Definitely not the one to leave a review we order the same thing everytime and supposedly the call center never heard of a call center for pizza hut but ok the young lady we spoke with was super rude on correcting the order and basically argumentative about someone from the call center placing our order and giving us the wrong pizza and not making it right ..Customer service has been horrible at some of these food places and bad business and its super unprofessional and stupid we pay for what we want so lost my service and ill go elsewhere which is fine but at some point employees have to take accountability for taking orders and call centers usually have a recorded line from calls but they dont have that but they have a call center .. I called pizza hut and waited online for over a hour. I ordered 2 Pizzas and they were wrong. They only thing they got right is the cheese Bread. They have phone don't know why they didn't answer. Then they changed their mobile app and it's confusing and doesn't let you double check what you order. They use to be good but I don't know if they a new manager or staff but it was a very bad experience. I just wished they would answer their phone instead being on hold! This place delivered fairly quickly. Food was ok/good, but they were missing an item. Tried to call, call goes to call center. Call center can't help you so they forward the call to the store. The store NEVER answers. Called 4 separate times. On hold almost 10 min each time. Still haven't gotten the missing item resolved. Absurdly terrible service by corporate and this location. read more

First time ordering from this location and I'm very disappointed. Ordered online and they clearly ignored my "BAKED WELL DONE" instructions and they also failed to put the little plastic table in the pizza so now we have 2 slices smooshed against the lid. We ordered pizza hut in Maricopa, AZ. It was delivered an hour and a half late and when I inquired on it we were told that they had to remake our order fresh (2 pizzas). Well when we received the pizza it was cold and nasty. They did not remake them fresh. I called Pizza Hut right away and told them about the pizza being late and that we were told it was remade fresh but the pizza was cold and disgusting. Worst pizza ever! The guy who I spoke with said he would refund us $30 back to our account. This was on 7/20/21. It is now 7/26/21 and nothing refunded back. I called them again and inquired on it and now they tell me they cannot refund me unless I bring the food back. They said that is their policy. Well maybe you should of said that the day the pizza was delivered and send your driver back to get it. Never again! read more

Ordered a large pineapple pepperoni pizza and a large supreme super supreme pan pizza on 4/25. I only ordered the pizzas through Pizza Hut because they had a nationwide special that was going on and I hadn't tried them in quite a while it's been a while since I had their pizza and I was not happy with the location over the 17 years I've lived here because of poor product quality and poor customer service. Boy I should have stuck to my guns. Received a pizza with no cheese on it and the super supreme had very sparce toppings on it. Called in and asked for manager to complain and The shift manager Ramon apologized for a poor product and ordered me two more pizzas for delivery. Got a second call back from a person who identified his self as the general manager named Sundren who proceeded to ask me what was wrong with the product I once again explain to him what was wrong with the product and he mentioned that I had typed in no cheese on the online ordering form to which I reiterated I never heard of a pizza that has no cheese on it nor would I have typed that in when I was ordering the pizza he ignored the fact that the second pizza was not prepared properly either and proceeded to argue with me about the my perceptions of the product. what happened to the customers always right. We ended at a stalemate GM never told me that he was not going to process my request as the shift manager had did previously I waited 45 minutes before calling back as I had not received my replacement pizzas as promised to speak to the same shift manager who related that the general manager had denied my request unbeknownst to me and had left for the day. This franchise has totally gone down hill over the years and I suspect the way they treat their customers they won't be around for much longer. Ordered a medium pepperoni lovers pizza. Looked at the pizza in the store and commented that looks like a small pizza. Was told they don't do a small size. I commented yes you do. I will never use Pizza Hut again. We ordered once and got a VERY undercooked pizza. I called and was given a credit. When I tried to use the credit I was told there was no record. Later I decided to try them again. This time we waited almost an hour and didn't get our delivery. I called the store and I was told that they had no record of my order!! Went in for my online order and it said it was ready. Was told they will let me know when it was ready so I waited. 10 minutes go by and I go up again to ask and they stated the same thing. If I could give 0 stars i would. Absolutely waste of money and time, lack of care from employees. Ordered curbside, and no one came to car. I walk in and am given 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered. Then I'm told they ran out of dough and I can wait 10 mins for a new pizza, alternatively I can take a pizza made 2 hours before. I decided against it so that my other 2 pizzas wouldn't get cold, they refuse to give me a refund and say i can only get a credit (no thank you, I don't want to return) then I get home only to realize they didn't even give me the wings I ordered. Their app will not accept our regular order (a simple pan pizza) and it is impossible to reach anyone by phone to place an order ... after 3 minutes on hold listening to static the system hung up on me. Checked online and it said "Dine-In" which turned out to be delivery only. Ordered medium pepperoni/sausage to go. First it appeared the crust was ready made from freezer or refrigerator. We took pizza back to hotel. The crust was tough and chewy. The pizza itself was not tasty, and several hours into the evening both my husband and I suffered from indigestion (and more). Very disappointed. Online information needs to be updated frequently as things change. Will not be returning to this location. It has been our opinion that the quality of Pizza Hut has diminished over the past year no matter where we are. We ordered out for delivery but when we opened it up we realized that they gave us pasta instead of chicken wings. I told my husband it wasn't a big deal and that we would just eat it (although he was bummed). Overcharged. When placing my online order the website stated the final total equaled $32.07. My bank account was charged $38.48. Upon traveling back to the store a Mr. Corey stated he was the Manager in general when asked and said his records show 32.07 was charged and that he "could sit there and hand out money all day" but ultimately has to go by what his system says. This is my primary concern, however I am also concerned that this was to be a contact less pickup and upon arriving the automated phone system said the store was closed. The same happened when I tried to call about the payment discrepancy before traveling back to the store. This was a meal of convenience that has ended up causing more trouble than it was worth. Should have followed my gut from previous bad service from this location and ordered somewhere else. Never again. Final straw. read more

