The workers almost seem to be surprised that a customer is walking in and try ton shoo you away as fast as possible so they can go back to doing whatever they need do. I mean its Wingstop, I could sit here and write a bad review but I did choose to eat here. I will say that I did not know that everything on there menu is fried. Its all very greasy - especially the fries! I like there plain wings and also the lemon pepper. Its not bad but its not amazing either. The guy that was at the register was very friendly. The parking lot could be full rather quickly, unless you bank with us bank since they have reserved parking spots. The place is pretty open and airy. The menu is really easy to read with limited sections of different combos. But since I wasn't interested in fries or soda, I asked for just wings. And apparently, that's a thing! I grabbed the min order of 10 wings with 2 different flavors: the mango spice and the spiciest one. The mango one was actually better suited for me while neither were really that spicey. And this is mainly a customer service review (b/c need I say more about Wingstop's food lol). I assumed they took Apple Pay & I only had about half the amount of my order in cash. So I was going to go ahead and cancel one of my orders due to this.. Yet, one of the ladies (not sure if maybe she was a manager) was trying to assess the situation to see what they could do to help. I really appreciate these type of employees! Things happen, we forget to double check things before we go out and so on. Also I work in the food industry as a manager, so I know how it can be. This place will never get your order correct. It's like their damn job to get it wrong. Every time I order for pick up there is always something wrong or missing. One time I had to order for family + guest, and they were flustered on a simple order of lemon fucking pepper with fries and ranch. I received no ranch or fries. I was more iffy on ordering my second time around since the last was completely lacking. I order a bit more complex but not TOO challenging. I make sure they relay my order properly. It seems like the same guy over the phone since because he sounds like he doesn't even know what's on the menu. Everything seems like a question, rather than a statement about your order. As a door dash employee I really need to make my deliveries in a timely manner. It is essential to have team work between the dasher and the restaurant. When I arrived at this wing stop, on super bowl Sunday, my order was refused by the manager in a very rude fashion, and I was told they weren't going to make my food. I explained to them that they were wrong and they in fact WOULD make my order and wasn't going anywhere until that happened. Regardless if I was a door dasher or not. Mind you the restaurant was completely empty, and the employees were doing nothing at this time. I wait for the food, deliver it to the customer. Walked in, not two steps into the place and the very abrasive cashier yells across the restaurant: "you can't come in here with that dog!", referring to the 3lb Yorkie I was holding in my arms. I wasn't bothered by the fact that they didn't want dogs, I was expecting that, but she said in such a rude and power-hungry manner that it made me feel humiliated in front of the other customers. To make things worse, as I turned around to exit, I paused because a family was coming through the door way. "No, out! Out! You have to be outside." Other pretty good ones: new Louisiana Rub & Cajun I personally hate the teriyaki & hawaiian wings and don't care much for the fries. If you're feeling like going spicy, Atomic is their hottest version and it's really spicy! Service is REALLY slow here but that's only because they don't make it until you order it. My daughter was so sad the other day, because she saw a "For Lease" sigh in front of Wingstop. She wrongly assumed that WingStop had gone out of business. She loves the chicken wings here and she equally loves the fries (actually I love their fries too). Everything is made fresh to order, it's open late and it's close to our house. What's not to love. My favorite Wingstop to date. I come here pretty often. The fries are seasoned well, their wings are decently big and they throw in a few extra, service is great, and it's a pretty clean joint. I don't feel grossed out when I visit the toilet. We usually get the 10 piece combo, and that comes out to around $10, and definitely fills us up, but then again, we tend to be light eaters. Small+ Asian! My favorite here is the honey bbq, but I had the lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, original hot, and cajun. They're all quite good, especially with ranch. I prefer to get the regular wings, but boneless is also pretty good, since they're convenient to eat. Cajun is a tad spicy. Ranch dipper is quite thick and good. My version of cooked perfectly cooked fries means that the fries are soggy-limp and some bits are crunchy, like chips. You can even say that the fries are lightly seasoned, but I like them that way. Definitely, this is where I satisfy my cravings for fries. They tend to super sauce up the wings, so I usually use the extra sauce as a dipper for my fries. Yum! I notice that they tend to cook the chicken extra crispy. With all that extra sauce, it is a very delicious combination. The sauce penetrates through, but you will still get the crunchy chewy fried skin, which makes it awesome to eat. I don't like it when my wings get soggy. If you are a fan of Korean-style fried chicken wings (with the sweet-savory sauce) from the Korean markets, then you probably will enjoy this place's wings. Wait tends to be long. I've been to the Coleman and Monterey Road locations (both super busy all the time) and have received my food faster than 20 minutes (faster than 10-15 actually and on a crazy busy night, might I add). So what's up with this place? And it's not like they were short staffed either... I decided not to eat there that day, then tried a week later (phone order this time). What was the purpose of me placing an order by