I used to think this Wingstop was okay, then over the next few visits, everything started going downhill for me. I remember when they used to verify whether cash was real or not. I understand a hundred dollar bill, sure. But no, the person at the register was checking every single bill, including dollar bills. The other time, my boyfriend and I placed an order online for pickup. We came in 40 min later, and the food was still not ready. And when it was ready, no one called us over to come get it so we didn't even know whether that was our order or not. We asked a worker if that was our order, he checked the bag, nodded yes and then walked away. Uh... Okay... Shouldn't you hand us our food? Bottom line, their service sucks now. Oh and before I forget, DO NOT GET THE BLUE CHEESE. I always order that as a dipping sauce, but I ended up having the worst stomach ache ever! BE CAREFUL ORDERING ON LINE! To save time, i like to order my wingstop on their website...i realized recently that they are ripping people off! I ordered 75 wings, and they charged me $76.11, i didn't really think anything of it, it didn't occur to me (hindsight is 20-20). I went to pick up my order, and they gave me a receipt and it said that 75 wings cost $56.xx, then why the heck is it $20 more on line, and in whose pocket did the extra $20 go?!? This is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I checked other wingstops on wingstop.com, and they charged $56.xx for 75 wings. Even though this is the closest wingstop to my house, i am not going there anymore. this location has great customer service...the only thing is that when you order your food, it usually takes a long time, so the best thing to do is call and order your food ahead of time and it'll be ready when you get there...everytime i go to wingstop i always call ahead and always talk to lawrence, very nice guy, he always hooks me up..them manager is also a good guy, he usually helps me at times, i forgot his name tho. read more

i heard this place was slightly better than 99 chicken, but wow, it's almost just as awful. so many crappy topics, where should i start? how about the crappy employees. there was only 1 person in line in front of us, but we stood in line for over 5 minutes because the stupid juvenille delinquent working the cash register was busy flirting with the customer ahead of us, asking her what spots she kicks it at on the weekends. hey buddy, can you holler at her while you take my order? can you move your hand while you move your mouth? then, one of the kitchen guys comes out with an order on a tray, ready to be served, looks at us (still in line), then looks at the 1 guy sitting at a table in the restaurant, and goes back into the kitchen all confused. really? you can't figure out who's order that is? it's a 50/50 guess, and i'll give you a hint: it's not us, cuz we haven't ordered yet!!!! now let's get to the crappy food. i ordered the 10 wing combo, and got hawaiian and cajun flavored wings. the hawaiian wings were smothered in sauce that were, for the most part bland, but otherwise tasted like ginger. how could something be drenched in so much sauce, but still taste like nothing? what the heck is it?!! the cajun chicken tasted like hot wings with cajun powder and seasoning all over it....gross. my friend also ordered the 10 wing combo, with garlic parmesan and hickory smoked bbq. the bbq was ok, but nothing special. the garlic parmesan had so much artificial parmesan on top, that it felt dusty in my mouth. the fries are practically buried in salt, and i believe they add sugar in there too. i think i wasted all 2,000 calories for today on this god awful meal. great. oh, and as i was thinking how crappy this place was, i dropped my cheese sauce covered fry onto my pants, right on the crotch. wow. i really hate this place hahahahaha. read more

Wing stop is finally in Milpitas! It took long enough for them to open. The place is pretty clean but quite small. 5 tables and a counter in the back that seats about 5-6. The wings are drenched in sauce, although at first it looked a bit dry. We got the lemon pepper chicken, I believe this is the most popular flavor, and the cajun wings (bone in). The lemon pepper is good with added lemon (provided) but the cajun was a bit spicier than I anticipated and the aroma of it is really strong when you put it up to your mouth and are about to bite on it. Don't take a big whiff because it will be a big punch to your nose! The paper towels provided are kinda shabby, looks like cardboard towels. The fountain drinks are self-serve and free refills. I've also tried the hawaiian and teriyaki, hawaiian was better than the teriyaki. The teriyaki is very very strong tasted and they DRENCH it in sauce, a bit much if you ask me, even if I'm a BIG fan of flavor and sauce. We got 10 wings for about $7. Not THAT bad, but not really GREAT value. I shared with my sister, and it didn't fill me up. Maybe next time we'll get the 20 piece for $13. I just wished they would offer 1-3 flavors as they increase the # of pieces. read more

