I was I formed that they didn't know how to process the refund at the moment that she had to wait for tomorrow to see the store manager. I placed my order online on their website not a secondary source, and because of this she could t provide me with a refund. She then explained how the store manager (Rosalva) would need to write an email to corporate explaining why I was requesting a refund and their reply or refund could take 5-7 business days! I asked for the corporate office information and was told that they didn't have that information. Terrible customer service, no apologies nor concern for their roach infestation. I got the two flavor and one side with one dip combo. It takes about 20 minutes for the order to be made. I had gotten the french fries and the blue cheese dip along with the two flavors of wings. The wings were really good! I like it more on the crispy and slightly burnt-side, and the dry flavorings were very good. On my next trip here, i would want to try their garlic and Parmesan. This review is based on two visits. This place is located in shopping center off Lake Forest Dr and Muirlands in the City of Lake Forest. You get in line for the cashier while viewing the overhead menu. There are several different wing flavors to choose from and you can choose boneless wings or classic wings. Combos are offered for wings with your choice of fries or veggie sticks and a soda. On my last visit I ordered 8 piece boneless wings with fries and a soda. It cost me about 11 bucks. I went with the BBQ and Lemon Pepper flavors. There is a cool Coke fountain here where you serve yourself and can add flavors to your soda so I went with my favorite, Diet Coke with Lime. There are no napkins here but there is a roll of brown paper towels at the counter. This is a small place and there are not many tables. Fortunately, I was able to eat-in both times. I got a small table in the back and waited about 10 minutes for my name to be called. I received my order and was surprised how small the boneless wings looked; they appeared to be slightly larger than a chicken nugget. Fortunately, there is more meat than it appears. The BBQ was good as the wings were coated with the sauce and was appropriately covered. The Lemon Pepper was good also. I was surprised when I saw the Lemon Pepper wings as there is no sauce on the outside but the flavor is prevalent when you take a bite so the chicken is seasoned prior to the coating being applied. The french fries looked great as they are skin-on fries but the seasoning has too much sugar in it. I noticed that during my first visit and I thought there had to be a mistake but alas, it was not a mistake. I had limited interaction with the staff so there are no service complaints. I think the chicken is good but the seasoning on the fries has got to be replaced. The prices are higher than what they should be but I see this as a once a month lunch opportunity.