Completely imcompetent. Girl on the phone is so high pitched and speaks so fast you hardly understand her. Had to read debit card to her 3 times. Then she said it's good. Delivery came and driver said the card didn't go through. I checked my Chase app and they charged my card 37 times!!! Store manager did not want to hear anything, I even showed the driver the charges. They credited almost every time. Except 4 . So I have no dinner that I paid for 4 times. I will never order from Pizza hut again. Orders for the last 10 years have been wrong and they are unwilling to correct. Spoke with the bank and they allowed all the debits but the store is incompetent . Now I have to go through a dispute process for pizza!! DO NOT order from here. read more

Today I had my worst experience here. We were greeted promptly by a not-so-friendly guy who said we could sit anywhere. We did and waited a long time to get someone to come over to get our drink order. By then we pretty much knew what we wanted to eat. The waitress, I belive her name is Alicia, said she had to get her pad to write down the order. She ran and got it and came back (I noticed she did this with 2 other tables during the course of the night--why no carry the darn pad around then if your memory is that bad?? really??) Anyways we ordered and out came a pizza with peperoni and onions. We were busy with our wings so we didn't notice a problem as of yet. I should add we ordered ranch dressing 3 separate times and never got it. Before I could serve the first slice we noticed the onions and so we waited to see if Alicia would come back around. She did not. I had to walk up to the front and tell her that we got the wrong pizza, we asked for Peperoni and Ham and a side of ranch dressing. She got snooty with me and informed me that "she had wrote down onions so that's what I got" Her attitude was deplorable and apalling to me. It was bad enough I had to send the pizza back because there was no way I was eating an onion pizza (we both dislike onions) and adding her annoyance tone made the experience that much worse. The manager never bothered to come by and check on us or apologize or ask if everything was OK, now that a new, correct, pizza had come out. We also did not get new plates or moist towels or more silverware or did Alicia bother to ask if we needed more napkins or take away the dirty plates (if you recall we just ate wings and french fries and all the plates were dirty and napkins used up. There were no flies in the restaurant this time (it's winter time) but every time I get the urge to come here I struggle with the pros and cons of do I want a pizza that bad to put up with the flies that make this restaurant their cozy home. The bill said that the server was DEMORIO. I think this was the not so friendly guy. When I was paying the bill, Demorio and the Manager seemed to be arguing about my mis-hap pizza. She was rolling her eyes and looked very annoyed. I knew they were talking about me when Demorio pointed at me and said "He can probably explain it better than me" and she said...yeah I bet..."what did you do with the pizza?" she asked, Demorio said "we packaged it back up in a delivery box and put it in the warmer" (maybe someone will order a peperoni and onion pizza and we can sell it to them) I witnessed the Manager immediately remove the pizza from the warmer and throw it in the trash...do you, reading this, want to eat my old pizza that was made wrong, sat in my table, touched by my fingers, returned to the counter and re-boxed and sold to you at full price? I just want to say the Manager really missed an opportunity here to speak with me one on one and straighten this ever so worsening situation out. I just walked out, frustrated and will likely never return. The Good News: Delivery service always on time, friendly and good price. Sometimes they forget to bring parmesan and hot peppers but not a big deal. They forgot to charge me for an entire pitcher of beer...wohoo! Dear Pizza Hut: Why is your pizza so bad? Yesterday my father in law decided to forgo my "suggestion" to call Barros and order a pizza with you. When the pizza arrived I was immediately shocked, saddened and reminded why I vowed I would never deal with you again. Pizza is inherantly greasy due to hot pepperoni and sausage combined with meted cheese but somehow you have figured out a way to add even more grease. The crust to your pizza is coated as though you attempted to deep fry the thing in cold oil. As I held the soggy slice, and began to think about where I had left the antacids. This experience has reaffirmed why I swore you off 15 years ago and that I'm glad I did. If I want pizza I will order it from Barros or pick up frozen red barron from anywhere because the quality of your product is so poor. Horrible customer service! Placed and order online requesting Marinara sauce and when the pizza arrived it was made with white sauce. I called to notify and was told I placed the order incorrectly and "there was nothing they could do about that" I asked if I went online and verified what I ordered would they correct it and was told it would not be incorrect and the rep was very rude. I asked to speak to management due to her rudeness. The manager then gets on the phone and says they will make the correct order but they want the other pizza back!?!?! I said ok ...manager never asked nor let me explain how rude the employee was and the manager was pretty rude herself. I will NEVER order from here again and may even place a call to corporate! Shame that it now seems that you will have to insist on defining good service for some of the agents here. The host we ordered from did not know enough to let us know that there is a price difference on the boneless wings versus the bone in wings . As a result she miss quoted our total bill. She did want to get paid before our order came out and I think that was because she realized that we did not get what we ordered! We spoke with Randon who was the manager and who easily rectified the scenario but despite his efforts, the whole experience was trying, Also, be prepared to not receive any option of ranch or blue cheese with your wings. Apparently Pizza Hut powers that be don't feel that you need these with the wings and they will add an additional charge if you ask for this. My pizza was ok. And when there is a ten dollar special you may be able to endure the additional entertainment in the drama of ordering. read more
