Our meal showed up pretty quickly. I had the sticky chicken rice bowl. Got lots of teriyaki sauce (which I love). There were two pieces of crispy chicken tenders and honestly it was enough protein. Between the rice and vegetables it was plenty and I couldn't even finish it. The iced tea I had was a mix of sweetened and not sweetened. There was an odd taste to it like it was a flavored tea, not just black tea. Not something I'd want to order again.

When we left I asked my brother why he paid $10 in cash and not all on card. He said he gave that as a tip. I said on top of the gratuity. He said he didn't know their was one. He went back in and said I tipped you on a gratuity why didn't you tell me. She said I told the other guy didn't you hear. He said I paid first how would have I heard when you were across the table. She gave him his cash back. By far the worse experience I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Let alone its average meal was $18 dollars.

Speaking of entrees, 3 of our party recieved their main course within a fairly reasonable amount of time, but somehow the waitress didn't come check on our table ONCE for over an HOUR. After the first 3 people recieved their food, it took 45 minutes for the next two people's food to be brought out and not even by our server but by a different employee from the kitchen. Almost everyone's food arrived cold. I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad and a side of mac n cheese, yet somehow my food was not only the LAST thing brought to our table, but it came out over an hour and a half after ordering (at which point everyone else was basically done with their food), the chicken was completely cold and had obviously been sitting ready to go for a long time, I had to remind the waitress that I STILL hadn't recieved my meal when she FINALLY came to check on us, and when it came out, there was NO dressing on the salad at all but because our waitress was nowhere to be found I had to physically get up and take it back to the kitchen and let the staff know it wasn't right. There truthfully isnt enough space to detail how pitiful the service was, and I can say with 100% certainty that I will not ever be returning to this location and will also be warning people to not eat here. Without a doubt not worth the $100 bill especially given that the "service" was basically non existent.
