We decided to try the Pepperoni Crazy Puffs and 4 Cheese Crazy Puffs with the Mt Dew Mango Rush drinks. Also got an Ultimate Pizza. Took about 30 minutes to get my order but I had some grocery shopping to do anyway. I took it home and the Crazy Puffs were fantastic. The Ultimate Pizza was also very good. Pretty good value for the Puffs at only $3.99 w/o the Mt Dew, or $4.99 with it. Ultimate Pizza was only $11. The family was very pleased with dinner. read more

Awful place. Every time I go I hope that they have gotten new staff or that the last time was a bad day. After looking at other reviews and having my own experiences, I am convinced that every day is a bad day over there. The staff needs to be fired, and they need to get new people (or more people), or close the doors for good. I made an order for pickup and it took about an hour for it to be ready. Every time I go there are people waiting with either not enough people in the back working, or they are going slow. Please save this store! I'm speaking to you, top management! read more

Quite possibly the worst experience ordering food, and this is despite dashers having stolen from me in the past or a restaurant that delivered to the wrong address and called me a liar. So this is obviously bad. Ordered pizza last night around 6:30. The app said it would be ready by 7:30. The tracker showed the pizza wasn't placed on the oven until 7:40. And for 40 minutes, there was no update. Called the store and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. During the time, the app said our food was ready. There was a massive line going into the parking lot, and one man became so irate, he went into the back/kitchen area to scream at the employees, and the police were called. Dashers traded stories about this place being terrible since at least October and finding it impossible to get their orders for their customers. We didn't get our food until after 9 pm, and it was cold. What makes this so funny is my poor husband is the most forgiving man on the planet, and has never left a negative review in his life. He said this place definitely deserves the one star rating, and I agree. read more

The supposed manager is, without question, the worst part of this establishment. He speaks as though he has chewing tobacco in his mouth and, more importantly, consistently demonstrates an unacceptable lack of respect toward customers. What is especially concerning is the way he speaks to and treats women compared with the men who come into the store. My husband was the one who first pointed out how noticeably different and disrespectful his demeanor is toward female customers. I was there yesterday when another customer asked him to read the names on the multiple orders sitting in the heated holding area in an attempt to clear the lobby. Instead of assisting the customer, he said nothing, turned around, and walked to the back as though he were deliberately avoiding the situation. Meanwhile, the younger employees who work there are doing their best to keep orders moving, remain professional, and stay calm even when customers become frustrated or escalated. Their behavior is far more appropriate for a leadership role than the man who currently claims to be the manager. If management is looking for someone who actually knows how to treat customers, communicate respectfully, and handle pressure, they should seriously consider promoting one of those young men rather than continuing to put customers through this experience. And if you're a DoorDash driver, don't expect any better treatment. To this man, apparently, you mean absolutely nothing. The way he treats delivery drivers is more dismissive and disrespectful than other customers. read more

Little Caesars is the 3rd largest pizza chain in the whole wide world!...with restaurants in all 50 US States and 27 countries and territories! ~Joyce W Who knew? Apparently Wiki and Miss Joyce. All I know, is that if I want a good hot ready made pizza, I take a hop, skip and a jump to Little Caesars. Fast service, no fuss. And if I want it waiting for me, just order ahead and pick-up! Horrible. It takes 3 hours to get a pizza most days. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The employees are slow and lazy

Ordered and prepaid at 9:09pm for 11pm pickup. Arrived at 11:12 and they hadn't even started making it

Took an hour for "Hot-N-Ready Stood there an hour while workers moved like turtles and chatted instead of working. Lazy, slow, worst service ever. read more

Absolutely insane amount time me and my mom had to wait from just 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 cheese pizza and 1 order Of crazy bread. I will not be going back to that little Caesar's location ever again. No one should ever have to wait that long for anything. It is a very busy area and it's not The best place for a little Caesar's anyway. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered an Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza, but what we received upon delivery looked like a basic cheese Hot-N-Ready with just a few pepperoni pieces tossed on top. I specifically avoid the Hot-N-Ready pizzas, so this was very frustrating, especially for the price I paid. I contacted the customer service line and sent them a picture of the pizza as they requested. The representative agreed that it wasn't right and immediately submitted a refund request. While I appreciate their quick response, this experience was unacceptable and makes me hesitant to order from this location again. read more

I did it again. Thought that pizza pizza would be a great thing to do but matte board for lunch is never a good idea. Lower your expectations and maybe it will be better in the future. They got the order right but that's about all that's good. I think maybe the cheese on the extra cheese had turned. This is in an ok area to tell the truth and there is a nice park around. read more

Service is super slow. We waited over 30 mins for our online order. App said it would be ready at 7:15 not ready when we arrived.

ordered two deep dish pizzas. asked for them to be delivered. both pizzas were delivered within the time frame given........however, both pizzas were burnt and the bixes were filled with grease!!!! the cheese was burnt and there was no sauce due to the pizza being burnt. i am sure that when the pizzas came out of the oven.... the employee saw the burnt pizzas.... but went ahead and cut and boxed them fir delivery to me. i paid $33.72 for both pizzas...... leaving an 18% tip. the employees who baked and boxed my order .......should be fired!!!!!!!!!! this bad behavior is a very poor reflection on a little ceasers pizza. i will never order delivery again......and it is doubtful that i will return to little ceasers pizza. both pizzas were discard.......... ceasers should refund my payment. get your act together in maricopa, az. read more

