We went to pick up our online order, and it was very past the set pickup time, just to wait almost another hour for it to actually be ready!!! It's not cool at all. The wings were not seasoned properly. I got there and ordered only to watch 5 people who ordered after me in the store get served before me. After a 30 minute wait my food came up. With a sorry excuse for an apology sorry for the wait. Nothing to try and make up for it. The guy cooking loves dropping F bombs the music they had on was filled with F bombs and references to female and male body parts and loud. It drowned out the one TV they had on in the dinning area. Every other word from the staff was MF'er. It was a shining example of unprofessionalism and poor service. The guy put the wrong sauce on an order and then put new sauce on the wrong order trying to cover his mistake. Needless to say I will not be back. You lost by business forever! I came here late and was helped by Bernard and Kayla. They were so nice and kind and you could tell they were good at customer service. We ordered our chicken and it was ready promptly. The flavors were delicious. Kayla even gave me lemon for my drink. I really enjoy Wingstop especially when you have employees that know what they're doing. These two should receive some award. Food is amazing here. Only issue is that they have a delivery option which I choose. Someone from door dash picked up my food and never delivered it. They keep my food. I'm on back and forward with customer service with Wingstop and door dash. I called the location and they told me they don't delivery but yet someone picked up my food. I recommend the owner of the location to remove the delivery option from this location so this issue won't happen to anyone else. So I've been here 2 times this week at lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and the service was great and my order was perfect, probably the best wing stop I've had on the country. I went there on 5/4/2018 for dinner, first off the woman who was at the register was cold and distant and apparently doesn't care about how the order is prepared. I asked for my wings to be well done, and they were barely cooked enough. The seasoning was barely even on them, and I asked for my fries to be extra seasoned and there was almost no seasoning. I was really wondering why there was only one star by this being a new facility and now I understand why. This is probably THE WORST Wingstop within a 10 mile radius. I've been to this location a handful of times and the service is bad every time. The cashiers always have a nasty attitude, what's supposed to be a 15 minute wait for your food ends up being a 25-30 wait, and the establishment is filthy. My most recent visit will definitely be my last. The cashier substituted the fries on my meal for veggie sticks when I clearly said told her to charge me for an order of veggie sticks, when my food was ready and I asked her where my fries were she replied with "you wanted veggie sticks". Instead of arguing with her I bought an order of fries because I was irritated at that point. I returned to my table to start eating my food when I noticed there was a hair on the wings and that's when I lost my appetite. I returned the wings and asked to just have my fries, well it took 20 minutes for them to give my fries because they "forgot" to put them in the fryer.
