Just your average flavored chicken spot! Great specials and combos! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite. Also, they offer uber eats delivery. read more

First off, wings were mediocre at best. Have had much better wings at pizza joints. My terrible experience ultimately made me never want to return: Order placed 11:20 AM online for pickup at 12:30 PM via internet. Arrived at 12:30 and was told my order would be out shortly. At 12:45 I asked if attendant could check in on the status of my order; I was told a 5 more minutes. As I watch numerous patrons arrive order and disembark I again at 1:00 PM asked what the status of my order was. I was again informed it was coming out soon. Staff was clearly prioritizing orders placed in store, on Uber and grub hub. I ended up getting my order at approximately 1:05. Completely unacceptable. Will not even think of returning. read more

Wingstop has become part of my rotation!. This place has DELICIOUS wings!. The first time I went here I didn't exactly know how to order since the ordering system seemed a little complicated but the front employee guided us easily. He's so enthusiastic and helps you out immensely so don't be afraid to ask for help. Also, I recommend you order online after your first time. This way you just come and pick your order up once it's done. The wings have never disappointed me here, they're simply amazing. read more

Very disappointing. For $1 a wing I expected them to be good. I was wrong. I said when ordering that I don't want my wings extra crispy, I want them downright crunchy. The girl at the counter walked back with the ticket and made sure the fryer guy knew. XXX Crispy. What I got was what you'd expect if you'd said, "Please don't make them too crispy." The hot sauce was tasteless and the blue cheese was watery and sweet. Ewww. The BBQ was ok and the parmesan garlic was an embarrassment. It's liquid margarine with powdered cheese and garlic. I'm gonna say that again; liquid margarine with powdered cheese and garlic. Have you ever gone to a restaurant and ordered chicken strips with margarine and powdered garlic? No. Ya know why? Because nobody with any self respect serves margarine to fellow humans. I won't even start telling you my feelings on fake powdered Parmesan. The girl at the counter was very good. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The wings were the epitome of disappointing. read more

Perfectly cooked to perfection I tried Louisiana rub and Mild 10 piece the next time I tried Louisiana rub and sweet Korean BBQ which were both amazing the mild were just a little 2 mild didn't even need to dip in the blue cheese if you like Buffalo get the hot but my favorite combo which I will get every single time it's the Louisiana rub and sweet Korean BBQ you can also have the choice between drumsticks and flats or a mix of both read more

My favorite place for wings always. You can order bone in flats only; not everyplace allows that. The dry rubs (lemon pepper, garlic parm, Louisiana) are the best imho. Enjoy they are just delish!! read more

I placed an order online, but when I got there at the designated pick up time they made me wait around for 20 minutes, only to cancel my order and make me walk away without my food! They stood around and helped other customers, and then finally told me that they had found my order but that I would have to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. What's the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait around for 35 minutes AFTER I get there? read more

Ordered online early because last time I went there it took 25 minutes to get a lunch combo, which is absurd for any lunch place. Took even longer this time. From the time I ordered online until I got it it was 45 minutes. Employees were rude and clueless. Almost like they were high or something. Took the cashier lady 2 minutes to add an extra blue cheese. On top of the wings being as 'meh' as possible. read more

Probably the worst tasting wings ever tasted. Got mild, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper as our three selected and they were all dryer as a ..!!! No sauce came along with the wings nor was there an option for it. Was so gross that I had to throw it all away and went out to grab something else. read more

staff definitely need some discipline to catch up on. didn't even get to try the food.

The tastiest hot wings I've had in ages. In my family, some ordered mild and loved them, but I was crazy for the hot wings. Also, one of their employees, Judy, helped my kids decide what to get and even changed the order (no extra charge) when one of the little ones changed her mind. Great place..and again..thanks Judy! read more

Trust me, you are much better off just going to stop and shop, whegmans or something and buying supermarket wings. The fries tasted like it was made with used oil. read more

Food was extremely salty and basically inedible. We got the Original Hot and Louisiana Rub Boneless wings, and threw them away after eating one. I've tried other Wingstops in the past, but I think this location might be lower quality. Will not be trying another Wingstop again. read more

My first time having wingstop in Boston! I love the Louisiana Rub, Mango Habenaro, and garlic parm. The Bleu Cheese is the best I've ever had! The guy that took our order was very nice and knowledgeable. read more

The Garlic Parmesan wings are not very good. Traditional hot are pretty good, not great.

The wings and flavors are amazing ! A few of the people in management are not. James in particular is rude and disrespectful. But still great place when he's not there. read more

Tasty wings! Fries were just Eh. I asked for them extra crispy and they weren't. :( Great to have an option in the area though!