phone if it wasn't going to be ready when I went to pick it up? I was so hungry by the time I got my food, that I decided to eat it there. I usually love this Wing Stop, this one is one of the closer ones. Until today. I had ordered online about 40 minutes before actually getting there. I got there right at the time I had set to pick it up and was forced to wait 20 more minutes with my friend while everyone that was working there kept staring at us. When our food was finally ready, my friend went up to the counter to pick it up and was immediately accused of coming in with me Wednesday and making a complete mess in their bathroom. We had not been there together in two weeks, but they (mainly one man working there) kept accusing us, saying that we were wrong and lying to them. He kept telling us he had seen us there in a white four door car. Today we were in the car that my friend had borrowed a white four door car from her cousin for only two days, neither of them Wednesday and usually drives as large grey/tan pickup. Not having tried Wingstop before, I was curious as to what was the craze. So the BF and I ordered 10 wings to share, half lemon pepper and half smoked hickory bbq. Then came the wait. It took about 15 minutes for to get our order but the wings were piping hot and ready to eat. We were hungry and ended up eating our to-go order right there. First up, the Lemon Pepper wings were in some lemon pepper sauce and I had to coat the outsides of the freshly fried wings in this sauce to really get the lemon taste. In contrast, the hickory bbq was smothered all over the wings. We got the boneless wings and were able to just sink our teeth into it. I'm not as impressed as my fellow yelpers were about the taste. They have chicken wing combo deals here for 30, 40, and 50 wings that comes with veggie sticks (carrots and celery) and fries. I went with the 40 pieces of wings and got to choose 4 different flavors. I had to wait quite a while since they were frying up the wings to order. The gal behind the counter was nice though...she gave me an extra set of large fries! She must have seen how antsy I was, haha. My friends loved the honey BBQ, lemon pepper, and cajun (spicy) wings. I ate most of the garlic parmesan, one of my favorites. The fries here are delicious too...they're seasoned and they're a bit sweet. For a place that specialized in wings, I expected a lot more. A friend and I shared the 10 wing combo + 5 wings for ~$15. It came with fries and a drink and your choice of two flavors (we chose cajun and lemon pepper). We didn't need the extra wings - we didn't even finish 10 wings together. The flavors were edible, but not particularly enjoyable. The wings tasted dry and over-fried. The fries were slightly sweet, but nothing special. Their wings are small, full of flavor though, and it's a bit pricey for wings. Order big because they won't fill you up. It's kind of small in there and can get packed sometimes. Food - Wings are dinkie small. Fries are not even crispy. Sauces are not too great. The atomic taste like an Asian hot sauce my mom use to buy at the store. It looks similar to a Siracha sauce bottle except with a yellow cap... They might just take this sauce and tamper with it a little. The lemon-pepper taste like lime salt and black pepper. Easy way to make this at home folks. If you want to make it taste even better with not just a black pepper flavor, squeeze some lime into a food processor and a jalapeno to the mix, blend it up. Then mix up with the wings. Add kosher salt and black pepper. Mix and then fry. You probably will never go back to a wingstop again after this if you went for there lemon pepper. Price - Almost 70 cents a wing. 70 cents x 20 wings = $14.00 This will probably get me full if you include the fries. I think this is over priced for the wings that they serve. The wings are half the size of smoke eaters. Service - You will probably be waiting at least up to 20 minutes if you go in and order. For the price that they charge, should they provide you with better service? Suggestions - SMOKE EATERS on Tuesdays. Smoke eaters has a special on Tuesdays, I think it's about 40 to 50 cents a wing. There wings are double the size of the dinkie wingstop wings. They have different levels of sauces on the level of spice. I suggest getting the sauce on the side so the last wing you eat will still be crispy. This Wingstop will give you nightmares. Seriously, between my boyfriend and me, there were strange and vivid dreams of cats laying eggs and foster children intruding into our homes. I blame it on the voodoo in the Louisiana sauce on the boneless wings we ordered the night before. Per our usual poor dieting habits, the boo and I decided to be adventurous and get some wings from the local Wingstop around 11 that night. Now I usually drive to the Burger King around the corner from my boyfriend's house, but we wanted to shake things up seeing as how I've never tried the wings from the infamous Wingstop. We phoned in our order from home and came in about 15 minutes later to pick it up. The food was already bagged and ready to be paid for. I really appreciate how fast the order was prepared, but I mean, I doubt that people are coming in beyond 11 at night for wings on a Wednesday night. Also, they need to put more ketchup in their small plastic containers otherwise people will just take more and it's just a waste of plastic and supplies. We ordered the 10 boneless and 10 classic wing combo that came with a drink and fries. The fries were soggy and soaked in oil. The boneless wings were ordered in the original hot sauce and were underwhelming at best. They seemed soggy and the texture of the chicken hinted that they were just put in the microwave to heat. The classic wings were slightly better. There was a nice crisp to them, but the Louisiana rub was a little too salty and the cooking oil that collected at the bottom of our container was a little unappetizing. I'm not a huge fan of fried chicken so I'm not some fried chicken connoisseur with rigid standards, but the food here was subpar.
