We went to Wingstop last week to celebrate National Wings Day. Wingstop had a deal where you place an minimum order of 10 and receive an extra 5 wings during lunchtime. My boss and a coworker of mine went in on 2 orders of 20 classic wings and received 10 extra wings as part of the promotion. We had to place them on separate orders in order to qualify for the promo but they were nice enough to do that. We also ordered a large portion of fries and some drinks. We ordered: mango-habañero, lemon pepper, teriyaki, Hawaiian, BBQ, Cajun, and Louisiana rub. Normally, you would want to order in advance via phone or online because they make all of the wings to order. We came at 11:40 am and there was a line out the door. Once we placed our order, we waited about 10 minutes for the first order of wings to come out and the next order came out about 20 minutes later. Yeah, it was busy and a bit of a wait. They have one of those self-serve multi-flavor Coke machines so I was able to dispense a cherry vanilla Coke. The wings were standard fried wings splashed with whatever flavor spice rub or sauce you choose. They were cooked fine and the wait was understandable because it was lunchtime on a promotion day. They don't have napkins but rather large rolls of brown paper towels. There is some seating inside but the place is small. Most people who came in had pre-ordered. One lady was mad that she had to wait an additional 15 minutes because her online order wasn't complete. We ate in and enjoyed the wings. The service was okay but I didn't enjoy the wait. read more

Ordered Louisiana rib tenders, lemon pepper fries, with ranch. Ranch was opened and spilled all over the bottom of the bag. There was no lemon pepper seasoning in the fries and they were cold, firm, and limp. Only went to this location cause they weren't sold out of tenders but not again. Waste of $16. read more

Don't Speak! After a long week of working for The Man, I will not say a word until I have at least 20 wings in my stomach. Going in to Wingstop is a religious experience for me, when ever I go with friends or co-workers I sit there quietly like a bunny enjoying a carrot. I just eat the wings and lick my fingers in peace. Afterward, my face will come back to life. Then, let the party begin. Words cannot describe how much I enjoy the Cajun hot wings. I just want to write her a poem and take her on a date. Just the right amount of spicy and flavor leaves you wanting more. Its not as hot as the atomic, but bursting with flavor. If you do not like hot, there are around 6 other varieties to choose from mild, hickory smoked BBQ, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, Hawaiian, and Teriyaki. Check out the pictures. YUM! Sometimes, there are special event or daily specials.. $2 beers on Lakers game night in the playoffs, so you can watch the Lakers lose and either drink to celebrate or in shame. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the place. Thought first time or two was just a fluke. The wings are inconsistent. Some are so burnt that you can't chew it enough to break up the skin. Fries are either thin and mushy or big and mushy. Inconsistent with seasoning as well. We ordered a 50 piece order of wings, bone in, in 4 different flavors. Unfortunately we trusted they were correct and didn't open them until we were home. They were all boneless which is basically a fancy way to say chicken nuggets. Called back, told them what happened, and they asked me to bring the chicken nuggets back so they could switch them out for the regular wings that we ordered. What? I have a hungry house full of people and I'm not making them wait another hour so we can fix wingstop's mistake, perhaps a credit would work? Of course not. I just asked to have a manager call me back (apparently they were too busy at the time to speak with me) - they didn't ever call. This was a lame experience and a waste of $50. read more

I don't have no complaints. It's one of the few fast restaurants that has an efficient service to place your orders online. I love it. Employees are always nice and they have never messed up my orders. The chicken wings are always flavorful and not that greasy compared to other locations we have tried before. I've been driving past Wingstop ever since I moved into the area back in February, but never really thought to stop there. I'm not sure what I was expecting, exactly - but I was pleasantly surprised! I used the voucher from the Entertainment guide where if you order 10 wings, you get 5 free. Not bad! 10 boneless wings is only about $7. We ordered the following flavors: * Teriyaki (my least favorite of the three.... Too tangy) * BBQ (yum! It's bbq!) * Hawaiian (like a sweet and sour - but just the right amount of sweetness. Not too sweet.) Also ordered an order of the fries... yum yum yum! The fries, I think, were my favorite part of the meal. Whatever seasoning they use, it's fantastic. You can also order a side of veggies, like we did. You need to order the dressing (e.g. ranch) separately, which is a bit annoying. For 99 cents for a portion of celery, you're already getting quite a mark up on that! I wish they had a honey BBQ flavor like Buffalo Wild Wings; that would make this place even better! Poor customer service. I understand that people make mistakes and for the most part this location provides good service but when you find fried plastic in your food and the store makes it seem like it's not a big deal then there is a problem. I found this in the bottom of my fries and after viewing it lost my appetite for the whole meal. I requested a refund for my entire meal and the store hesitated on honoring my request as if ignoring thier unsanitary blunder on my order would guarantee the rest of my food was handled in a proper way . I immediately report the issue and request the refund. The store manager said he would need to request the refund and require the local Manger approval and that he would call me back with status. He never called and when I called the next day I found out he never requested it to his manager . And I quote we were really busy yesterday. As if a health code violation was not a priority. Just grabbed lunch here and it was my first time ever having had Wingstop anywhere. I drove out for the poke place next door but my body quickly made a right to Wingstops door. I had the garlic pharm and the newest flavor, the chili pepper. Both were very weak "sauce" to say the least but they weren't horrible in taste. The upside, the meat was tender, not oily, very crispy just like I like 'em and pretty meaty without it being too weirdly so. Cause those over-sized ones likely came from a chicken that grew an extra wing out of it's body...ya know what I'm saying. Another thing is how affordable these are. I usually get my wings at a sit down dinning/sports bars spots and have seen an order of 8 for like $10. I was able to get an order of 10 which I think is the smallest order and you can select 2 flavors for $8. I'm sure it's because they are considered a fast food chain. Nonetheless, I was pretty stoked as to how cheap they are. I was also pleasantly surprised on how fast it came out. I could of sworn the guy that took my order said 17 mins after handing me over my change. As quickly as I was venting on my Yelp check-in, the guy calls out "Cat". Wingstop's wings are way better than the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff at this location makes the experience even better with their great customer service. Giselle was especially helpful to us with the recommendations she made. Our family of 6 shared a Group Pack, which came with 40 Wings (10x4 flavors), fries, veggie sticks (celery and carrots), and dipping sauce. We were all able to get flavors we like. I can tell my order was going to be messed up right off the bat. Call in order, I had to explain multiple times that I wanted the boneless mean deal with two flavors and dips. I've been going here for over 10 years and it was great at the beginning, but these last few years this place has gone downhill fast. They are constantly getting the order wrong even though it's a mobile order and should be clearly printed so there is no confusion.