We did the 10 wings, 2 sauces and fries combo for $11.50. Awesome! Fries are fresh and delicious! We had the Teriyaki and lemon pepper- perfection! Hubby had the BBQ and Hawaiana he liked them both. Plenty space to sit down and refills for sodas. There's plenty parking on the lot as well. read more

Not impressed at all, good concept but poor execution. Chicken wings small and chicken tenders salty and dry. Good deals on large orders which would be good for game days. After all its just chicken wings. They are smaller than Buffalo Wild Wings and they charge for everything. Want an extra sauce sure for an extra charge. Their impressed with their sauces but they just fall short. Carrots and celery and ranch or blue cheese is free with competitors its ala caret or is used as part of a combo meal instead of fries. Call ahead service is slow that's 15-20 minutes. Hooters and buffalo wild wing can rest easy as Wing stop is no competition to them. read more

Chicken tenders were more like popcorn chicken they tasted gross and I got seasoned fries and they tasted like sweet potato fries so dissapointed read more

Ordered two orders of the 20 piece wings with 5 different flavors, to only get a portion of my order... what happened to my lemon chicken and original hot wings? From what we've had, their wings are pretty lack luster. Will not come back again! Btw, if you ask if they use any nut products, they will not be able to answer you except to check their website and if it doesn't say anything about nuts then no they don't use nut ingredients. Will not recommend. read more

This establishment offers a large variety of flavored chicken wings reasonably priced. We tried the Hawaiian wings which were sticky and slightly sweet, original buffalo wings which met expectations, mango harbonero wings were sweet and sticky. read more

Pretty solid Wingstop. I'm from the south, in Texas, where Wingstops are common. I'm glad that Wingstop has made it here to Malden. The wings here are similar to what I've had before -- however, I find the taste a bit different than other Wingstops I've had. The fries are a bit soggy, but still has the nice unique flavor. I'm just glad there is a Wingstop that is 5 minutes from where I live. If you like wings, fries, and beer, definitely check it out. read more

Drove by and decided to give it a try. Ordered the Hawaiian and Teriyaki. The Haiwaiian was OK, flavor was nothing special and was actually still spicy for me even though there wasn't any "fire" icons next to it on the menu. I had assumed it was not spicy at all. The Teriyaki was super salty and didn't taste like teriyaki at all. Just a very heavy soy sauce taste. Wing size was small and I got a couple of pieces that were literally just chicken fat with 10% of meat. The place was clean and staff were very nice, though I had to wait 20+ minutes for my small order. Don't think I'll be back again. read more

This was my first visit but I'm not going to return. The person taking the order was pleasant but clearly not volunteering information as I asked questions. As to the food: 1. The boneless tenders were more like McNuggets than solid pieces of chicken. 2. They are too small for the price. I'd contrast Ronny's in Haines Square that charges a bit less but gives you solid chicken and more of it. 3. The fellow who ordered after me, with the same basic order, received his order first. The waiting time, with only the two of us there, was beyond what I'd have expected for takeout. 4. There's no place to sit, except a window ledge, while you wait unless you want to take up one of their tables. 5. My wife, daughter and I shared the boneless chicken.Theirs was just "ok" and mine, with a different saucing, were not. Mine were dry and mostly without the flavor I ordered. Sorry this was somewhat harsh but it's accurate as to our first experience. We all decided it's always worth a try but we won't be returning. Too bad. read more

I've been there twice to help my friend look for a man. I noticed the buff guys from Planet Fitness stop in to get their Protein ;-) The Lemon pepper is definitely good w/ bone, but the boneless aren't worth the cost or the wait. The restaurant ran out of Hawaiian wings on my first trip so I can't say anything on it. The fries are good, the cole slaw is sub-par you can get better at KFC. Wings near Umass Amherst are definitely better, even S&S in Inman square as well. They at least give you veggies. Wing Stop kinda stingy about the carrots & celery sticks. All in all I wouldn't rule them out just yet. They just opened so I'm sure they'll kick it up when Foot Ball Season is back in action. read more

The wings are okay. Pretty good sauces, but could be crispier. I only wish they had more people working. I called in my order, showed up to then wait in line trying to pay for 10 min while I look at my food with my name on it under a heat lamp. NFL Sunday opening day and they had 4 people working the entire place. I'm going to start trying other places. read more

