I finally received an email back from customer service ONLY because I wrote a review on here. As expected, I didn't expect much from a company that doesn't care and it clearly shows in the message I receive. I was hoping they apologize for the inconvenience and make it right but they didn't. All it says in the message was that they are going to look into it. Like really?! Also, it takes them FOREVER to reply back! Other companies that are way more popular and busier than this company always reply to me within 24 hours but Wingstop replies within a week or longer. I came in here with my boyfriend and decided to order two combos. Aside from the location being really small on the inside, I had a great experience. Our cashier, Renato, was super friendly and even suggested we take advantage of their special to save more money. We even got more wings with the special! Just got the boneless wings and they were cooked to perfection...nice and crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. I ordered their Atomic sauce on the side, which is the hottest one they got. Smoke Eaters sauce is much better in taste. Wing Stop sauce was very black peppery with hints of habanero and a bad aftertaste. Smoke Eaters is sweet and then hot without a weird aftertaste...just a burn even your beer can't smoke out! If I could get Chicken strips from Wing Stop and the sauces from Smoke Eaters..I just might me in heaven! The place is small and seats about 30 people...can be a bit pricey. 4 strips cost me a little over $6...no fries or drink. Knocking it back a star. My last two visits were great as far as the service (the manager/partial owner is great). The wings seemed just a little smaller than normal but still darn tasty. A coworker ordered the boneless wings and they were not good. Don't suggest them. If you are at a Wing joint, be sure to go for the wings with bones, not the strips or boneless wings. Worst wings I have ever tasted in my life. The wings were dry, tough, and flavorless. Also, what kind of a place doesn't give their customers cups for water? The cashier rudely said that we can purchase bottled water instead. They didn't even have napkins available, just a large roll of brown paper towels for everyone to share. I love wings, but wingstop was unacceptable. First of all, they have paper towels as napkins, which I don't seem to mind but it feels like the paper towel came from the toilet. Secondly, the chicken itself is overly salted and extremely greasy. You can literally fill up a bucket of grease and don't get me started on the salt. 1. I like my hot wings to be plump and saucy. They were neither. The sauce was tasty but there just wasn't enough of it. And yes, the wings are from baby birds not the grown ups. 2. Baked beans tasted like they were out of a can. Good taste but nothing special. 3. the fries were just ok, nothing special 4. the ice tea was kind of strong and I put A LOT of ice in my cup first. Not a fan of the ice tea at all. 5. the chicken strips were good. Very meaty. The BBQ sauce though was just ok. I definitly preferred it to be a dipping sauce rather than smothered in it. That would have been way too much. I ordered take out from here on a week night. The place had lots of teens which I was ok with, something I would expect. The staff was very nice. Poor service, no focus on the customer. Overpriced 20 piece meal, with powdered seasoning. My chicken tastes like a salt lick. This local franchise is a joke. They refuse to give you a small cup for water, and will only sell you bottled water. There's a nice new soda machine that's perfectly capable of doing this for free, but the owners are clearly greedy, and into nickle and diming their customers. They IGNORED My Order and LIE to me!!i called them to order for pick up. at first, they tell me to hang on a sec. i understand they were busy so i said ok. after a while they answered the phone again and i said my order to them. they asked my name and my phone number and even told me the price. i said im going to be there in about 10 to 15 mins. They said the order will be ready in 15 min. I said that's perfect. But when I went there to pick up . They said they never received a order that has my name. They told me that I might call a wrong number, maybe I called another Wingstop. I check my call records on my phone and I am 100percent sure I called the exactly the right number at 9:53pm!. If I could give this place a negative star I would, not because of the employee but because of the manager/owner. I have been ordering at this place for a long time, and before I order my food I always tell the personnel to cook the chicken twice, make sure the chicken is crunchy. From time to time they forget to make my order as I requested it cooked and I let it pass. Today however, the owner/manager treated me really bad. When I got my food, I opened the box and saw most of the wings are still white meat so I told them that I requested my chicken crunchy. The so-called manager/owner told me that they already cooked it twice. Asked me where are the white meats so I pointed it to her. After pointing her the white meats she told me that I touched the food which I didn't because I know based on their rules or policy and previous experience at this place you can't touch the food and put the food back to the fryer. I told her that I did not touched the food. She finally went ahead and tried to re-fry the food. She then made a comment to take my money and leave instead. In my mind I was like how could this owner/manager say this. All I want is for them to make my food as I requested. They've done it before and now this lady just threatened me to leave the place instead. After she made this remarks multiple times I told the cashier to just go ahead and returned my money. The worker told me it will be about another 15 minutes and will let me know once the order is ready. I waited for 40 MINUTES! Not once was name on the order called. My husband and I ,including a couple of friends were looking for a snack after seeing a movie at the Great Mall. My companions were craving chicken wings , so I yelp chicken wings and open now (its 11:05pm) and I get wing stop closes at midnight! perfect! we get there at 11.15PM. We order several family packs and sides the bill comes out to a little over $100. What can I say?they love chicken wings.Our food comes out at 11:40.In the middle of our meal, a girl walks over and informs us that they are closing, I say O.K. we will be finished soon, and she basically tells me we have 10 min to pack the rest of our food and get out of the store. Then the lights in the dining area keep going on and off. I dont know if the employees are doing it to hurry us out or if there was something wrong with their electrical system. Given that I just spent over $100 in chicken wings for 4 people and came in 45 min before closing I felt it was rude to treated in this manner.
