Bad food and awful service at Maricopa location. Placed $125.00 take out order and half the wings had no sauce. I called store and manager told me she will refund half the order. Three weeks later no refund so I called again. Manger told me district manger needs to submit refunds and she has my info and will call her again. I literally had an awful experience. I came in expecting so much, but ended up with so little. First of all, the store itself was so unsanitary. There was trash everywhere and even by the food itself, and literally on the tables. There was bleach just sitting on the takeout window. They forgot to give me my fries, and when I asked for them they started yelling at each other and nobody would bring them. I have the same reoccurring issues with this location. First, every time I order delivery I NEVER get my drink. I understand the order is picked up through DoorDash. Regardless it's still the workers responsibility to check that the right order is being picked up and receiving all the items that were paid for. When an item is missing the store can't give a refund or offer to replace the item because once again it's through DoorDash when you order on the website. Therefore it's a whole process to get money back through DoorDash every single time. Also, whenever I order my food items "well done" nothing is ever well done. Don't offer the option if you can't grant the request. Whether it's through delivery or in person my fries are always more soggy than well done. Last Saturday night, at the maricopa location, I got lemon pepper thigh bites that were so salty I couldn't eat them, fries that were completely cold and a brownie that said it expired 2 days previously. They don't even care about giving expired food out. Then I decided to send in a complaint that night and nobody responded. How do you not respond when there's expired food involved? I wish I had used my card instead of cash because I could have disputed the charge with my bank. Don't bother with this place, it's low quality food with shitty service from people who just don't care. There's plenty of other places in Maricopa. Visited Harrah's Ak Chin casino and drove into Maricopa for dinner - plenty of choices in this small bedroom community. We settled on Wingstop - one of my favorite restaurants for the last few years. I like the chicken tenders and their sauces - I order the wings or tenders plain and get the sauces on the side. The mild is one of my favorites. The fries are excellent - love that combination of salt and sugar on them! This location lived up to the standards that we had experienced all the other times at other locations. Wingstop is the best customer service. I placed an order online and mistakenly ordered the Cajun rub instead of the Louisiana rub. The Cajun rub was so HOT, we were unable to eat it!... I wanted to see what all the hype was about at this place but I didn't like it at all. I ordered the parmesan wings because ppl swore by it. first of all the chicken wasn't hot, it seemed they had precooked the chicken n just tossed it before it was served, had no flavor what so ever. It took almost 20min just to get some cold chicken! I might try another wing stop to see if its just the location because some places make it better than others. They had a lot of young workers, so that probably means a lot of short cuts & laziness = not so good food. one thing that I liked was the Fanta strawberry soda. Just pulled up to Wingstop 10:50pm 12/11/18 an hour and 10 minutes before they close at midnight and it was empty So I could see clearly into the restaurant. The only person I could see working was a younger looking girl that was cleaning. As soon as she noticed that I pulled up she started swinging her arms and body in frustration and anger at least from what I could tell from out side a restaurant that has glass walls and the turned her face to the kitchen and mouthed something. I love wing stop and i was so excited when i saw the sign finally here in maricopa. This was my first visit to this location and i'm not impressed. I ordered a split combo half boneless and half classic with EXTRA seasoning on my fries. When i got home i realized it was not what i received, there were no classic wings and no seasoning on my fries. I returned and received a half assed remake that was no better than the first. The classic wings when i finally got them were barely sauced, the boneless wings tasted like nothing and there was still no seasoning on my fries. 60 cent boneless wings on Tuesdays! I ordered wings to go and they were perfect. The spicy Korean Q sauce is my favorite. I also tried the mango habanero (basically burned my face off they were pretty spicy!), and original hot (exactly what you'd expect). My only complaint is that I ordered bleu cheese and was given ranch. If I have to pay extra for a sauce I want it to be the right one, especially on a to-go order when you get home and are super bummed to have the wrong one. Great restaurant. They have excellent service even on game nights for the NFL. I went in, ordered my wings, and I had them on my table in less than 20 minutes. I was really surprised because of how packed it was. All I would say is,even though they're packed, they should take more care in cooking the wings were a little over done, but that was about the only issue.