Horribly slow, have given this location multiple chances and each time the order was not ready until 30-45 minutes after the order was marked as ready for pickup. One time it was over an hour late... for ONE PIZZA. Pizza is never cut even or through, and often is cold. Dirty and small store, rude employees, always a packed wait. Taking my business to dominos down the street! For a couple bucks more it actually tastes like a fresh pizza and is ready when they say it is. read more

This has to be the worst little Caesars pizza by far. Where's management? They let a bunch of teen lose in this store and think it's going to run smoothly. You go someone walking around with headphones in, about 10 people waiting in the lobby to even talk to someone one. More in the back stressed and confused. This whole back up started because they're missing a pizza. So they decided to take 10 mins look for it, another 10 to figure out what they want to do then another 10 minutes to get the courage to talk to the customer. This is ridiculous, I'll definitely be contacting corporate and see if we can get someone eligible to manage this little shop. I originally came in because I used a promo code online for a pick up and couldn't even get my order, and wasted my promo code read more

This place is a scam, it's dirty and you don't get your order. Was sent email to pick up my order and you can't even get inside the place. Looks like they got maybe one person working. Called to cancel and I just get out on hold over and over again listening to horrible hold music. Lost 40 bucks, no pizza. What a waste of time. I guess I have to dispute with my bank. Maricopa folks should band together and get this dump shit down. read more

I sat inside waiting for a regular cheese pizza for 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready from 1:24-1:29. I got it at 1:54. The whole point of ordering online is to have a definitive time when your order is ready. Not happy read more

Unfortunately I can only give one star. Just like every other person said the app says food will be ready at xyz time and 45 minutes later it's not ready. Tonight they had at least 20 pizzas just sitting on the counter, none in the little machine, while as many people were in the lobby trying to get their food, while being ignored. I finally spoke up and said, lets form a line of people who still want their food and who wants a refund. Most of us wanted refunds. Crazy part is they actually tried to give us our cooked food and said do you want a refund or the food. No one took the food. Im actually going to take the time to call the health inspector. They had cooked pizzas sitting on a counter, not in the warmer for almost an hour!! The owner of this store must be high AF because there is no way they are turning a profit. I watched refund after refund being issued and pizza after pizza having to be trashed. This isn't a one off either. I'm not even gonna trash the people that work there. They obviously need a leader and that's up to the owner of the store so the owner of the store is not only failing their employees but they're failing the people that want to spend money with them. read more

No "welcome" in tonight, no acknowledgement or eye contact for the first 10 minutes we were in there. Two employees walked right by us without acknowledgement. My friend who came with me ended up ordering on the app while in store because we have to get food to our kids. One employee looked at us, said nothing, and she clocked out... This is frustrating. Hopefully the customer service improves here. Really don't want to come back after this. read more

To the crew that was working 11:30am on 5/26/25 I hope your pillows are always cold and your days are always bright. The pretzel pizza and bread sticks we got truly were some of the best I've ever had. Y'all really popped off and I appreciate it. Best cheat meal ever. read more

Honestly have never had any issues with this place. I feel like there's a special kind of person in terms of efficiency, that works in or runs a pizza place. Either way, the food has always been good, the service has always been quick. No complaints. And the pizzas are always consistent, which is something I don't see often. Their crazy bread is a classic for me. Will certainly continue to come by/ order. I'm glad they have expanded their options because I'm obsessed with stuffed crust. read more

I'm in Maricopa visiting my mom and came to this location because it's the only one in the area. I used the code to get my pizza out of the machine and open the box...HORRIBLE. I wish I would've taken a picture of the pizza. She said the "deep dish" are sticking to the pan. I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to serve that pizza to anyone. I wish I would've taken a pic of my order cause it was sad as hell. I ordered through the app at 5:45p and it said it would be ready by 6:38-6:43p. I know my local little caesar's is known to be a bit behind so I arrived around 7p (also cause the order tracker was stuck on "in oven"). The place was packed with angry customers waiting on their pizzas. The cashier had hella attitude and then the manager came over and her and the employee started arguing in front of everyone. I ended up getting my order at 7:30p. I was excited to try the new crazy puffs but they were so nasty looking pizza was cold and dry never going back. read more

There are specific people working here that i dislike due to their poor customer service when things went wrong. Their app doesn't work and there are plenty of reddit threads to confirm the stupid amount of issues customers have with it and one mexican big lady insinuated i was the only one with this issue. Turns out it's cause their website works and not their app but she was too aggressive with me on what she thought she knew. Some ppl are hilariously sure they are always right. Anyways, tonight i order a pizza with two toppings. I arrive and get my pizza maybe 8min-10min later and leave. Only to find out they didn't add sausage. I drive all the way back to get my order corrected. I told them the issue. Here's the kicker. Their response was we didn't have sausage. I ordered online, call the customer and ask if the would like anything else ? Why wasn't i asked that when i arrived ? That's literally theft u knowingly knew i paid for two toppings And gave me one. This was extremely insulting. And they wanna get paid more? These people have no critical thinking skills. They deserve what they get paid cuz every circumstance i have to think for them.