This Wingstop has several issues, and some nice add ins as well. They allow to add seasoning to there cajun fries which is nice. They open til 12 and have the Coca Cola freestyle machine. They do not offer water, which is completely ridiculous and against Ca state law for a food establishment, they only sell bottled water. Being that wings are generally either salty, oily and spicy, water is needed. Got there 11:25pm placed an order. Asked for cup of water, they said no, which is the first place in my entire life I've witnessed this. Even fairs and festivals provide free water. To top it off, they said that the order is to go only after I placed it as the next person in my group was ordering. So no water, and cant eat there at 11:30? I think I'll pass and go to another Wingstop like in Fremont or San Jose where they offer both. read more

The Milpitas Wing Stop is a small place for sure, but it's clean and the service is quick. It's located right next door to Panda Express near the intersection of Calavaras and Milpitas Blvd. When I was there on a weeknight, most of the people in line ordered for take-out, and I as no exception. I ordered 20 wings with an extra order of the 4-piece boneless chicken strips. Lemon pepper is my favorite so thats what we got for my 20-piece, though they also have Garlic Parmasian, Original Hot, Atomic, Cajun, Mild, Hickory BBQ, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. The wings are crispy (deep fried) and without any batter/breading - which I like. The flavoring of the Lemon Pepper was good - not too much, though some pieces seemed a bit too salty. Over all, they serve up some very delicious chicken wings. On the other hand, the boneless strips were pretty ordinary - about the same as you would get anywhere else. So the lesson here is to get the actual real chicken wings which is what Wing Stop does best. Oh, and don't come to Wing Stop and expect a "healthy" option. This place exists simply to make the best tasting wings around (at least for a chain-restaurant). Come here for some good, delicious, crispy fried wings - and nothing more. read more

I have seen this restaurant many times while driving past, but I've never actually been to it until recently. I must say, this is my place to go when I'm craving chicken. The employees are all very friendly and you get great portions. The standard 8pc combo is more than enough to fill even the most famished of my friends, and is decently priced as well. 10 bucks is all you need to get a great set of delicious wings, fries, and a drink as well. The boneless wings were so SALTY! we tried the Louisana Rub, Cajun, Lemon Pepper, garlic parmesean, BBQ sauce. Only the garlic parmesean was ok but it was still salty, the others were so salty it's like eating rock salt. Customer service is nice and we go the order quick but they need to make it less salty. I LOVE Wing Stop - just not this store. Why? Because if you call them and ask them to start your order because you're on the way, they refuse to start the order until you get there. Despite the fact that I've been there dozens of times, I can understand that. However, if you use the Wing Stop Android app to order there and specify for them to start cooking the order immediately (which you can do), they STILL won't start cooking your food until you get there. This defeats the purpose of the app altogether. Other Wing Stops honor the app no problem. If I have to wait 10 minutes for my food to be cooked no matter what I do, I may as well drive the extra 10 minutes to the Wing Stop on Coleman Ave. read more

I have never ever done this in my life to give a bad yelp review untill today. So I ordered a 40 pack meal wit 20 boneless an 20 bone in and veggies ect. But what got me mad and to the point that I didn't even injoy my meal at home with my family was that we didn't get our dipping dressings that was the hole point of the meal an the most important part of the meal. So I call the restaurant they answered an right away they passed the phone to who ever was in charge. So I told him I did not get my dressings with my order and all he said was do you want to come get them I live in Santa clara by the Levi's stadium I was not about to stop my family dinner just for the dressings. But the most disopintment part was that he didn't even apologize or anything just wrote my number down and that's it. I am really disappointed in all this special when I was a manager to one of this wing stop restaurants.
