DO NOT EAT HERE! They have COCKROACHES!!! The staff has no concern for the infestation, the place is filthy. While waiting for my pick up order, a cockroach was just hanging out on the counter. I was handed a receipt like if I had picked up the order, Teresa wrote her initials on it said here you and started to head back to the kitchen. I called once again & asked for my refund. I was I formed that they didn't know how to process the refund at the moment that she had to wait for tomorrow to see the store manager. I placed my order online on their website not a secondary source, and because of this she could t provide me with a refund. She then explained how the store manager (Rosalva) would need to write an email to corporate explaining why I was requesting a refund and their reply or refund could take 5-7 business days! I asked for the corporate office information and was told that they didn't have that information. Terrible customer service, no apologies nor concern for their roach infestation. I'm usually a fan of the dry rub when it comes to wings. The two dry rubs that I picked were the Louisiana rub and the lemon-pepper. There are a bunch of different combinations you can get here. I got the two flavor and one side with one dip combo. It takes about 20 minutes for the order to be made. I had gotten the french fries and the blue cheese dip along with the two flavors of wings. The wings were really good! I like it more on the crispy and slightly burnt-side, and the dry flavorings were very good. On my next trip here, i would want to try their garlic and Parmesan. This review is based on two visits. This place is located in shopping center off Lake Forest Dr and Muirlands in the City of Lake Forest. You get in line for the cashier while viewing the overhead menu. There are several different wing flavors to choose from and you can choose boneless wings or classic wings. Combos are offered for wings with your choice of fries or veggie sticks and a soda. On my last visit I ordered 8 piece boneless wings with fries and a soda. It cost me about 11 bucks. I went with the BBQ and Lemon Pepper flavors. There is a cool Coke fountain here where you serve yourself and can add flavors to your soda so I went with my favorite, Diet Coke with Lime. There are no napkins here but there is a roll of brown paper towels at the counter. This is a small place and there are not many tables. Fortunately, I was able to eat-in both times. I got a small table in the back and waited about 10 minutes for my name to be called. I received my order and was surprised how small the boneless wings looked; they appeared to be slightly larger than a chicken nugget. Fortunately, there is more meat than it appears. The BBQ was good as the wings were coated with the sauce and was appropriately covered. The Lemon Pepper was good also. I was surprised when I saw the Lemon Pepper wings as there is no sauce on the outside but the flavor is prevalent when you take a bite so the chicken is seasoned prior to the coating being applied. The french fries looked great as they are skin-on fries but the seasoning has too much sugar in it. I noticed that during my first visit and I thought there had to be a mistake but alas, it was not a mistake. I had limited interaction with the staff so there are no service complaints. I think the chicken is good but the seasoning on the fries has got to be replaced. The prices are higher than what they should be but I see this as a once a month lunch opportunity. We went to Wingstop last week to celebrate National Wings Day. Wingstop had a deal where you place an minimum order of 10 and receive an extra 5 wings during lunchtime. My boss and a coworker of mine went in on 2 orders of 20 classic wings and received 10 extra wings as part of the promotion. We had to place them on separate orders in order to qualify for the promo but they were nice enough to do that. We also ordered a large portion of fries and some drinks. We ordered: mango-habañero, lemon pepper, teriyaki, Hawaiian, BBQ, Cajun, and Louisiana rub. Normally, you would want to order in advance via phone or online because they make all of the wings to order. We came at 11:40 am and there was a line out the door. Once we placed our order, we waited about 10 minutes for the first order of wings to come out and the next order came out about 20 minutes later. Yeah, it was busy and a bit of a wait. They have one of those self-serve multi-flavor Coke machines so I was able to dispense a cherry vanilla Coke. The wings were standard fried wings splashed with whatever flavor spice rub or sauce you choose. They were cooked fine and the wait was understandable because it was lunchtime on a promotion day. They don't have napkins but rather large rolls of brown paper towels. There is some seating inside but the place is small. Most people who came in had pre-ordered. One lady was mad that she had to wait an additional 15 minutes because her online order wasn't complete. We ate in and enjoyed the wings. The service was okay but I didn't enjoy the wait. read more

Going in to Wingstop is a religious experience for me, when ever I go with friends or co-workers I sit there quietly like a bunny enjoying a carrot. I just eat the wings and lick my fingers in peace.
