You should keep an eye on your menu on your yelp page. The price for a 40 piece family pack was $20 more than what is posted on this yelp page. Also don't tell someone on a phone in order that the order will be ready in 15-20 minutes then when I arrive 25 minutes tell me it's going to be 15 minutes more for the food. I communicated to the manager that I was displeased with this experience and she made no attempt to make it better. We ordered the following flavors: * Teriyaki (my least favorite of the three.... Too tangy) * BBQ (yum! It's bbq!) * Hawaiian (like a sweet and sour - but just the right amount of sweetness. Not too sweet.) Also ordered an order of the fries... yum yum yum! The fries, I think, were my favorite part of the meal. Whatever seasoning they use, it's fantastic. You can also order a side of veggies, like we did. You need to order the dressing (e.g. ranch) separately, which is a bit annoying. For 99 cents for a portion of celery, you're already getting quite a mark up on that! I wish they had a honey BBQ flavor like Buffalo Wild Wings; that would make this place even better! Poor customer service. I understand that people make mistakes and for the most part this location provides good service but when you find fried plastic in your food and the store makes it seem like it's not a big deal then there is a problem. I found this in the bottom of my fries and after viewing it lost my appetite for the whole meal. I requested a refund for my entire meal and the store hesitated on honoring my request as if ignoring thier unsanitary blunder on my order would guarantee the rest of my food was handled in a proper way . I immediately report the issue and request the refund. The store manager said he would need to request the refund and require the local Manger approval and that he would call me back with status. The upside, the meat was tender, not oily, very crispy just like I like 'em and pretty meaty without it being too weirdly so. Cause those over-sized ones likely came from a chicken that grew an extra wing out of it's body...ya know what I'm saying. Another thing is how affordable these are. I usually get my wings at a sit down dinning/sports bars spots and have seen an order of 8 for like $10. I was able to get an order of 10 which I think is the smallest order and you can select 2 flavors for $8. I'm sure it's because they are considered a fast food chain. Nonetheless, I was pretty stoked as to how cheap they are. I was also pleasantly surprised on how fast it came out. I could of sworn the guy that took my order said 17 mins after handing me over my change. As quickly as I was venting on my Yelp check-in, the guy calls out "Cat".
