This is a sports establishment, right? They did not have the Packers game on, so we asked if they could put the Packers on. The waiter went and asked the manager and we were told no! My niece had all her Packers attire on and was hoping to watch her team and they can't even turn one of their hundreds of TVs to the game? Seriously ridiculous! When we first came here with our friends who are local to the area, they warned us that the service here was very very bad. I took it with a grain of salt and thought " certainly they have just had a couple bad experience, cant be bad everytime right?" At least this time, I was wrong. But when we ordered our food, they did something I've never seen another restaurant do. They brought each of our plates out 1 at a time. And its not like they brought a dish out, went into the kitchen and immediately got another one. It was a good 5-10 mins between each dish. Someone in our group ordered a salad, and she was second to last to get her food. The last person to get their order, was the 5 year old in our party. On one hand, I can appreciate them getting hot food to us as soon as its done rather than leaving it in the warmer, but the total time it took to get everyones food was probably about 30 mins, which was crazy. Best customer service experience I've ever had! I ordered the 20 piece boneless meal deal and I picked up my order which was hot and ready to go right on time. Then when I got home I realized the wings were traditional bone-in wings and not boneless wings. (I know this would be a great day already for most people). I'm weird and don't like bone-in wings and so I called in to see if I could get some boneless ones instead. So I'm either the worst Dad or best, not sure which. I started a new tradition and checked out two of my kids from school, the two with the best grades and caught up, for an executive lunch during March Madness. My son was so excited, "best day ever" and my daughter said we should do this every year. We all had our brackets out and were following all the games on the TVs. One game was split, two for and two against, that went into overtime. The atmosphere was fun as people were groaning and cheering for their madness pics. We ordered a couple of appetizers, chips and salsa, mozzarella sticks. That were okay, nothing special about them. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich and I thought it was really quite good. Nice crunchy chicken breast, coleslaw, pickles and cheese. The bun was a little tougher than I'm used to but stayed together throughout, which I'm also not used to. We ordered four flavors of wings, so in the order of my preference, Original Buffalo, very good. "Medium" good, not much different. Sweet bbq, my daughter liked them , but too sweet for me. Mango Habanero and they were just too hot. We ordered the lunch special that came with fries. Our server was not the best, he never cleared our plates or removed empty glasses. They provided a happy hour menu with appetizers so I ordered the appetizers from it, pointing at the price, and commented that it was a good price, we ran out of salsa so I asked for more, the server said it would be extra and I commented that it was as much as we paid for the whole order of chips and salsa. He asked if we wanted another order, which we declined. Turns out we were early for happy hour and he charged us full price without mentioning it to us. read more

I've been coming for their wings a couple of times now. The first time, they didn't have the featured beer of the month. We had Nicolle as our waitress who is excellent. She's great at recommending food, keeping our glasses full and accomodating our multiple separate checks. I love their wings. They do charge extra for all flats or all drums. Their hot sauces are very hot. Even some of their mild sauces are hot. Their wings are great--- crispy outside, moist inside. The second visit they did have the featured beers. The place is very clean including the bathrooms. Even smells nice. The only thing from getting a 5th star is not having a good variety of soft drinks. Two of our group only drink diet sodas. They only have Pepsi products which isn't good for Coke loyalists. They had Mug root beer. They have other soft drinks, but no diet. They also don't have ginger ale which is weird for a full service bar. Maybe if they read my Yelp review, they'll revise their soft drink selection. On 7/2/24 We asked to sit in bar area and were told that we had to wait the 15minutes wait time quoted upon entering. Weird...but sure. We waited the allotted time and again asked to sit in bar area ...hostess exclaimed "well you can seat yourselves there" and then kept the menus for herself It just continued with no cheese on nachos, no syrup in Pepsi, no silverware, etc. only bright spots were Zac...our server (He was learning and not super fast but really really nice and continually checked in on us) and the manager was nice when we said there was no cheese on the nachos (just chips).