Ehhhh..... was expecting better. I like the chicken at Buffalo Wild Wings better and that says a lot. Didn't like the taste of the garlic parm it mostly just tasted like cheese. The original hot flavor was good but the chicken itself is a little sketchy. The girl at the register was very nice and was helpful. My boyfriend "wasn't impressed" but he didn't dislike his order. I believe it was the Louisiana rub and original hot bone in wings. I think they boneless chicken would be a lot better if they used a higher quality of chicken... the inside kind of looked like a sketchy McDonald's chicken nugget read more

I called in my order for takeout. She repeated my order perfectly. After I got home from picking it up I opened the box and realized they messed up my order. I asked for Cajun, lemon pepper and spicy Korean wings instead I got teriyaki, buffalo and lemon pepper. The extra star is because at least they got that one flavor right. But this is not the first time this happened here at this Wingstop. The last time I let it slide because I always try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and I think maybe they were really busy or something. So the first time if it's a slight mistake I try not make a big fuss. But once it happens more than once, it looks like carelessness. Next time have some quality assurance to make sure each client is getting their correct order. read more

I would give this zero 0 stars if I could. I paid $82 and got one small blue cheese. I called after it was picked up you and I complained to a girl who transferred to the manager who could not speak English. She had to get the girl who answered to translated my complaint and wanted to know if I wanted to drive 10 miles back to get the blue cheese. These wings were awful!! Dry and barely any sauce on them. Boneless were even worse. They lack sauce and blue cheese. Will not return for sure!!!!!!!!! read more

The chicken was very greasy and so were the fries. I couldn't even eat it all. Not to mention its way overpriced, $9.82 for 6 little wings is a scam. Not from around here and ate here on a lunch break with a guy I work with. He says the same thing. Will Not be returning read more

I only tried this place because I kept hearing about this place in radio. The wings were average not great. It place disappointed with the taste of wings as I was looking for some go to place around Somerville / Medford area for wings. Anyway nothing specials about wings. Fries was really bad , it looked like it was made 5 years earlier. I spent $30 on wings and worst feeling was I had to pay for even the dressing too. I am not ire if I am going to try this place again, probably not. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Medford, Massachusetts

Wings were good, can you mess wings up really?. Alil pricey and they haven't gotten it down yet the order/ pock system. Definitely call or order online for take out save yourself a wait. Will definitely eat here alot when I want wings read more

The wings were very good. Some of the best since I left western NY. However I wasn't happy with the service. The employees were all standing around at the register yet no one greeted me. I could also tell they were giving the manager who took the till a hard time. I ordered and paid online. I came in and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. read more

Good wings, good fries. reasonable price, beer but no atmosphere. That said, we'd try it again.

I ordered the Mild flavor wings. The oil soaked through the container by the time I got the delivery. They need a new to go container. Also the Mild flavor wings were so salty, I couldn't taste the chicken at all. SALT IS A SEASONING NOT AN INGREDIENT. read more

I lived down in Texas for a number of years and I went to Wingstop occasionally. I didn't love it or hate it but thought it was good enough. This Wingstop was not even close to good enough. Rubbery wings, some wings soaked in sauce and others needing to find a little sauce love. Soggy fries that I couldn't justify eating and indifferent service and a sort of sad atmosphere. There are too many restaurants and fast food places in the area that serve better wings. No sense in waiting here when I can get a restaurant experience for a similar price or fast food for quicker and better. read more

Good quality chicken. Not nearly as hot as I'd hoped (In my opinion, any dedicated wing restaurant should have a flavor that challenges the heat junkies). I had their hottest, and it didn't phase me. Wild Wings or Hooters offer much hotter. That said, the chicken itself was great, sauces had a nice taste, and better than average fries. read more

I will say the woman working the counter realized it was my first time in and explained the menu which was nice, however the food was not good. The side order of potato salad was yummy, but that was it. The lemon sauce was not good and the Hawaiian sauce was alright, but the chicken itself was not very good. I ordered 10 pieces and didn't even eat half of it before I threw it away. Wont be back. read more

came here on national wing day and wow this place was bonkers. to be honest, any other place i'd not be so generous with the stars, but i was really feeling them that day. the store just opened and it was kind of obvious that they didn't really have their mojo established yet cause it was chaos. i had ordered for pick up and arrived on time but my food was really cold. like not one bit of heat remaining in those bones. also, i ordered parmesan fries but there was no parmesan on my fries. oh and the 5 free wings as part of the promotion were missing. oh and my drink cup was missing. the staff while obviously stressed were uncommonly nice and displayed A+ customer service. my 5 free wings came out quickly, and they even redid my fries. the hot wings tasted so much better cause they were crispy and the fries with the parmesan were a good call. may have been a rough experience, but i bet in a couple weeks they'll be a well oiled machine! read more
