This place was great and we loved the servers, and food, done a great job. But supposedly corporate said that they aren't making enough money to keep putting on UFC fights, the only time we've ever seen it busy is for football and UFC, so I don't believe it. They used to turn down the lights and the place was electric for a good fight card. I have video proof, people went wild! Anyways they are no longer showing ufc so me and my group will no longer be regularly coming to bdubs. And that's depressing :( read more

Why have on the app the option for boneless Thursday and the option of no bogo and still for the same price? I guess I accidentally clicked normal instead of bogo so I got 10 wings instead of 10 for 10 for the exact same price as if I got 10 more. I kindly asked after only getting ten if they could make the other 10 since it's bogo Thursday. The guy gave me grief and said they would be out of money and his boss would get him in trouble. I tip them every time and they usually get my order wrong anyway. If they really cared about their customers they would have given me the other 10, they also gave me the wrong flavor for the 10 bogo once they finally agreed to give merge other 1and you could tell they were not happy. The app should have just automatically applied the bogo anyway. I won't be going there again after so many problems today and in the past. There is a good reason there is only a two star review of over 200 reviews. On a road trip driving back home and stopped for some wings, the restaurant was absolutely packed with every table full. It was a 30 minute way and once our name was called we were seated immediately, our server was working extremely hard making sure every table was getting helped. I wasn't going to drive back just for 2 pieces of chicken, but I was annoyed, so I called to let them know to pay attention in the kitchen. Without questioning me or any push back at all, they offered to remake it for me or an offer for my next visit. I didn't want to drive pack so I took the latter. I told them all I wanted was to make them aware and pay more attention, but they took it a step further to make it right with an awesome offer. If I could put 0 stars, I would. This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Coming from someone who worked in the restaurant industry, I am utterly disgusted with their service. It is absolutely unacceptable for an appetizer to take 1 hour to reach our table, our ticket in the kitchen must have been more than expired by the time our waitress, Serenity, brought it out. With nothing more than a mumbled sorry. On top of our singular appetizer taking an eternity to reach us, the order was incorrect. I can even recall what I ordered 24 hours later. The food was cold, hard, and looked like it had been sitting out for the entire hour we were waiting. For an $18 appetizer that was sheepishly thrown on the table was inedible. We decided to voice our concern to the general manager present that night, she didn't once apologize for the terrible service, instead she just asked where we were sitting what we ordered and then disappeared never to be seen again. After yet ANOTHER hour, a completely new waitress dropped off our appetizer which was slightly warm, perhaps they microwaved it for 30 seconds, I have had better wings from the samples at Costco. They also only gave us 2 sauces when the menu states that it comes with 4. So I don't know how that even left the kitchen.... Our waters were never refilled, our waitress barely came around to us, we got better service from the bus boy and girl that night who cheerfully filled up our waters and brought us the missing 2 sauces within seconds. I'm not one to complain about other customers getting their food before ours, but I do know restaurant rotation having worked as a hostess. Everyone seated in our waitress's section got served before us, even tho they arrived 30 minutes or more after us. They also ordered a full course meal, and were 6+ parties compared to our 3 top. We were too traumatized to order anything than a singular appetizer which again took 2 hours and it still wasn't correct. However we were there watching the UFC fight and had been there for 4 hours and were starving, so we settled for a cookie and ice cream desert assuming if they brought it out cold half the order would be correct. I am utterly disappointed in this restaurant's so called service, this would be absolutely unacceptable in any restaurant I have been to previously. I don't know how corporate hasn't intervened yet, I also saw many other customers who were neglected for hours at a time. Other locals in the area have also avoided this restaurant, I wish I had known before spending $33.00 for an appetizer and a cookie. Would not recommend in the slightest, unless you like your wings to be worse than gas station quality and triple the price. Quite possibly the absolute WORST experience at a restaurant I've ever had. It took about 25 minutes after being seated for our waitress to FINALLY remember we were in her section (during which we were approached by the hostess and told that our waitress would be with us momentarily and take our drink orders, at which point we were ready to place our appetizer/meal orders (and did so). Granted, we had a larger party (7 adults, 1 child) but it somehow took her almost 20 minutes to take everyone's order (mind you, we all knew exactly what we were ordering at this point) and submit it. Only two of our appetizers came out before the entrees and 1 person's appetizer was completely forgotten to the point that we had to remind the waitress AFTER most of the entrees came out that the appetizer STILL hadn't been delivered. Speaking of entrees, 3 of our party recieved their main course within a fairly reasonable amount of time, but somehow the waitress didn't come check on our table ONCE for over an HOUR. After the first 3 people recieved their food, it took 45 minutes for the next two people's food to be brought out and not even by our