I've given this Wingstop far too many chances the staff needs be replaced. They don't seem like they know how to manage a store. The customer service is horrible. There's long wait times. What really takes the cake is they get your order wrong and act like they can't give you your money back. What can be said about this 2-star (at best) establishment that hasn't already been said by the other reviewers? They are wildly inconsistent in their food prep, flavors, and overall taste. Their friendliness and customer service is not only nonexistent, but straight-up nightmarish. The wait time is kinda sad for basically 4 things on the menu. But the worst is that it seems like literally not a single employee gives a flip about not only even being there, but any of the customers who come in to pay their wages. I had been hearing about Wingstop and their Lemon Pepper wings for the longest time. Plus a friend told me the food at this location is the best! Well, this is my first time being able to try to them, and they DID NOT disappoint!! I got 15 classic (bone-in) wings with 8 Lemon Pepper and 7 Hot Honey seasonings. I also ordered ranch for my dipping sauce and an order of fries with cajun seasoning. The Lemon Pepper was fantastic, but the Hot Honey, made me dance!! It was soooo good. By far my favorite chicken wing place. Service is awesome all it takes a while to cook the wings but I'd rather have hot wings than cold wings. They don't bread them they just told them in the fryer and fry them up. I went by here today for lunch and grabbed some wings. I was glad to find out that they do have bone-in non-breaded wings. I can't stand those boneless tenders! I tried the spicy Korean and the mango chipotle which were both very good. I ordered them al a carte because I didn't want a bunch of carbs. Don't do it. This place is the worst. On Saturday (11/13/2021), I put in an online order of 100 pc classic wings for a birthday party around 12:30pm for pickup at 4:15pm. At 4:08 I get an e-mail saying they could not accommodate my order. They had more than 3 hours to contact me if they couldn't accommodate the order, but they waited until the last minute to send an E-MAIL, not even a call. I have to say I have mixed feelings about this place. Some days their service is really good and others the service is god awful. Their wings are good and their fries are amazing but every time we seem to order a large fry they end up giving us a regular. But it's best to order from the app or online because if you go in to order and it's busy you will be waiting for a good minute. We have come to know what kind of service we will get when we walk in and see who is working lol. But their food is great. read more

I would give no stars if possible, this place on S Rutherford is horrible. Nothing different from everyone else, food took forever (ordered online, supposedly 16-21minute wait). Food was rudely handed to me 36 minutes after the order was placed and I was one of a handful in the same boat. However, the rudeness on display is the reason for the review. They didn't care a bit about being polite or how long it took. It's been a good while since I have experienced this level of "I don't give a s$&t": I got the food for my kids, but the wings were floating in a quarter inch of congealed sauce, they seemed to like it though. If proud rudeness and lengthy wait time for average food is for you, you found the right place. I feel sorry for the franchise owner on one hand and "they deserves their fate" on then other. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in the door. Only 2-3 people working and appear to just be here to get the next paycheck. They also have problems with flies almost every time. What the heck has happened here? Where did the once desirable Wing Stop go? The way the staff treats the customers is enough to keep me from ever going back. If you're willing to work with what they've got for Wings sakes, I'd recommend ordering online or calling ahead. I had a problem with the staff following their own policy of wearing a mask. I walked in without a mask expecting to pay for my online order and leave. The girl behind the register had her mask under her chin and a few kitchen staff had their mask on the same. After the girl put her mask over her face she then proceeded to make sure I had a mask on. I insisted that it obviously wasn't necessary since it wasn't followed by their own staff. I don't have a problem with wearing a mask, but I do have a problem with the inconsistency. Taking COVID into consideration, this location seals bags as if they are taking precautions but employees are not wearing masks over their mouths and noses and they also handle the register without gloves. Stopped here today for lunch. First time here. I had the mild wings and my wife had Hawaiian style. Both orders were bone in. We also go the carrots and celery instead of the fries. The wings were cooked perfectly. Hot with a little crisp but still juicy inside. Both sauce flavors were good, plenty of sauce on both orders. Also got a small order of fried cajun corn on the cob. Where to start?? My wife and I have ordered from this wing stop acouple times and every time we do they mess something up or forget to add something. We have had great experiences at Wingstop when we go to Texas. But the Wingstop here is atrocious! The employees act like they don't care about anything.
