I feel I was highly mistreated at this location. I made my order at around 10:25pm on 02/16/22. I saw on google maps that this location was open till 12pm so I didn't foresee an issue. I ordered 20 wings with 2 seasonings and the women told me that it would be ready for pickup at 11:15pm. I had her on speaker so both my husband and I heard her say 11:15pm, so despite feeling a little odd for waiting 45 minutes for wings, I agreed. I live about 15-16 minutes away from there so I left at 11pm thinking I would arrive maybe a few minutes passed 11:15pm but not long enough to make much of a difference. I thought... When I arrived, the door was locked and the employees inside where sitting on benches and appeared to be getting ready to leave. The woman I had spoken to on the phone told me there were no further orders for pickup. I told her my name and she pulled a ticket that said my pickup time had been for 11pm and that my order had already been canceled. I suppose business had been slow and they just wanted to leave early, but I don't understand why the woman told me to arrive at 11:15 if I needed to pick up earlier. I would have been fine to arrive at 11pm but I didn't want to rush them since I assumed the long wait meant they were busy. While they did sort of offer to remake my order, all the employees visibly sighed in frustration at being kept later and I honestly didn't feel comfortable asking that of them when they all very clearly didn't want to do it. I wish I had been told the correct time for pickup and at the very least, been treated better when the mistake was realized. I would be willing to speak with someone but the woman I spoke to at the store seemed combative and wanted to argue that she hadn't told me the wrong pickup time. Look, I'm a huge fan of the franchise. The food at a typical wing stop is incredible, but the management/service at this location is not even comparable to McDonalds trash. I've tried ordering via phone 10+ times these past two months and each time have gotten a young girl who apparently as a fellow millennial was not given the proper training to work a phone, or for that matter taught to provide ANY sort of service. When asked to perform a task like record an order she sighs, as if her job description doesn't include this, when asked for flavor/options she hangs up, upon calling back she repeatedly admits that she hung up because she didn't feel like working/couldn't hear. not to mention, last time we ordered (attempt number 9) the girl thought she hung up and quickly referred to my wife as "this white b****" before realizing she forgot to end the call. Do these people want my money? I've given this place TEN chances to show me AT LEAST sub-par "fast food" service. Nothing... these employees don't even seem to care for anything other than their shift time to run up. I'm surprised they get any business at all. If you're looking for good food I recommend the franchise, but this location needs to purge and rehire. No food in the world is worth dealing with this level of negligence. I placed my order at around 2 this afternoon, to pick up at 7:15pm this evening for dinner. I called at 5:50pm just to let them know that I would be there at 7:30pm instead of 7:15pm. This Wingstop disappoints me pretty much every time I go. The past couple times I have went, the service is crappy, and my order is not up to par. And every time I order my wings are DRENCHED in grease/oil to the point where it's inedible. The young workers don't care, and they don't make your order right. And most times my fries aren't seasoned enough. And one of the young girls that works there has a weird attitude and is not so friendly, I think her name is Rainee. Sometimes when I walk in the employees will talk as I'm standing there waiting for someone to take my order. And DONT ever think about ordering late at night when it is within 1-2 hours before closing time, they will mess up your order and your food will taste nasty. Wingstop has the best wings in the Nashville or Murfreesboro area. Despite the fact that none of their locations are really convenient for me, I've driven out of my way to eat there for years. When the Antioch store opened, I drove 15 minutes each way from Nashville to that location until the service there went downhill. Then I started driving all the way to Murfreesboro from Nashville, which got a little easier when I moved to Smyrna. Their old location on Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro always did a great job. However, since they moved the Murfreesboro store to S Rutherford Drive, I have not had a good experience there. On Apr 3, 2015, I ordered 15 boneless wings and 6 rolls using the mobile app. My receipt clearly stated BONELESS wings. When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store. They didn't have my order ready quite yet, saying they just needed to heat my rolls. I waited happily, looking forward to my dinner. I was a mile down the road before I thought to check my to-go order and found that instead of the boneless wings I'd ordered, they'd given me all bone-in wings, which I absolutely didn't want. I had to turn around in traffic and go back to return the food and get a refund. I didn't want to wait for a new order for several reasons. When a friend and I visited this location Feb 13, 2015, we each ordered a 15 piece boneless wings. It took 45 minutes to get our orders that night, while the staff gave a story about how the wings were too small so they were making more. That's great, but why wasn't this noticed before they cooked them? Surely they were small when they were raw? And why did it take 45 minutes? It takes maybe 10 minutes to cook boneless wings, so the timing doesn't really work out here. Regardless, I wasn't willing to wait 45 minutes in the store on April 3 hoping they might get my order right the second time. I give up. I don't know what it will take for their employees to start paying better attention to orders and to give better customer service, but I am now at the point where I can't give Wingstop more chances because they fail me every time - at least at the two locations closest to me, both of which take at least 30 minutes to get to and from my house round-trip. It just isn't worth it anymore. I should also mention that the manager of the store waited on me when I picked up my order on April 3. Shouldn't he have checked the food against the order to make sure it was right before serving it to me? When I use to wait tables, I always did that with every order I handled - especially to-go orders. If the manager of the store can't be bothered to make sure orders are correct before handing them to customers, then the rest of the staff isn't likely to do any differently. The food at Wingstop is fantastic - providing you can get what you ordered or even get your food at all. It's just not worth the hassle the staff puts their customers through very often. read more