server but by a different employee from the kitchen. Almost everyone's food arrived cold. I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar salad and a side of mac n cheese, yet somehow my food was not only the LAST thing brought to our table, but it came out over an hour and a half after ordering (at which point everyone else was basically done with their food), the chicken was completely cold and had obviously been sitting ready to go for a long time, I had to remind the waitress that I STILL hadn't recieved my meal when she FINALLY came to check on us, and when it came out, there was NO dressing on the salad at all but because our waitress was nowhere to be found I had to physically get up and take it back to the kitchen and let the staff know it wasn't right. There truthfully isnt enough space to detail how pitiful the service was, and I can say with 100% certainty that I will not ever be returning to this location and will also be warning people to not eat here. Stopped in to catch the Bears game today and was not disappointed. Fred my server was attentive and super friendly as soon as I sat down he took my beverage order and appetizer order. The deep friend pickles were good but I personally would have liked plain ranch instead of the sauce they served them with. I think it was like a fry sauce or sriracha ranch. I also ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Sadly it came out as a Buffalo chicken wrap but I honestly didn't care it looked equally as delicious as the Buffalo chicken sandwich sounded. It was very tasty with just the right amount of sauce, crunchy crispy chicken , lettuce, tomato and ranch wrapped in an over sized wrap. I'm glad I didn't say a word and happily ate it. I've got so many issues with this place. I hate that they turned the interior into a school cafeteria look. They got rid of a ton of booths and put big tables and bench seats. The last two times I've been there I've had to wait to be seated for a crazy long time even when it looks empty inside. I typically like to sit in the bar area being that I have always gone to get food, beer and watch sports. They for some reason now have told me both times that the bar area seating isn't open and they end up cramming every patron in the restaurant into one dirty corner of the restaurant. The last two times I've been, they've been out of certain items and have had absolutely terrible service. The staff seems more concerned about socializing amongst themselves instead of doing their job. The acting manager seems to be on a constant power trip and has no sense of customer service or management from what I can see. I have given this and the Layton location many opportunities to earn my business but time after time these guys fail miserably. I'm have reasonable expectations and know I'm not going to a fine steak house or anything but I could go to McDonald's and get better customer service than these guys provide. read more

Contrary to the other current reviews, I had a wonderful time at the Riverdale Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday. Tuesday's are BOGO traditional wings which I find to be a great deal when splitting with a friend. This was likely a reason for the place to be PACKED, parking lot very full. We were able to walk in around 7pm and walk past all the families waiting for tables as we sat right at the bar. The bar was very clean and about 80% full. We were welcomed immediately by Krystal, very nice. Krystal took care of us the entire time and was consistent. I ordered 10 of my favorite - Asian zing - which is a Thai chili sweet and spicy sauce, and 10 Mild Hot Wings (like a wimp). I find the BWW wings to have a good amount of meat on them so I definitely get full after 7-9 of them. I also ordered a Long Island. This is Utah and it's a restaurant so the alcoholic drinks are made out of view. It was good. I definitely Recommend BWW Riverdale for: BOGO Boneless Thursday and BOGO Traditional Tuesday deals, watching sports games, family fun, and good service at the bar. DONT EVER EAT HERE EVER!! We have been coming here every Thursday for 2 years straight as a tradition on Thursday nights, we've always had the same server most of the time who was always amazing. This Thursday we had came to come eat just like we always do but this trip was different. Upon reserving our table, we were shortly asked to leave by Cody Bailey because his "Server didn't feel comfortable serving us" We are all active duty military who have been nothing but respectful to the establishment and everyone in it. We politely asked Cody what the reason behind them not being comfortable serving us and he couldn't give us an answer. We ensured to validate he had the right group and he insisted he did but this was the first time we have ever seen him. We have always tipped well and always been respectful to our server (we actually always asked for the same lady bc she is awesome) Upon entering the establishment, one of the ladies referred to us as The "Cowboys" who always come in almost in a discriminatory manner (Because we were wearing our normal cowboy boots? Not sure what that was about) I double checked with Cody Bailey and asked "Is it because of how we look?" And he validated by saying "Exactly". This interaction tonight by CODY BAILEY and his team has made us feel very discriminated and uncomfortable. His intentions were absolutely terrible and that he did not like our kind nor care about our service to this country. For being a chain restaurant, this BW3 is great! The service is always quick and helpful, we have never had to wait to be seated and the food and drinks are served quickly - but not too quickly. I usually get boneless but bone in were the only thing available on the promo. They were probably the worst chicken wings I have ever had in my life. They were dry and had almost no meat on them. I couldn't even stomach them by smothering them with sauce. Had to throw most of them out. I should have known when I went in to pick them up....
